Excellent community style apartment living. Very safe feeling day or night. Management works hard to be sure you are always satisfied!! The apartments are spacious. Very good upkeep of grounds. Love the pool. Highly recommended!!

I moved in 17 years ago. I have always felt comfortable and safe at Rose Hill. I have not had many issues over the years. The only recurring I have it the AC above me tends to leak during the hot weather and causes a stain on my ceiling. Its always repaired quickly.

I've been living at Rose Hill Apartments going on 2 years. My experience here has been nothing more than great. Management and their team has been awesome. The community is beautiful and a very pleasant place to live.

Good apartment, good environment, good customer service. It's been great living here and I'm looking forward to staying for a bit more. The condition of the gym could be a little bit better. More and newer equipments. Also, the lounge area could maybe have an extended operation hour.

I love the Rose Hill Community. I feel safe walking to and from my car when I get home late at night I love how quickly the maintenance staff responds to any issues that come up. And the staff is always super nice.

Premises is clean and well kept, office staff is courteous and polite, they usually respond promptly to requests made. At Rose Hill maintenance staff are polite and respectful. They usually respond quickly to request made come and do their job and leave your space clean.

Moving to the Rose Hill apartment was a smooth transition, starting with professional staff and an excellent maintenance team. The only thing I'm concerned about is the safety of vehicles in parking due to a lack of security that includes visible cameras.

It's nice living here. The maintenance staff is top notch and truly why I've stayed so long. The rent and additional miscellaneous charges to our bill have become atrocious. Apartment living is bittersweet.

First six years great!!! The last 4?things gone down hill. The new staff in office not reliable. The entrance of property is kept up until u get towards the back (near the dumpster) this looks like a set up.

The community is very clean and quiet, they have activities and social events to bring neighbors together which is lovely. The neighbors are very polite and the office staff are very efficient. Overall it's a lovely place to live.

Management does nothing about noise complaints don't live here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been dealing with constant, disruptive noise from my downstairs neighbors for months and management has done absolutely nothing to resolve it. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, all I’ve gotten are vague responses or no transparency about the processâ€”if there even is one. It’s clear that tenant comfort and peace of mind are not a priority here. I pay good money to live in a place where I should be able to relax in my own home, not constantly be disturbed and ignored. The lack of accountability and action from management is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and find a place where management actually does their job.

Complex is located in a great area. Close, but far enough from D.C. Easy to get to public transportation. Close to supermarket and other shopping. Staff is friendly and always with a smile. Amenities are good

Very nice clean grounds and apartment, easy move in process. Nice community and neighbors. Appliances and apartment itself is very nice and the laundry in unit is amazing. Safeway 10 minute walk away and beautiful parks super close. Love living here so far.
