The experience was wonderful. The office staff and shuttle service was extremely helpful. As far as safety never felt unsafe coming home or leaving my apartment. Maintenance team was on point. As soon as you place a work order its resolved immediately.

Rose Hill Apartments operates by best practices in the apartment management industry as best I can tell. Their prices are competitive. Maintenance is appropriately available. The complex has made changes to ensure it is as secure as possible. And RH is very close to I-495, the beltway and household supply/food stores.

I've been living at Rose Hill Apartments for almost two years, and overall it's been pretty good. The staff are generally warm and receptive, and maintenance is fast and efficient. The grounds are general well-maintained, and the neighbors are nice. There have been a couple exceptions in the last year. The first is minor; I got locked out of my apartment after hours and had to wait in the cold for 45 minutes for maintenance to show up and let me back in, for which I had the privilege of paying a $50 charge. But at least I got back in. The seriously bad one is that they started construction on a new building immediately behind my basement floor apartment a month after I renewed my lease... and made no mention of the plans to do so at the time I renewed. Construction will be ongoing throughout the term of my new lease. Shady.

Our experience has been fine. The main issue is lack of parking spaces and being towed when parking in unmarked spaces. There is a lack of trees in some areas which equates to a lack of privacy. The security system is terrible. The mobile app doesn't work for me, nor does it work for any of the neighbors I have spoken to about it. Delivery people have mentioned the same where each person they have delivered to has to come down to the parking lot as the system is so poor.

Im so happy with my decision moving to rosehill apts, the apt is beautiful and its been such an easy move !the rental office is friendly and always wanting to help! I was helped by tatiana , she was friendly and very knowledgeable

My experience has been terrible as far as the apartment goes. The community activities and get maintenance team are the only two good things a this apartment complex. I am a very clean person but have struggled with a roaches since leaving here. I have made several request and the only time the pest people come out is on Monday's so you have to wait an entire week. When asked to transfer to another apartment home the office manager said I'd have to pay a transfer fee and other ridiculous fees. I decided it was more cost effective to just wait out the remainder of my lease. Be careful of roaches if you move here! You have been warned.

I stumbled upon Rose Hill and found a community I love to be a part of and a safe place to raise my child. I was shocked by the hospitality when i moved in and the great little details they provided in the apartment like new towels, shower curtain, coffee, and bread mix. The apartments have all the normal things plus gas stove and washer/dryer in unit which I love. The complex does a ton of resident incentive including pool parties with movies on the big screen, yard sales, Italian ice stands, thanksgiving feasts and more. The front desk and maintenance staff are always available in a prompt response time and work very hard to find an answer. I have recommended this apartment to dozens of friends. Each time I renew my lease I am happy to know that I get my carpet cleaned for free! The perks don't end after you sign the lease.

Very clean and safe neighborhood. Value is excellent for the area. Plenty of off street parking, in unit full size washer/dryer, and plenty of amenities. Staff works hard to put on community events for all ages.

I've lived here about a year and a half. Rose Hill feels like a community. They offer several community events - movie nights, fitness classes, and random free food events. My biggest concerns were safety and parking. The community is in a safe neighborhood - it's next door to an elementary school and county library - and the buildings now have secure entry. Parking is free unless you desire a reserved parking spot. The community also just started a shuttle to Huntington Station in the mornings and evenings, Monday through Friday.

Overall it's a safe community with good people and allows pets. The apartments are good, not great, at least the unrenovated ones. Getting to the metro can be a hassle, but the new shuttle helps, still a little far though. Working in downtown DC it takes me about an hour door to door. The staff is nice but often they are not in the leasing office at the expected times for package pickup, etc. The package system is atrocious. Love the dog park and the pool. Better for families as there are lots of schools nearby. As a young person who needs to get into DC 5 days a week it's a little far and isolated for me.

It is a nice community. Great locations. Good value for the money. Lots of fun activities to do to get out and meet other people in the neighborhood. Very clean grounds. The apartments are surprisingly spacious for being a one bed.

I've had a great experience in this complex, especially for the price. The staff is great. I love the amenities, and they have increased since I moved here. My only issue is my neighbors. Besides them, I wish I could stay forever.

Our experience so far has been great! Staff are courteous, quick to respond, and helpful. The maintenance staff have been extremely quick and thorough in responding to our requests. The community is kept clean and they offer a variety of events for residents to attend.

Clean community and friendly staff. Quick maintenance response to issues within apartment. Abundant parking. Nice amenities. Good "bang for your buck" overall. Also, I commute to the Huntington metro station daily and this location has made the commute fairly painless

Overall our experience has been good. No one bothers us and someone is usually always available if we need assistance. It's a calm and friendly environment. I come home late at night on most nights and I like that it feels like a safe community to be in, even late at night.

The property assistant manager was there for me when I moved in, and he is so professional, friendly, and have awesome ideas when he learned that I was looking for places for furniture. I figured phone call is the best way to ask questions should you have any. Sakinah is very helpful and patient for all my questions regarding contract signing. The overall experience is really above and beyond my expectation.

Grounds are great overall. Maintenance is awesome and timely. But billing and rental fee's can be stiff. I did have a package sit in the office for 3wks, no notification. But late payments are immediate notification.
