This community is very quite and peaceful. It makes me feel safe. It appears most people are very friendly. The apartment is very spacious, clean , and upgraded. The grounds are very clean. Amenities are amazing!

The move in process was quick and easy. We love the community and the sense of security we have here. The leasing staff was very friendly and very detailed when we asked questions. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

The complex surprised me in a lot of ways, it is clean, the appliances in the apartment are great. Dimitri is one of the most helpful and friendly staff members. The parking situation is very good. I love how they have motorcycle parking spots, security cameras in the building and complex. The security around the buildings is very good.

Rose Hill is a great community! It is diverse, quiet, dog friendly, safe and conveniently located: shops and recreational areas are within reach. The property is well maintained and people are friendly.

Very good location, good schools and wonderful community. :) Property Management and Maintenance Staff always available. Overall a wonderful and reasonable place to live. If looking for an apartment I would choose Rose Hill Apartments over any in this area.

The leasing company will not include a diplomatic clause in the lease despite offering a military clause. They have refused to work with at least three members of the Foreign Service that I know of to either include the clause or to tailor a lease renewal to the expected PCS date. As a result, you'll pay the full penalty of two month's rent if you have to move out early on government orders. That being said, the value of rent to apartment quality and community amenities is fairly good and the individuals in the leasing office that you typically interact with are lovely.

The apartment itself is okay, but office staff does not go out of its way to help the tenants. Maintenance staff is efficient for the most part. Parking is good. Too many dogs in the community. Need more patio and balconies. Some units are out of date. One has to move out before Apartments are updated. Price is high for the area.

Overall, the community meets my basic needs. The staff is mostly reliable and I have not had too many issues over the multiple years I have lived here. This community presents a great value and may be one of the better value apartments in the area.

I have been a resident of Rose Hill Apartments for 17 years. My overall experienec has been a good one. Rose Hill is an attractive, well maintiened community offering its residents many opportunities for group activities. The pool area is quite beautiful and is refurnished as necessary. Reserved parking is also available and pets are welcome. Winter snow removel is speedy, although each resident is responsible for its own space. Rose Hill is conveniently located near shopping, schools, and public transporation.

I like that the apartment is furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and most importantly, a washer and driver. Also we are within walking distance to the grocery store and close by two metro stops.

I love Rosehill Apt because it's clean, lthe staff are friendly and accommodating, near my area of work and accessible to grocery, fastfood etc. I feel safe in this community and the area is well lighted.

Staff has addressed any issue we've had since living here. They are kind, professional, responsive, and will follow up with maintenance requests. This complex is in a convenient area and close to freeways, metro, etc. Overall, Rose hill is a great community and we would recommend this complex to a friend.

This is my second time living at Rose Hill. Nice community friendly staff close to shopping. Close to schools, nice exercise room, club house swimming pool, monthly gathering movie night bingo great environment.

Very pleasant experience with courteous office staff. Also, maintenance crew quick services were satifatory. Sometimes movie night was also nice. One weekend, we got served nice breakfast prepared by professional chefs.

My move in experience went very well. The community was very friendly and I felt very safe. The office staff was great. They answered and helped with any issues/questions I had. Maintance requests were very prompt as well. I requested my toilet paper holder to be relocated and the maintenance staff was here to fix it within the next business day. I am very pleased with everything so far and would highly recommend Rose Hill to anyone who may be looking to rent.

The office staff is extremely professional in responding to concerns. The apartment is in excellent condition and very nicely renovated; the complex is well located relative to shopping centers and Metro.

Great community!! Clean facilities and grounds, lots of amenities, keyed entry and very safe area, located next to a shopping center, and very responsive staff!!! My only complaint is my upstairs neighbors who have a child that is constantly jumping off furniture. It sounds like they are going to come through the floor, but that is going to be any apartment with someone above you.

The site is beautiful and well structured. Safety and cleanliness are important qualities of the site. Residents are polite and respectful of everyone. They are also cordial. The minimum sports infrasture is appropriate and user-friendly. We only regret that it only has two spaces, we wish we had a small basketball or volleyball court.

We are super excited about all the perks this community has to offer. From rent prices, thru utility independence and self - control, on time and effective maintenance, playground, tennis courts, pool and organized events for residents - dinners, bingo, movie nights etc. Last but not least the safety of this community is on very high level, along with the flexible office hours and pet friendly community this is the place to live in! The only thing that might need some tweak might be the office staff friendliness and eagerness to help and understand. Nothing that a few PD won't be able to fix.

I really love living here. There's a shuttle to the metro, which saves me time and money during my work commute. Management hosts dozens of events for residents (movie night, community yard sales, pasta night, taco Tuesday, free icees, free fitness classes, etc.). There's a library, post office, grocery store, bank, and eateries (shopping center) within walking distance. Rose Hill is a great place to live. It's also on the bus line and close to 2 metro stations (Huntington and Eisenhower).

Really great office staff who are responsive. Good maintenance team, well maintained grounds close to shopping, public transportation, appartment shuttlebus, and a beautiful pool with monthly community activities for the family. Rose Hill is certainly one of the better places I have called home.
