A Rose hill apt is a good community to leave in where you can have a good life with your family . These apt complex provide an environment of suburb quiet closer to nature walking park and green landscape in the middle of a city where you can hope to interstate highway to 95 less than 5 minute to connect to drive south to Richmond VA or north to DC Washington or Old town Alexandria VA . Since Ross Hill apt is located in Fairfax county it has good school for your children and walking by public library and a shopping center for your daily needs .

Wonderfull staff. Easy to work with for a great value. I have just moved here from out of state and the staff accommodated all of my needs. I am glad I chose Rose Hill Apartments for my great new home.

Rose Hill Apartments is a comfortable place to live. The staff are courteous, the apartments are nice, and a huge plus is, pets are allowed. Most places will not allow pets, but at Rose Hill, it is a pet-friendly community of neighbors.

I needed to move in as soon as possible. The leasing agent was very helpful. The apartment has a lot of light. A main concern is the noise that comes in from the street. Overall I'm pleased with the community and look forward to the summer time so my daughter can use the pool.

It's a great community and great people at the rental office with wounderful customer service the community has great amenities like the Jim the pool the Internet cafe etc. The room were well painted,carpet were clean kitchen cabinets were clean

Nice community. Friendly staff. Renovated apartment. Plenty of storage and shelving. Washer/Dryer combo. Updated appliances. Nice balcony. Oversize bedroom window. Nice size kitchen window. Plush carpet with beautiful color spectrum.

Friendly community, great location, and staff. Ideal for families with kids, elementary school I right across the street with guards and it even has a playground. I've been here for over 2 years and can't say enough good things about the apartments and the staff. I've even made a few calls for general maintenance and those were taken care of promptly. Last but not least did I say great location, near two metro stations, easy access to buses, and highway.

I've been living here for 2 weeks and so far I am extremely satisfied with the apartment. The location is prefect for my wife and I and everyone in the front office has been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a new apt.

The apartment is relatively quiet and very pet friendly. I like that I can walk to a shopping center. It has a neighborhood quality and is off a main road which makes the location ideal, while having easy access to a Wegmans and the newly revamped Springfield mall. It's also great for access to the city and McLean, where people tend to work.

The community is clean and the apartment was very clean upon my arrival. I was pleased with the urgent manner the leasing office had in order to approve me for my apartment. Additionally, the fact that the community is very dog friendly is a huge positive.

Doors need more security. I still have menus and yesterday some church group was banging on my door.how did they get in. This doesn't make me happy. Hopefully this will be fixed. I really don't like ransoms in my building.only people that should be in here' besides residents area couriers.

The experience has not been the best here, however I have made it work for now. I will not renew my contract here and I will not recommend moving here. They don't know how to multi-task for example installing Kastle and putting off addressing the parking issue is not okay. Parking is a major issue specially because they only have one designated area for guest.

I love it here! The staff is amazing and the convenience of the location makes commute easy. My apartment home is perfect size for my small family and the amenities of the community make it even better!

Rose Hill is a great value for what you get in a price-inflated market. The apartments are spacious and the grounds and appearance of the community is well-maintained. The location is very convenient for getting to major highways and also shopping and eating.

The value for the location was nice, and the rent special was too good to decline. There are not many apartments in this part of Alexandria that compare in safety, appearance, and price. I definitely do not regret my decision, and I would recommend Rose Hill to s friend.

Rose Hill is a family oriented community as well as a pet friendly and safe place to raise your family. It's strategically located in a 20 minutes drive to DC, national harbor. It helps to be close to major cities like DC and not worried about living in the middle of a congested city

I love that our apartment is newly renovated. I do not love that our neighbors whom live about are extremely loud. Maintenance requests are completed pretty quickly. I like the new safely features added to the buildings alongside the extra lighting

Love living here! Clean units, friendly staff, and pet friendly! Washer and dryer were a must for us. Great value for the price and a lot of things to do nearby. I've never seen any "critters" in our 1.5 years of living here, and we live on the 1st floor!

Nice space. Adequate for me. Retired widow. Noise level very low. Close to small shopping area. Appliances could be updated. Appear to be years old. Lot of dog feces on the property. Office staff friendly and helpful.

The area is very clean, the staff have been very friendly and have always attended to my needs in a professional manner. Maintenance requests have been promptly attended to. This has occurred within a matter of a few hours of submission. I would continue my lease.

We love being close to the city and to two metro lines, but we appreciate so much to be able to come home to suburbia. Great community and great location. The dog run park and walking trails make it perfect for dogs too!

Everything has been satisfactory. All problems are resolved in a timely matter and customer service is friendly. Space within the apartments are utilized well and love that the washer and dryers are in unit. Community facilities including the pool are well maintained.

Overall good, staff is nice and helpful. The staff really try's and makes the community get together by hosting numerous of events. I've had no complaints in the last 3 years I've lived here. Neighbor's have been great and really friendly as well.

Rosehill apartments has one of the cleanest grounds you can possibly experience in an apartment community . We have never experienced anything negative and everyone is always willing to help from tmaintenance and grounds crew to the front office staff.
