Beautiful well kept landscape. Apartment has normal wear and tear, I never called maintenance to fix since we are moving out soon (new home purchase). My only complaint is noisy neighbors but otherwise very happy with the apartment community.

Very nice,clean and calm surrounding. Security (key locked gates/camera) loved it. Very cool car washing area. Good move in specials. Nice children park area. Nice grilling area. Good staff and good service :)

It's great so far. The community is what I was looking for and all I needed in an apartment home. The leasing staff were very polite in helping me get my needs obtained and issues resolved. However, a bit of thoroughness would go a long way when cleanliness in hard to see and reach areas that residents would notice would minimize issues in the future.

It's a very honest down to earth style of apartment. I feel very comfortable living in this apartment. Service is great. The only issue I have is the thin ceiling of the apartment. when my neighbor upstairs walks around there is this loud noise when people stepping on wooden floors it woke me up every single time. Other than that I am happy with my experience.

Everything has been great thus far, despite only moving in less than a week ago. Apartment was super clean and clearly had just been renovated before I moved in, which is amazing. Quiet, clean, and the staff has been helpful and kind the entire time. Looking forward to living here for a while

The community is friendly and respectable. The staff here are eager to help with situations where repairs are needed and needed to be addressed. For a large complex, the noise levels are low and respectable.

I'm from Maryland and was very hesitant in making the move to Virginia. Rose Hill Apartments was my first choice of all the places I've seen and after two and half years, I do not regret this decision. I couldn't ask for a better location as its right next to a shopping center. Maintenance and office staff are very professional and go beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Guest that come over are always amaze at how great this property is and how they treat the residents. The only complaint I have is that the gym needs a major renovation as its too small to accommodate such a big community. But they make it up by offering bootcamps with Sam Turray at MoreActiveLifestyle, LLC, who one of the best trainers ever!. So in summary, Rose Hill is a place I will always recommend to anyone looking for apartments in Alexandria.

It's great location , the rooms are huge, the property premises are clean at all times,its close to shopping center, really close elementary and high school.Dimitri is really knowledgeable and very profecional I recommend this to any body .

Rose Hill is all around the best place to live! I would recommend it highly to family and friends. The staff and maintenance team are always cheerful, efficient and easy to work with and get the job done perfectly!

So far people are very friendly and I can't really complain about anything. Everything I need is within walking distance or a very short drive if the weather isn't too good. Staff is very helpful, whenever I've had any issues they were usually solved with a quick call or trip to the leasing office.

The community is very nice. It's very safe and well lit. Fairly quiet. Fairly clean. Pet friendly. The apartments are nice and they redo the carpets before you move in. Maintenance is quick to respond and efficient. I would consider renewing my lease.

The community is very nice. The staff is freindly and professional. I'm excited about the upcoming events, I hear bingo night is a big hit. My apartment exceeded my expectations. I'm happy I decided to make the move.

I have only been here for three days, but I am very happy so far. The community is good; I just went for a run and liked the area. It's quiet. The apartments are nice (mine was renovated). It is also very spacious and the bedroom is huge with lots of space. The leasing process was a breeze and Sakinah, Tatiana, and John were great. No complaints so far, and I am looking forward to my residency here.

I moved to this complex because it was extremely affordable for the area. However, that was a big mistake . Truly get what you pay for . I can hear intimate moments from the neighbors upstairs and conversations from my neighbors downstairs. Constant bugs. When I complain they send someone out who barely sprays your apt. I'll be better off calling the Orkin man myself and paying out of pocket cost. Also ,next door neighbors informed me they have seen mice. Maintenance staff is friendly and so is the leasing office however if it's in your budget to pay a little more of a nicer place I suggest doing so.

The management staff were very courteous and assisted me with viewing the apartments; They were not only very patient and accommodating when I changed the apartment after reserving it, they were also very gracious in changing the paperwork accordingly and my move in which was immediate was a breeze with everything ready and the apartment in great condition. Very clean community with easy parking for move in, was very impressed! Very close to groceries and restaurants among other shopping, great location in a quiet neighborhood.

It's clean and welcoming. I like that it is very close to 495 and it's in-between 2 metro stations. The maintenance team works very quickly to fix any issues. The pool and grilling access are a great plus.

Great quiet complex. Fast service with maintenance. Close to a lot of shopping. Love it all. Clean complex. Light noise only when you hear the neighbors walking around. The workers live in the complex as well which is great.

So far the service is great! Response time is excellent and very helpful. I do wish that more pest mangement would take place, especially during the beginning of each season. Overall, the amenities are exceptional.

I love it here! It is 5 min away from Kingstown shopping center, 15 min away from Springfield Mall, and 20 min away from DC... Yet tucked away in the small quiet neighborhood of Rose Hill. There is a bus line, although I do not find it convenient for the places I need to go, however there is a free shuttle to the Huntington metro that I utilize. Rose hill shopping center is easily walkable, right around the corner and a large park is a 20 min walk. There is plenty of parking, however parking is strict! Tow trucks are out EVERY NIGHT looking for cars without stickers, this has been problematic on multiple occasions in regards to family coming over to watch late night games. Walls are VERY thin, no exaggeration... I can hear the muffled sounds of my neighbor talking as I type this. Despite it's VERY FEW inconveniences, I don't regret in the slightest bit choosing this complex over the others in my list. It's benefits and charm far out way the bad. I feel safe here with the quiet and cozy feeling that comes from a small community, and it doesn't hurt that the rental office AND maintenece workers are friendly and professional. I have lived here almost 2 years with no intentions of leaving any time soon.

The community is well kept and welcoming. The staff was very helpful finding an apartment that works for the space I need and with in my budget. Pet friendly complex with lots of space to walk dogs. Great place to live!

Moving into the apartments was a smooth process, the leasing staff made it a very comfortable process and were very helpful. Over all the apartment is amazing very clean and the landscaping is always taken care of and clean. I do not pay for a parking space but there is always one within a relatively short walking distance from my apartment. Only problem I've had to far is ants in the beginning of the summer but I just got ant traps and they are now gone. Over all great experience!

I have lived here for 4 months so far and I have no complaints. This apartment complex is absolutely wonderful. The apartments are very clean, spacious, and look new. The employees are all great people and are very professional. The amenities are also great. They have a gym plus boot camp twice a week and zumba once a week. They even do events for the residents like a Thanksgiving dinner, painting, halloween party, etc. There is also a ton of parking and it comes at no extra cost, even for visitors. They even have a good sized dog park and car washing station. There is also a shopping center right in walking distance about 0.2 miles away. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

The staff has a very professional behavior, I really felt like I came to my own house. I have also recommended it to my other friends and colleagues. The view from my apartment is awesome and my family and I really feel safe compare to where I used to live (PG county King Square Apartments). They rent wasn't very high and specially the promotion that I got was awesome with reserved parking :)
