This place is great for raising my child. It's located near all the major stores and higways yet far enough for it to be a quiet neighborhood. I like the amenities and the layout of apartment is perfect for an open concept apartment. The staff is great and the price is the best in the area. I would recommend this place to my friends.

I enjoy living here. The location is convenient and my neighbors are friendly. The staff is quick to help address maintenance or other needs, so that any issues are resolved quickly and correctly. I also feel safe as there is adequate lighting at night and secure parking options (visitors must have pass or be in certain section).

Safe neighborhood. Near a shopping center and library. Close to Kingstowne. Good value for the area. I have lived here for over 14 years and the staff have always been friendly and very responsive. Not as fancy as newer apartment buildings, but worth the value.

I have lived in the Rose Hill community for many years. The community grounds, landscaping and common areas are well kept. The exterior lighting along with the secured entrances provides excellent safety measures. The office staff and maintenance staff provide excellent customer service.

This is the best apartments that I've ever lived in. I really love on the recreational facilities including the pool and the tennis courts. I'm really glad that they have somewhere for children to play in the playground. And the fact that Mary is credible this is the best apartments that I've ever lived in. Esta es una comunidad muy bonita, el trato y cortesia del personal de la administracion es muy bueno, el personal tecnico de mantenimiento es gente muy bien preparada para resolver cualquier problema dentro de los departamentos, aunque hoy en dia hay personal muy joven que no muestra cortesia para con los inquilinos, seria muy bueno que los capaciten en ese aspecto, el saludo al inquilino es muy importante. ellos caminan en los edificios pero nunca saludan a ningun inquilino. This is a very nice community. The treatment and courtesy of the administration staff is very good. The maintenance staff is people well prepared to resolve any problems within departments, although today there are very young staff not showing courtesy for the tenants. It would be very good for them to get a training in that aspect, greetings the tenant is very important, they used to walk in buildings but never greet any tenant.

My experience living at Rosehill has been nothing short of great. This is the only community my wife actually feels safe in. Also, there a many other communities that promote "pet friendly; however, Rosehill is the only community in Alexandria that actually stands by it.

I love this community! My only concern involved the "sense of security"; however, this issue has not only been addressed, but also resolved when security measures were implemented (i.e. coded doors) in July 2016. This action has given me peace of mind knowing that my safety matters.

The neighbors and staff have become worse in the time I've been here. The staff is unprofessional while many neighbors are now rude and unfriendly. Community needs a face lift with completely new ideas. The office staff needs to go. Maintenance guys are terrific

i like the commute, you are really close to Marylan and DC. i always feel safe in the apartment complex and the common areas are well maintain. i like the car wash station and the gym is very clean. the only thing is that there are not enough parking spaces and sometimes you have to park like two buildings over. one time my refrigerator broke and they replaced it with a brand new the same day in a matter 2 hour.

Overall Rose Hill has been a great community to live in. Any issues we've ever had were fixed promptly. It's nice to know that if something breaks there is someone there to fix it that day. All of the community areas are kept very clean. There are lots of community activities available as well.. for kids and adults.

Rose Hill Apartments is a very lovely community and the staff is welcoming. My wife and I have lived in this apartment complex for a year now and have truly enjoyed our stay. The apartments are clean and maintenance staff is always quick to respond.

Clean safe community with easy access to metro. My apartment is well lighted with modern appliances, functioning washer and dryer and a secluded deck where I can sit out in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee in peace before I start my day.

I have enjoyed living at Rose hill Apartments. Very professional staff in the office and they have always been very responsive to my requests.The apartment is comfortable and the grounds are well kept. It is a very safe area and I have never worried about safety.

meh. I lived here for over 3 years, it was just ok. It was clean though, and it was safe, despite that I didn't always feel that way. Leasing office staff are super nice, but not great at following up. Melanie and John from the property management team are great at taking care of you, but should be training their staff better. Cost was meh. Parking is terrible now. Overall....meh. Oh yea, and you can hear everything your upstairs neighbor does.

My husband and I love living at Rose Hill. Our renovated apartment is spacious and lovely. Occasionally we have maintenance requests and they are always taken care of within 24 hours. Security guards monitor the grounds at night and make us feel secure. We have nothing but positive things to say about living at Rose Hill!

Quiet and very close to work! The staff and maintenance staff are great and very responsive. Parking is open and never a problem. The social activities seem fun and good way to meet people. Love the movie in the park in the summers! Would love for it to be a smoke free community !

Walls are not sound proof, can hear everything the neighbors and people in hallway are doing. The tennis court is outside the apartment, so we can hear everything people are doing out there, too. The fact that there is a monthly pet rent is outrageous, there should just be an extra security deposit. There isn't enough closet space.

Staff is great. Anytime we have an issue we are helped with a smile and great attitude. Grounds are well kept. It would be nice to have security at the building entrance to keep solicitors out but not that big of a deal. Rent has been reasonable compared to others and i would recommend to anyone moving to the area.

Rose Hill is an older, garden style apartment complex. It's major selling point is the fantastic management and well maintained grounds and unit. Maintenance calls are answered within the same day, if not within an hour or two. Great front office.

I feel as if the office staff actually cares about the residents. The maintenance team is very responsive almost always response the same day. The dumpsters have been overflowing lately and the grass has been getting long.

This has been a great experience overalll, I know there are always going to be issues, but would like it if security would run over night as well to make to community a safer environment. Overall everyone is so freindly and always caring for your needs!!! Thank you so much!!

The staff that work here are awesome! They handle requests with care and timely fashion. The apartment community is cleaned very well and the there is security guard patroling during the night. Ample amount of parking and great location for people working in alexandria region.

Excellent community!!! I reply enjoy with my family all the events, bingo night, cheaper movie tickets, outside events, movie night etc. stuff is very nice and helpful !!!! My kids enjoy the playground and pool !!! I really love to live on the first floor, shave an access to go

These apartments are in a great location and the price is very reasonable compared to other apts in the DMV. I have had a pleasant experience so far and hope to stay for another two years. The staff is excellent, attentive and very personable.
