I've been a resident of Rosehill for about 7 years and I can the I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and service that Rosehill resident. They kept our community clean and safe place to be. They are able to maintain regular maintenance of our units. Regular service is being done regularly from past control service, ac and heater regular checks, keeping the landscape well maintained and clean. Immediate attention to any repairs and assistance we needed and wonderful and amazing staff who assist us of any concerns and questions. Resident activities and events They scheduled to encourage residents to socialize and make our home pleasant place to be such as bingo, movie night at the pool, Thanksgiving party and others.

I Like the unit very much spacious, peaceful community and accessible to commercial centers, schools, church and public transportation, etc..There's also very spacious parking and well maintained facilities and clean environment.

My experience has been great. I've lived here almost 20 years. It's convenient, well maintained, friendly staff. They have many customer appreciation activities, very nice fitness center, business center and package concierge. It is really a nice place to call home.

was really great all these years, but last year increase the rent to much. I live on he second level, and always have noise neighbors on the upper level special nights time, tired to request to the office send letters to respect special after 11 pm

Living at Rose Hill has been the best! The area is always clean and the amenities are always working/beneficial. The maintenance will respond to requests quickly and are always courteous. We have not had a bad experience here. No bug or mouse issues either! Very lucky to live here! The only complaint is the rise in prices.

I had a fantastic experience touring the Rose Hill Apartments. Our leasing agent, Michael, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and he did an excellent job of showing us all of the units we were interested in as well as going over the amenities.

Just moved in about 2 days ago. From the start Sebastian helped with so much. He guided me around the apartment and took all my preferences that I wanted and he found the perfect place for me. Even after I moved in he was still answering any questions I had. Michael from the leasing team also helped a ton pointing me in the right direction and getting my self a new key when one of them was not working.

The maintenance staff is the only consistently positive aspect of living here. When you get inconsiderate neighbors, you absolutely will hear them through the floors and the office staff is often very slow to respond - if they even decide to.

Rude and rigid

Resident manager is not a nice person and it comes through in many ways. Staff are consistently rude. Been a renter for 17 years until moved when bought and always had a good relationship with landlords until this one. They don’t respect the residents, audibly make fun of them in the leasing office, blame you for maintenance issues that are their responsibility and generally assume everything is your fault. They maintain spot markers poorly then tow you if you park in a reserved one by accident that is poorly marked. The lease implies a transfer might be negotiated but it cannot. They blamed us for ants for years and then realized there were cracks in the wall (I had flagged that repeatedly). Teri or loud music in the resident lounge, five hundred cash deposit for a poorly maintained guest suite they make it very hard to reserve, everything if the cheapest materials. Crappy curtains you’re required to keep up that are constantly breaking. No tricycles allowed on patios and random patio checks. Basically prepare to feel like a kid in detention for the duration. I’m not sure what the history of this place is but they act like they think they are doing you a huge favor by letting you live here. I suspect they don’t treat the maintenance staff very well either.

The maintenance team is great, as well. Any issues that I've had has been resolved in a timely manner with no mess left behind. I have no complaints about Rose Hill Apartments.

Our move in experience has been fantastic so far. We moved cross country and were running late due to traffic. The staff were willing to stay after hours to make sure we got in before the end of the weekend. Rachel was wonderful and kept us informed about everything from our community to our apartment. The apartment was clean and the updated appliances are great. The neighbors were super friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better move in experience.

In February 2014, and I were in serious discussions about where to live and also qualify to be enrolled in a very distinctive schools for our children. We made our research and found Rosehill Apartments to be the best and perfect home to answer all our questions. The Fairfax County School System is one of the best in Northern Virginia. Rosehill Apartments is in the pivot of The Mark Twain School and The Edison High School. With great management skills and excellent leadership and staff with very knowledgeable maintenance professionals who answers the call right away and to all the great amenities surrounding us to enjoy. My family has since lived here for the past Nine and Half years and Still.

I really like living in Rose Hill. The building is a little dated, but my apartment has been updated. The amenities are great, I especially love the gym and the dog park, but there's a tennis court, playground, and car washing station as well. It's a nice, quiet place to live, and it's near a shopping center and schools so it's pretty walkable as well.
