nice place to live but could use more parking, guests seem to fill up tenant parking and do not use guest parking. also our front door is unlocked most of the time and visitors take all of the parking and use car wash

Neighbors upstairs are very noisy and non respectful they let their kids jump and Bang all times of the night the it the ceiling is so thin you hear everything that's going on upstairs I've complained to the police several times have called the office have written emails and even spoke with the people that live above me they are very non respectful and non responsive they do not care they're of foreign descent and in their country they don't care they hoot and holler all night long

This apartment community has large Spacious bedrooms, beautiful landscapes, a nice big gym, big pool, plenty of parking and awesome customer service and maintenance! It's in an awesome location next to a shopping center with a grocery store, pharmacy, cleaners, fast food and is on a bus line.

I've lived in Rose Hill Apts for over 13 years, raised two of my four grandchildren safely and I couldn't think of a better place to live and raise kids. With friendly neighbors and management staff.

Community and house is fantastic, love this apartment and the entire housing community and the surrounding areas. The only issue we have at this time is the ongoing plumbing issue. With only one bathroom in this unit, we need this fixed. Otherwise we've LOVED our experience

We have just moved into the community August 2021 and we are loving it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Previously we had rented two other apartments in the DMV area and none have even came close to the experience we have had with moving into this community. It is very clean, friendly, and the amenities are great. I would definitely recommend this community.

Community is great! Residents and staff are so friendly! The amenities are also a very nice and convenient. The location of the apartment is great! Overall, move-in experience was fantastic thanks to the great staff!

I love it. Tatiana was my leasing agent who I absolutely adore. Maintenance is quick and efficient. My building is nice and quiet. Neighbors friendly. Very happy I moved here. Grounds are maintained on the regular.

A friend of mine lived here for 1.5 years and recommended this place for dog owners and quiet living. I work 3pm - 11pm and parking was an issue at my old place but Rose Hill has ample parking at any time of the day. The staff was professional and prompt with all my questions. The grounds keeping is always on time.

Staff is helpful and responsive. Apartments are well maintained. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Convenient to shopping and dining. Maintenance is nice and completes requests in a timely fashion. Newly renovated amenities hub is very nice!

I love it here! Great location, many amenities, friendly staff! Love the special events that they offer, I wish they would offer more of them! The upgrades that they have made in the past five years has been amazing!

My experience at Rose Hill Apartments has always been a pleasant one. From the office staff to the maintenance staff, all are ready to assist in any way that they can. I would, and have recommend Rose Hill to anyone.

Great place to live. Wish the parking situation was more ideal. Love that they have a dog park, car wash, tennis court, fitness center, pool and playground. I would stay longer if I could. Front office staff is very friendly.

Rose Hill Apartments are clean, the grounds are well-maintained, and the office staff is generally helpful. We have lived here for just over nine months and have had no substantial issues. While some of the amenities are closed due to the ongoing pandemic, we've appreciated the ample parking for residents, free guest parking, on-site package lockers, tennis court, and the large lawns that are nice to sit outside on and get some sun. I would recommend Rose Hill to those looking to move to the area and live in a quieter, less expensive community than you may find in Old Town or on the other side of the beltway.

The move in process was very easy and well done by the leasing agent John, I appreciated the effort to let me know all specials as well. The apartment seems to be very pet friendly which is appreciated with the two pets I have.

Well I have been in the Rose Hill Alexandria Apartments long enough to raise 2 grandchildren and retire I am a happy camper so to speak. The community is perfect with good neighbors and good staff people. I would gladly recommend Rose Hill as a great place to live and raise kids.

Great costumer service! I will recommend Rose Hill Apartments to anyone. Is a quiet place that includes pool and gym. Also the safety is one of my priorities and Rose Hill has it. Main building doors have safety locks.

Very helpful staff members, very efficient maintenance services and excellent gym facilities. In a nut shell, I am satisfied & that is why I and my 2 daughters have lived here for this long. The community is a nice one and the atmosphere is conducive.

Great place to look be with children very convenient amenities. Near by shopping center. The staff was wonderful helping us move into our unit. I will definitely recommend rose hill apartments to others

The community is large, but very well kept. It features an excellent gym, and a package access system that is very convenient. There are lots of kids here, and they seem to enjoy the large playground. There is a dog park attached to the community, a car wash area, and a nice walking trail that backs up to the parking area and provides a good 2 mile loop. I was impressed on move in by the quality of paint and finishes in the apartment. I have had nothing but good experiences since moving in. Security access on the buildings works well, and maintenance staff are always courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Rose Hill Apartments for the quality and value.

So far I have been pleased with my apartment. The furnishings, equipment (washer, dryer, dishwasher), walls, carpet, are up-to-date and look nice. Noise from neighbors is minimal. There are several stores within walking distance. There were some initial issues with internet setup but that is the problem that I have had since I moved in. Overall I am pleased with the value that I get.

It Has always It has always been good. Apartments,Buildings and lawns maintained very good. The office staff and the maintenance staff very friendly and do everything possible to help. Beautiful trees, flowers. All outside grounds and parking lot kept clean and free of trash. Easy walk to shopping center and library. Security on entrance door.

A very quiet community, nice landscaping, mostly families and professionals. Maintenance staff is very good at their jobs. No loud weekend parties or anything like that. Lots of nice facilities like a gym and a pool
