Everyone is always polite and very helpful. I have had a good experience each time I visited the main office or called. My only complaint is the creaking of the floor inside the apartment. You can always hear your neighbors walk across the floor.

Our experience has been good. Staff and maintenance personnel are friendly and helpful. They answer very soon. There are community activities often. Staff is always following up any requirement. Sometimes hallways are not clean. We like living here.

Great location close to shopping center and two surrounding metro stations. Located in great school district for middle and high schools. Peaceful neighborhood and close to recreational facilities. Great onsite gym and swimming facilities.

I was able to sign my lease and everything essential to my move date was setup even with changing my move-in dates. The staff was very helpful with assisting me even while I was not available to get a hold of due to being out of country. Overall, I had a good experience but one thing would suggest is having your staff handover work before leaving. The initial person I was working with stopped working there and I did not hear anything for awhile. If someone had picked up her work, I would of been informed versus waiting three weeks before hearing again from someone.

Wonderful community and much less expensive than surrounding complexes. The leasing office personnel are always professional, willing, and helpful. While I've only used the maintenance personnel twice so far both times were very favorable experiences. I would prefer to stay here but time will tell if that is a realistic option. A special thank you to whomever decided to refurbish the dog park earlier this year.

I have lived at my current residence for nearly four years and have had very few issues. The rent is reasonable and affordable. The community as a whole is quiet. The staff is very helpful, responsive, and professional. I would recommend Rose Hill to anyone looking for an apartment. No complaints!

The apartment wasn't ready when I moved in. I think that the staff should be more responsible to ensure that all appliances are functioning prior to having a resident move in. Also the hot water isn't working. Nothing like unpacking a ton of stuff and then going to take a shower and its cold.

Since I have been living her for 10 years it is a great community to live in. It begins with the office staff that has made it with their friendliness to serve the residence & the incentive to make it a comfortable place to live. The variety of shops & places to worship, easy access to metro. One of the things that I like about Rose Hill Apartments is the property inside & out is taking care of.

I spent about 4 years in this community. It is a very clean and wonderful community to live in. The play ground, the tennis court, and the swimming pool are always clean. People are friendly. People at the leasing office are friendly and ready to serve you. They reply to any problems residents have and try to solve them as soon as possible.

I've been in this community since 2013 .its really good place to live .the apartment have a very good natural light, the sun entered from all around the apertment through the day .the maintenance staff is really professional and they come fast .there is no rats or bedbugs. It is great. We moved with 2 dogs from Ohio and really appreciate a community that is dog friendly. Landscaping is always well done and the grounds are always clean. There are a couple of dog owners that do not clean up after the dogs which is very frustrating but, otherwise we have been very happy with our experience.

Always received professional treatment from the office. Truly appreciate recent upgrades and improvements to the community. VERY disappointed Bilee Sciuto is no longer with the company. She was a stellar consultant and manager. I feel that price of rent is getting too high. Consider offering the teacher discount again.

THIS SHOULD BE A VERY INTERESTING STAY!!!!! I haven't moved in yet and I'm already questioning my decision to move here. So we arrived at the office after looking at a few places, we had one we liked but wanted to keep looking around. There were 2 ladies and both seemed friendly. We were assisted by Rotisha. We arrived at 4:50pm and were told we couldn't view any apartments that day because the last tour is at 4:45 so we scheduled something for the weekend, but took all the necessary notes and information. Initially, we were looking for a 2 bed room but because of the price range decided to focus on a 1 bedroom and den because that was more in our range. So we went over everything and specifically asked about utilities and water where she said all we would have to pay is electric and other utilities are inclusive for that apartment we specifically were going to see. So we made notes of all this. We returned over the weekend went to see the apartment and was again told we only would pay the electric. So after weighing our options decided that this would be the place for us. So decided to go ahead and apply. Few days later we get approved and then the mess begins. When it's time to go over everything we are told we have to pay water and all utilities after we specifically asked about utilities and water because this has been our deciding factor. I actually took pictures of the notes I made and emailed them to her but obviously she is ignorant and completely denies it. My advise to future residents when going to enquire is make sure you tape the leasing agent or better yet get them to sign a formal document saying that that is exactly what was said (wish we had). THINK THEY DELIBERATELY LIE TO FUTURE TENANTS AND SAY CERTAIN UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED AS A WAY TO GET PEOPLE TO SIGN WITH THEM. This should be a very interesting stay and we haven't even moved in yet, would definitely have thought twice but all my application fees and holding fees will not be refunded so have to go ahead. Let's see what this bunch of liars complex will hold for us! I look forward to updating this soon. Wish me luck!!!! *** now the other girl in the office named Billy or something calls and says that there is no way Rotisha could have said that because she knows that all utilities and water are separate. She was not with us during this meeting so I'm not sure how she would know what was said. As I stated before think their tactic is say whatever to get tenants to sign then once their money is invested in application and holding fees change everything around. Have sent a formal letter to the main management office in Fairfax.
