While more expensive than I was initially looking for, I think Rose Hill was the best value of the apartments we looked at. My move-in experience could certainly have went smoother than it did, but so far I'm liking living in this community.

Great location for access to metro, local freeway systems and shopping centers and malls. Excellent community representatives extremely helpful and are quick to respond to residences questions or concerns to include their maintenance team, very responsive. The apartment complex is kept clean and the landscaping management provides a nice ascetic environment I particularly like all their security measures!

The staff is incredibly friendly and are willing to go out of their way to work with you. The community is very tame and friendly, as well. There is a lot of security in the area given that there are numerous law enforcement officers and military that live here. The actual homes are, in my personal opinion, the nicest for the price compared to other homes of similar sizing at various communities.

Haven't lived in a apartment in many years but space wise it fit my needs and budget. Neighborhood isn't bad and the neighbors so far are friendly. My kids really enjoy having a playground right behind us so that's a plus

I really enjoy living here. I feel right at home and the activities that the neighborhood hosts really bring us together. The only thing that I would wish for the community to work on would be making the reserved parking spaces more clear and for heat/air conditioning fixes to be done more timely.

I really enjoy living here. Only feedback is that I can hear the woman above walking or closing/opening doors. I can also hear my next door neighbor in a similar way. I've gotten used to it over the past year, but it's still kind of annoying. It's my only complaint.

I have lived in the Rose Hill Community for many years. I have received timely customer service for any maintenance issues I have had. The grounds are lovely and the upkeep is outstanding. The location offers many conveniences...the grocery store, USPS, elementary school, medical offices, retail stores and restaurants are in walking distance from my apartment. There is a fitness center, and community pool. I also use the convenient car washing station that offers a hose for cleaning my car.

This is an awesome apartment building. We loved it! Our kids also happy to be there. They are enjoying much as sweet home. I have found few incredibly neighbors; definitely they are kind and caring. We build a close ties with them. Our kids found many good friends. We are very glad to staying in Rose Hill.

Rose Hill has been a great place to live. The maintenance staff are extremely responsive and the community offers extra events such as movie night, bingo, and holiday activities. They also continually perform routine maintenance checks and building updates.

As a resident here, I've had minimal to no complaints. I love this community and the maintenance service has been great, as a daily metro commuter, the shuttle bus service is a huge plus!! I recommend this community as a place to live. The staff I've had the pleasure of interacting with have a good balance of professional and personal engagement. It's nice. The office staff should have done a more thoughtful job of being sure my apartment was set up properly. The stove didn't work and neither did the washer when I moved in. They fixed it all but it was frustrating. Also the switch plates are hung at odd angles in the kitchen and the closets have these organizers that are bulky and lack the ability to easily reconfigure.

John in the office was super helpful. I came into the office harried after looking at so many apartments and he was patient, friendly, and courteous. After I decided to move in that didn't change. I was moving out of state and I had many questions. He answered all of them and always got back to me promptly. On move in day, Tatiana continued the trend. It was a long drive and I was tired. She was patient and friendly. I'm very happy with my decision!

Rose Hill Apartments is located is a very nice community that I have felt very safe living in. The apartments are very competitively prices, especially for the value of the homes. The neighborhood is also in a convenient, central location, which is often difficult to find in a safe neighborhood at good pricing. If my husband and I were not relocation to a different area for work, we would continue to live here indefinitely!

I love the community. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and clean. Maintenance is always super fast at resolving any requests. It's nice to see an apartment complex that invests in the buildings. All of our windows have been recently replaced. The new gym and amenities center is beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

So far so good. When I first chose this apartment, it was the friendliness of the staff, the environment of the community and of course, the overall value of the actual apartment. After three months, I am still very satisfied with the place. The maintenance staff is very responsive, and it's easy to place a request online or in the leasing office.

Apartments are spacious for what you pay, one of the better options in the area for the price. In unit washer/dryer is a life saver and office staff are professional and responsive to any issues that arise.

So far it's a very quiet community. We've lived here since December of 2018 and it's been a pleasant experience in almost every way. The neighbors are not bad, most people stay to themselves but they will say hello. Neighborhood/Community events are always a lot of fun here. The location is not bad, you're literally located near everything. Springfield, 495, 395, Route 1 are all nearby.
