Through this entire pandemic I felt as if this place just stop caring about its residents. I've witness people being towed by dominion towing in visitor parking, and increase in complaints, not enough parking, lack of any help towards rents, and more. Rose hill is a very beautiful apartment on the outside but once you are in you realize they could care less about you.

The maintenance team are the best I have ever dealt with, since they have always taken care of any repairs as soon as possible. They're the #1 reason I still live here. They're very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

The leasing staff was extremely friendly from the moment I called in a panic looking for a new apartment. They paid attention to the specific things I needed, like a ground floor walk out patio for my dogs and on move in day they walked me through every detail I needed to know! I love living at Rose Hill Apartments!

Rooms and closets in the rooms are very spacious but that comes at a bit of a price. The bathroom and kitchen are very crowded. I live by myself so it's not that big of a deal but definitely wouldn't recommend for bigger families

I like the apartment so far because I'll be closer to my job. My kids will go to a better school. It's very clean. I hope to stay there for a few years and raise my kids there cause I hate moving. I'm enjoying it

Overall things have been good. Usually maintenance is quick and efficient. The upgrade gym is nice. Location is good walking distance from grocery store when needed. The pricing is fair for the surrounding. Unfortunate about restrictions on credit check for me to move with a roommate

I drove by the complex and noticed that it was so clean and nice. So I stopped in to obtain a brochure and discuss how to rent, I was told that due to Covid, we do applications on line. So smooth applied on a Friday, had an Apartment on Tuesday AM.

Rose Hill is a great community with a decent front office staff and prompt maintenance. They have tons of community events (pre-COVID) and even with the shelter in place orders, they still try to engage residents with virtual events. The grounds are always maintained and there is always plenty of parking. Light sleepers beware. Our main reason for moving is because we can hear and smell every. single. thing the neighbors above and below us are doing (food, weed, old trash, loud music, stomping, pets running/barking). This is literally the main reason we're going. Perhaps if front office staff enforced some type of fine for noise, there wouldn't be this much an issue. Other than that, when we moved in last Aug, we were told amenity hub would be complete in 3 months (Nov) but wasn't done until March so we never got to utilize the gym or business center. It is complete now and very nice. Overall, they seem to be making some practical renovations to older units and is very affordable for area. If noise is not an issue for you, I would highly recommend moving in.

Very nice and quiet here. Parking is always available, apartment complexes are safe, and the entire neighborhood is very clean. The shopping enter is a five minute walk from my complex, which makes acquiring food and necessities easy. Love it here!

Rose Hill Apartments is a great place to live. They have good management team if anything goes wrong. The apartment I am currently residing in is very clean and I enjoyed spending my time in my home. Rose hills apartment has becomes greatly valued and provides a terrific experience to stay in. Not only it is great to live but the community is very friendly and safe. I believe that it's the most important thing that the living space is secured. Thank you to rose hill staffs!

Our unit is freshly renovated which is fantastic. The apartment complex seems very well taken care of and the front office staff are very personable and nice so far. We signed our lease online which was great considering the pandemic going on. They made everything very easy and quick, which was very refreshing considering where we came from previously.

It's a great community, my neighbors are friendly, it's pretty quiet, never have to fight for parking, lots of green space. The apartments are updated regularly between tenants and everything's in great shape. I love having a porch space, as well. Management does a good job communicating with residents and planning events. Also, everything's very safe - three locks on a heavy door, and you have to use a key fob to get in the building initially.

The space has been generous even for a 1 bedroom, everything in the apartment is brand new and clean, and we have had an very enjoyable time interacting with the staff and other residents living near us.

I lived here for about four years, 2014 - mid 2019. Overall, it was a pretty comfortable place. I lived on the ground floor and my patio looked out onto the playground....I would say that was probably my only real source of everyday concern and that was because there was always someone walking around in front of my place so I never felt comfortable opening my windows and never opened the blinds in my bedroom. My neighbor upstairs for two years was a horrible person who personally targeted me for some reason I do not know. Other than that, my neighbors were really nice or just kind of there and not bothering anyone. The worst issue I had other than my privacy concerns, was noise. You will hear everyone all the time. Pray you don't live under a wannabe pornstar or someone who snores heavily. You will hear all of it. My kitchen was nice. Nothing brand new but it was in good shape and none of it required maintenance the entire time I was there. Bathroom, same deal. Wasn't brand new, but everything worked, it looked nice. The light fixtures were pretty nice in the apartment. We had some issues with mail when the complex became private access, but at least it stopped the religious people from knocking on our doors all the time. If they heard a sign of life in your apartment when they knocked, they would stand there and knock until you answered. Someone walked up to my patio once because they knew I was there but wasn't opening my front door to say hi. It was great when they couldn't come in and knock anymore. I never had pests. I had a ground floor apartment so I would sometimes get the occasional grasshopper if I used my patio at night. Never saw a roach, never saw a mouse nor rat. The dog owners in the complex are fine. People from the neighborhood have come into the development though and they are not. They leave waste, lets their dogs run around off leash, have had issues with their animals going after other people's pets. I was surprised at the leniency when I left. My dad punctured a door at move out and they didn't charge me for it. They also gave me this crazy move out sheet where they expected me to reprime the walls after filling holes. I filled holes, some of them not my best work. When I went to hand over my keys, the guy was like "oh you actually filled the holes! Great. You won't get charged for that." It might've been because I was a really good tenant, but when I got my deposit back they didn't charge me for anything even though I wasn't able to return one of my parking passes. I would totally live here again.

The community feels secure and quiet and lots of residential parking spots but less guests parking spots. Overall friendly environment but I suggest or recommend that there should be more guests parking spots.
