Do not recommend

This complex is too large to not have adequate processes in place! I would never rent here again due to 1 factor. There is not a true move out inspection!! Maintenance does a 3 minute walk through and states "your good". This is absurd!!! There should be a move out inventory form that the resident and maintenance go through together, agree upon and sign on site prior to the resident departing.

Great location, good community, you get a good value for the amount of rent payed. Facilities are always clean and the gym has more than enough space to work out and its never full. There's always parking available but very limited for overnight guests.

Overall is a quiet community. I have lived for over 8 years we are pretty satisfied. There should be small incentives if you renew your lease. The plus of this community everything is close by schools, shopping centers , and highways .

Overall a great residential apartment community, have only ever really had 2 issues since I've moved here in 2016 and those were resolved immediately. I would also say the value is fairly reasonable, even considering the current housing market.

I like it but the kids are starting to be destructive. And several neighbors have had their packages stolen from the secure room.The staff have been great about reminding pet owners about picking up after their dogs.

We love living at Rose Hill. Great community, staff, and amenities. We especially love the gym here! Parking is free for residents and guests. The apartment is in a safe and convenient location. Traffic is not so busy compared to other areas- with the exception of traffic during school drop-off/pick-up times. There is a grocery store, restaurants, schools, and library all within walking distance.

This is a nice community to live in. Great people who keep the grounds clean. Maintenance is done promptly and well. Only the noise level of neighbors tv coming into the apartment is a problem. But apartment itself is great.

This complex is not worth the price they are asking for rent. You can hear the people above you stomping around and if they have pets, be prepared to hear them too. There is not enough parking for all of the units. The pool is only open Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is just not worth living here. Find some other place to spent $2000 a month.

This is a great community to live in! There is access to transportation and shopping mall within walking distance. On top of that, I can walk my dog and take her to the dog playground. I have a sense of safety and access to emergency management a call away.

The community is lovely and a carwash has been added to alleviate driving to a carwash outside the community. The grounds are lovely and maintain weekly. The staff have special events, but my work schedule prevent me from attending.

I looked at so many apartments in Alexandria, and Arlington and nothing compares to the price and quality I get at Rosehill. I like that it's in a quiet neighborhood, I feel safe, and is pet friendly with a dog park. I haven't had many issues but when I need maintenance, they are very quick to respond. If I wasn't looking to buy once my lease is up I would definitely renew with Rosehill.

My experience has been exceptional. The management team is helpful and responsive. Pre-Covid-19 there were community events like bingo, casino night, water ice truck and other fun things that brought the members of the community out. The most touching was during Covid-19 restrictions a back of goodies were dropped off at each door as a remind that management was thinking of us.

Coming to the Northern Virgina are from the Gulf Coast wasn't a field trip day, the long driving hours, worn you out but when you find a place like Rose Hill Apartments that gives you a sense of security, and warn like southern welcome it feels just right to move in. The Staff, maintenance crew, service call 24/7 and friendly neighbors has made my move a lot smoother. Highly recommend checking in it out.

I have not had any issues with the place or area that I am renting at. The apartment is close to a lot of places you can go for recreation (i.e Parks, Outlets, Marina). The staff is very accomodating and they are prompt with any answers you may have regarding questions, comments or concerns. My only concern is when school ends, be ready for a little traffic.
