I Have been living here since 2016. The apartment complex feel level of security, courteous staff and events that are provided throughout the year over exceeds my expectations. I have not seen or heard of other apartments held events such as this one.

The maintenance is fanstastic. The dog park is great and the property always look very nice. I don't have anything else to comment on and this required length of verbage is a bit annoying, when all I wanted to do to click buttons which would be ideal.

I have lived in Rose Hill since 2006, raised 2 grandkids here. I developed some health issues and could no longer go up/down the stairs.I had to move to a lower level apartment because I have to use a walker now to get around.Getting off grass to sidewalk is hard.

I don't recommend living here. I felt very unsafe and had multiple attempted break-ins while I was home alone, resulting in multiple 911 calls. It also can be very loud. Additionally, it's very difficult to get the office staff to respond to emails or phone calls. Finally, the lease states that they were supposed to let me know when doing the move out inspection so I could attend, but they did not and took almost $900 from my security deposit. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment.

I love my community! The office staff is great, awesome Manager, maintenance is always there for all our needs. The Apartment community is always clean very well kept. My family and I enjoy all the events the community have. Thank you Rose Hill!

Overall experience was OK. Maintenance was excellent, overall appearance of neighborhood was great. Downsides were playground equipment and some (not all) of the office staff and management. Had some issues I didn't feel like were addressed well, nothing ground-breaking, just a bunch of little things. I felt like I was bothering them with things that were important to me. Amenities and the apartment were good for the price. I've been more satisfied in other communities for a comparable price.

The apartment, maintenance everything is great except for the management. There is complete miscommunication between the leasing consultants and the managers. Each one says different things for stuff like lease renewal policy, lease addendum, reserved parking policy etc.

Apartment living here is worry free. They are always trying to make the living experience comfortable and worry free. This is the best place to call home. The maintenance team responds so quickly. The Plesant office staff makes you feel Welcome.

So far so good. WE totally love it here. The dog park is an awesome amenity and the staff really ROCKS! And thanks for the black appliance upgrade. The kitchen looks beautiful.

The noise level in the apartments is terrible. You can hear every step taken by the people above. Also the floors squeak terrible and you can hear music and the TV.

Rose Hill apartments provides renters an opportunity to obtain access to the DC metro transportation system at an affordable price. Rose Hill maintains a positive span of control and creates a personalized experience for every new renter. With rent prices increasing and apartment complexes often growing beyond their management overhead capacity (negative span of control) resulting in poor management, I am comfortable and satisfied with my decision to choose Rose Hill.

My experience at Rose Hill has been positive. It is clean and safe. Packages are either left at the office or door. I do a lot of shopping online and have never had a missing package since living here.

Living as a resident at Rose Hill has been a pleasant experience thus far. We love the amenities offered and how friendly the office and maintenance staff is. We love always having somewhere to park when coming home late at night as well! That has definitely been a benefit to living here. Units next to Rose Hill Dr is a bit noisy because of traffic. Big overhead power lines in southern apartments units. There were lots of road holes on Rose Hill Dr that is the main road outside the apartment complex. Air heating/cooling system is extremely noisy. For a one-bed unit, the kitchen area is relatively small, but the bedroom is over-sized. Other aspects are generally good. Details inside my renovated-unit are excellent.

We leave here since May, and so far we are happy. The only inconvenience is that walls are pretty thin. I can hear our neighbor snoring at night, but it doesn't bother me much. We are on top floor so no noise from above us though. Overall satisfied

The community is alright, not a lot of disruptions and noises after dark. The only thing I dislike is the highly enforced towing and reserved parking spots. I was towed from a reserved parking spot even though the reserved spot tag was covered in sand and salt during winter. That's my only dissatisfaction with the place.

Great place to live!I love how much this apartment complex does for their residents. It's always clean and very safe environment. My family moved here a year ago and we have a 10 months old son and this is a great place to raise him. Would definitely recommend it to my friends!

Since I moved into Rose Hill Apartments, my experience here has been one of the best! I had a few minor maintenance requests that I had to put in upon my arrival to the apartment, and the requests for viewed and well taken care of with 24 hours. I love the customer service that was goven to me by Ms. Annais Wilkinson who made sure she went above and beyond to make sure that my stsy as a new resident was impeccable and was always friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns that I had.

I had a nice easy living experience at Rose Hill and wish I had never moved (for work). The only problem I ever had was that the floor squeaked quite loudly, which made the downstairs neighbor pretty upset. So I would recommend visiting during a time when people are moving around just to see if something is loud. Pros: - Parking was never an issue. - Trash and recycling picked up frequently. - Maintenance was quick and efficient. - Leasing office personnel were very friendly and helpful whenever I dropped by to pick up a package or borrow a shovel or whatever else. - Very close to a small shopping center with a grocery store. - Very close to the beltway but far enough out to cut some of the traffic. - Area always felt safe. Cons: - none? I guess the squeaky floor.

I had a friend who has lived in these apartments since 2001 and loves them. In 2012, after selling my townhouse, I moved in and lived here from March 2012 to July 2013 when I left to spend two years in Florida with my two sons & families. Desperately homesick & moved back in July 2015, wouldn't live in any other apt complex. Staff, apt & grounds are really great. They honestly take great care of residents.
