Great neighborhood, very quiet area. The apartment was spotless when we moved in. Amenities, like the on-site gym and shuttle to metro station, save me time and money! The location couldn't be any better, close to shopping area and minutes away from Old Town.

It's a quiet and safe community. The apartment itself is pretty spacious and the staff here are super friendly. Good prices for a good apartment. Only been here for a month, but already loving it here!

Have been living at Rose Hill apartments for about 5 month and so far liking this place. Great stuff! school is right across the street. Convenience location. Washer and dryer in unit. I mean what not to love about this place. Everything I guess. Really recommended.

Rose hill apartments is a great choice when looking for a safe and fun community to live in. The pool is a beautiful place to spend your summer weekends and there's quite a few community events to attend.

The apartment staff are friendly and the community is conveniently located up the street from the Rose Hill shopping plaza. There's lots of amenities offered and things like the gym and business office are open 24/7. It's a decently quiet neighborhood. The occasional chatter from kids and such, but nothin out of the ordinary. I'd recommend you pay for a parking spot. It eliminates the hassle of finding a spot if it gets full from other people visiting.

Pretty good. I use it to gage the likelihood of me moving there. People post pictures and provide feedback related to their experience at places. I absolutely love Rose Hill. From the Staff to the Facilities. A great safe place to live. The community is multi cultural and it's clean.

Rose Hill is a great community. The daily shuttle to the metro makes the location commutable. The apartments are clean and relatively modern. The pool, community events and other small touches go a long way. Service staff are available, friendly, and reliable

This is one of the excellent apt which can have:) all the facilities,community and staffs are awesome don't feel like we live in apartment. It's has more salacious and quite and comfortable here to live:)

My experience here has been pretty good overall as far as apartment living goes. I love the surrounding neighborhood as it's very quiet, safe and family friendly. You're close to many different shopping options, major highways and bus/train stations.

My experience has been positive living at Rosehill. They offer a wide variety of free activities for the community. The grounds are well kept and we have many restaurants, Safeway, and other convenient stores in walking distance.

Rose Hill is a fine apartment community to live in. My chief complaint comes from the fact they charge monthly pet rent on top of a pet fee. This seems outrageous. Equals out to $900 the first year alone for one animal. Then $50 a month each year after- an additional $600 a year for really no perks for the animals or the renters who have them. As I look for a new place to live next year, I'm finding that pet rent on top of a pet fee is outrageous and just a money making scheme for the money hungry people of corporate to make an extra buck. Otherwise- the staff is friendly and responsible and maintenance is prompt and professional. I enjoy living here despite the extra $600 a year I pay to have my best friend with me.

We had an effortless moving experience. They honored an apartment showcase special. Friendly staff. Nice surroundings. Very quiet at night. They have shuttles to the metro Huntington station. Great community activites.

I just moved in recently, and I am really enjoying the apartment community so far. I had a few issues moving in, but the leasing staff were great in helping me as much as possible to resolve the issues. Upon move-in, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors, but it is apartment living so I can be patient with that.

I actually went to Zillow and put in the zip codes of where I would like to live and then narrowed it down by cost and then logged onto the different complexes I was looking at to read the reviews. I then drove past the properties and made appointments to talk to a leasing agent.

Great apartment complex. There's a free shuttle to Huntington metro. Washer and dryer is included in each unit. Pet friendly. Great location - the neighborhood is safe and the apartments are walking distance from grocery and take out locations

When we moved in there was a lot of small defects throughout the apartment nothing to really gripe over but enough to document to make sure we don't get dinged when we move out. The staff is very polite. You only get two guest pass if a friend has more than one child(or more than two friends. You have to pay $110 party fee to have them come over and play at the pool. The apartment layout itself is very nice the bedroom is massive. Both of them. The kitchen is compact. Verizon FiOS is offered at this location. As well as Cox. As of now all the appliances seem to work. Though I have not tested out the stove. The stairs are very steep. Parking seems to be fairly easy to find at least for a little distance away from the apartment. The walls are thin. I can hear my neighbors walk as the floors the creakiest floor I have ever known. Like Great Grandma's House creaking noise level.

I've only just moved in but so far this is a great apartment to live in. It's clean, spacious, beautiful grounds, friendly leasing staff. only downfall is the parking availability, you have to pay for "good" spots and you also have to have guest parking permits which is inconvenient

Loving this place! Moved here about 3 months ago and so far loving everything about Rose Hill. Best office stuff(especially Dimitri, Tatiana, Sakinah)and maintenance. They do know how to keep residents happy with different family activities! From movie night to pool party and many more. I'll definitely recommend Rose Hill to any friends and family members. SOOOO IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE!!!!

AMAZING front office staff, very responsive maintenance, easy to use online system, safe community with awesome amenities. I am really happy we moved here, my only real complaint so far is the amount my neighbor smokes (all his smoke blows into my house when the windows are open and sometimes the main entrance smells because of him). Other than that I love it here!

Couldn't believe something this nice could be had for the price in this area. Management is very involved in the community and real effort is put into maintaining the buildings/grounds and it shows. Parking is ample, washer/dryer in units, customer service top notch, cannot beat the value you're getting here.

Rose hill apartments are located in an ideal spot anywho wants the benifit of being located near Alexandria and Springfield without the haste of urban living found in most apartments in both respective areas. Pros: -My apartment is very high quality with modern amenities throughout. - recreational ammeneties well kept (pool, tennis court, grills) - Ideal location for shopping in between Springfield and Alexandria. - Courteous staff Cons: -Minor wear and tear on dawers/shelves -limited lighting to start - Potential parking issues depending on time. - Thin walls make it easy to hear neighbors

My wife and I are very satisfied with the cleanliness of this community. The landscaping is kept up well and the environment is very clean. We have only been here for just over a week, but the office staff is very professional and supportive. I think Rose Hill has great value for its location. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Alexandria and it feels safe. I would highly recommend this apartment to young married couples just starting off.
