I have had a good experience. Quick response to maintenance issues and clean community. I have been told by a friend that moved out that they hit him with some unexpected cleaning fees, so we will see if that happens to me too!

Overall it's great. The people are great and so are the staff. It has a lot of nice amenities that I wouldn't have thought about putting in an apartment complex...like a car wash station. I recently signed another year lease and I'm excited for what's to come.

First, I will say I never write reviews but in this situation, I feel its a need. I moved in 2 months ago and have had more problems than ever. The leasing office is not helpful and seems to have an attitude when asking questions. Within the first month I had issues with my key fob not working (and they weren't too caring about it), washer and dryer had to be replaced as well as my hot water tank. During them changing these out, I had cameras in my apartment and they were unplugged once I got home. It seems as if they take the easy way out on doing any types of fixing things. Also seems that no one checked all the appliances prior to a new tenant moving in. I would NOT recommend this complex. Although the rent is low, it is not worth the headaches.

Rose Hill is a great community. The area has a lot to offer and the shuttle to Huntington makes it easy to get to work. The front office staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome when we came to visit. They offer a wide variety of apartment options and host events for the community.

They have roaches. Maintenance requests not honored. Your new car will get towed if parked over night without placard. Just filling space to move on in survey. They require a minimum of 200 characters.

It was an easy move in process once all paper work was approved. The apartment was clean with no issues. It's a quiet neighborhood and it has plenty of stores near by. It comes with a gym and pool so I don't have to go pay else where.

The online "3D Tour" shows a completely renovated apartment but when we applied for it no one told us it wouldn't look like the one shown online. The apartment we received only had new appliances, no other upgrades - it's fine but I can see this being a big issue for some people. Counter tops and cabinets did not seem to have been cleaned very well. We found multiple roaches the first night there. We did enjoy the freshly painted walls. Free parking and 24 hour gym is nice though!

I lived there 10 years ago or may be more then I came back, it is the perfect place to live at especially if you need safety, ease access to shopping center, quiet and friendly neighbors. I love the place that is why I came back

so far everything is great! nice and quiet apartment is good no complaints. Maintenance was prompt and fixed the problem asap, the people in the office were very helpful and put my request in promptly I appreciated that over all I think I will like it here.

I can't wait to move! I have been living here since October 2010 and I am finally getting out! Feels like a prison sentence ending because this complex is like a prison including cell checks every other month. I'm not kidding. Every other month you will receive an email about some reason they need to come into your home and this is an actual sentence they use in every email: "This process is not negotiable and is not able to be re-scheduled." They say that like you're not paying rent to live here. It would be one thing if it happened once a year, but it's AT LEAST six times a year. It's always something with these people. I am so sick of it and I am moving somewhere that feels like MY HOME. Bye Rose Hill! You won't be missed...at all!

Rose Hill is a friendly community. Residents feel safe and comfortable. I love coming home after a day of work to relax in my quiet apartment or walk around the neighborhood. I have two cats who enjoy sitting on the windowsill watching the people, dogs, birds, and squirrels...there's quite a bit of nature right outside. My patio is even big enough for a small garden. Rose Hill is a great place to live and I would recommend it to a friend.

This is a very bad apartment complex with very unprofessional staff and lots of noisy, poorly behaved neighbors and their dogs. We love dogs but not nasty noisy dogs with owners who don't care. We get emails reminding tenants to pick up after their dogs and to not go off roading though the complex but the reminders don't work. There are lots of problems, we do not feel safe or comfortable. We will move as soon as our lease expires.

Mostly quiet community that is very pet friendly and the staff is very responsive. I had a water leak and it was fixed before I had returned from a business trip. Love that there is a shuttle to the metro to avoid traffic in DC.

I have enjoyed liviing at Rose Hill the past six months. The leasing staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and it is convenient to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. I also like the fact that the parking is included/free with rent, and have not had any problems with finding an open space close to my door. It is usually not too noisy.

I enjoy very much living here. The location is extremely convenient for my job, close to the mall and close to many shoppings. There is always parking. Even though amenities are not included, as a single person I manage to pay very little for Everything (except the internet). The staff is very kind and efficient. They solve any problem immediately. I'm on the first floor and I can hear everything my neighbor does. I'm starting to get used to it after 5 months of living here. There is a constant urine smell from my neighbor's dogs and it is my only big problem with this place. They have tried many things to fix this, but this is directly a problem of negligence from my neighbor. I feel safe living here and it is definitely a friendly/family-oriented environment.

These are very old buildings that are very noisy to live in. You can every footstep above you and lots of other noises all around through your walls and windows. Don't count on them keeing any of their promises when they try to get you to rent an apartment. The maintenance people seem to try hard but can't get management to agree to the needed repairs. We have had several bouts of bug infestations, it gets better after they treat but the bugs coem back. There are many of our neighbors moving out or planning to do so. Can't wait until our lease is up so we can also move.

Moved in due to a divorce. From the time I pulled into the parking lot, the staff has been outstanding. I flagged down the property manager (unrealized it was the manager at the time) while looking for the Leasing office. The leasing staff, especially Tatiana, have been outstanding during this challenging time. At move in, there were some minor issues found inside my apartment and when I reported it, maintenance was out withing 3 hours. Everyone has been friendly and I couldn't be happier with my apartment. During my search, I absolutely found cheaper places, but the experience with the staff sold me. I'm extremely happy with my decision to move here.

Old apartments with squeaky, noisy floors. Always cold or hot, very high utility bills with electric heat. Lots of noisy unruly dogs. Smallest bathroom and kitchen. Very good maintenance and office staff. Many people moving out so quite a few incentives available, look around to find them, yelp etc.

very good, the units are older building that are well maintained bot the building and the surrounding grounds. Once committed and lease signed, the management provided contacts for utilities that included names of direct contacts that knew the complex and the facilities and were able to make connecting services very easy.
