It is a quiet and safe place to raise kids. Good location, near schools, commercial places, churches and public transportation areas. Facility maintenance is good and leasing office staff are accomodating.

The staff of rosehill apartments are very friendly and they have many different events through out the year for you to take part of. When there are issues and notified to the staff the problem gets notified to near residents by email or paper on the door knob. The apartment ground is well maintained and maintainance service is prompt.

Walls are razor thin, so animals, kids, loud music, all of it is going to be heard, clearly. I can hear my downstairs neighbor snoring every night. I've got another neighbor who has a sub woofer who so far has thankfully only played it until 9 p.m. every night.

I have enjoyed the exceptional customer service and overall appearance and maintenance of our apartment complex. I am also very grateful for all of the wonderful community service events and opportunities to meet neighbors. We are very happy with our location. What sold me was the in-house laundry machine and dryer!

It's a decent community for a reasonable price. Only apartment related issue is that the walls are not insulated enough so you can hear your neighbors talk of their TVs. But if you're looking for an apartment close to everything this one is it

Rose hill had a great offer of 2 months free when we signed the lease. The community has great events like movie night and they always have small prizes. The grounds are kept very clean and they are very pet friendly. I haven't had any bad experience with any other residents. They only bad part would be how well i can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around and their dog barking. walls seem thin.

I have been pleased with my experience so far. The staff is friendly and maintenance has always been prompt. I do not really like the controlled access feature that has been added and it may have changed my decision when originally choosing a place to live.

We are a family of four. We have been living here for more than one year. We are satisfied. It is close to Washington DC, and there is business and fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The community events are also frequent and a lot of fun to go to.

It's been great! I really enjoy the atmosphere, the amenities, and the helpful staff. They address all concerns speedily. The apartments go above and beyond the call of duty to help the residents. Being able to submit payment online really helps.

Everyone in the office has been very responsive to all my needs. The area is very safe and convenient. The complex has great amenities with the gym and the pool being outstanding. The community is fairly quiet and relaxed with most people greeting each other as we pass in the common areas.

I'm so glad I found this place. My must have's were parking and a washer/dryer in the unit. This place has both! Parking is lot parking. You can reserve a spot for $30 a month. I haven't found the need. Visitors must have a parking pass after 9pm so it's kind of a bummer to not be able to host impromptu social events in the evenings. There is a visitor's lot, but there are only 12 spots for the entire complex and most of them are always taken by residents who have extra vehicles. That's probably my biggest complaint about the property. The washers and dryers are small but generally work The outside appears to be a little older; however, they've done a great job renovating the apartments and keeping them clean. Maintenance is so nice. The fitness center has 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a bike, and both free and machine weights. It's busy in the mornings but available most other times of the day. They host two free bootcamp classes a week which is a nice bonus. Give this place a serious look.

It's a safe place to live and the staff are nice, they have a lot of events for residents, and there is a pool. There's a gym with 2 treadmills and some other equipment and weights, a business center, and free drinks and snacks in the leasing office during business hours. Business hours usually are over by the time i get back from work at 6:30 or 7, depending on traffic, so it's hard to meet with the staff without taking time off work or waiting till Sunday (I work on Saturday). Their pet fees are very high. Maintenance team does good work, promptly.

Being that I am a young single woman, it was important to me to find a place that I could walk my dog at night and still feel safe. I definitely accomplished finding that at Rose Hill! I love that they have very well lit buildings & parking lots, and I feel very secure. There are security guards that walk around at night and are very friendly and helpful!

The community is large, and has good areas for children's play grounds, dog walking/play area, and a pool. It is a block away from a shopping center with a 7/11 store, a Safeway, RiteAid, Dollar Store, an ABC store, and an expensive gym. It is very close to I-95 and I-495, about 3 miles from the Van Dorn metro station and about 4 mile to either the Huntington or Springfield metro stations.

Already in the short three months I have been a resident I have had my vehicle vandalized. As mine was one of a few, I suspect by some punk and not a targeted attack. Property manager was accommodating. The staff is very attentive and quick to respond.

Rose Hill has always exceed my expectations. Great apartment with reasonable rent. Office Staff are always courteous and try to help you to the best of their abilities. Also Community Events are plentiful and always great to see people going to them. Metro shuttle has been a blessing ever since they've implemented it. It would be a shame if they ever ended this amenity.

I recently moved in, but so far so good. I have really enjoyed my time at Rose Hill during the past few weeks. I will be able to give a more detailed answer once I have been in the community a few more weeks. However, I like the atmosphere and living environment of Rose Hill.
