Love the apartment and...
I was very pleased with the staff and the way the grounds were kept. When I went into my apartment I was very pleased, clean in order. Place is quiet, well kept and people are very respectful. When ever you need help from the staff if there is a problem that needs fixed they are on it, fast and quick. I cant say enough. I am glad I made the choice to come live here. I will be here for some time. Wish I had time to enjoy the pool and the gym.

Just recently moved in...
Just recently moved in and have no complaints thus far! The new renovated apartment that we live in has beautiful updated appliances and cherry wood cabinets. Our neighbors greeted us with a friendly welcoming as well as the office staff. Our apartment is clean, spacious, affordable and comfortable- a perfect place for us to start our new home. Looking forward to our upcoming months at Rose Hill!

I have been here for over 20 years. Very quiet place to live. Supermarket close by. Staff friendly"I don?t think there?s a way that Clinton can use this to raise anger at Republicans," said Andy Smith, director of the University of New Hampshire Survey Center. "But the Republicans can certainly use this to raise anger at Clinton and the Democrats. Anger is a great motivator to get people out to vote." Trump's initial response showed why Republicans continue to have concerns about him. Interviewed by Fox News' Bill O'Reilly, Trump spent as much time criticizing Comey as he did Clinton. Comey is respected by Republicans and Democrats alike. "I have such respect for the FBI that I just don?t understand what happened here," Trump said. "Everybody knows she?s extremely guilty. And they really said she was guilty today and then they said we?re not going to prosecute." Ryan Williams, a Republican strategist and former spokesman for 2012 nominee Mitt Romney, called the FBI report a "disqualifying event" for Clinton. "Trump's singular focus should be that she acted inappropriately. But Trump has a knack for distracting from Hillary Clinton's scandals with his gaffes and missteps," he said.

Great community and location. Easy access to beltway plus there are busses that run 7 days a week to nearby Metro stations. Leading office staff is always friendly and helpful, and requests for maintenance are resolved promptly. Very happy here!

The apartment complex is conveniently located to many services and on the Metro bus line. It is a little overpriced for what it is. They do offer many services and community events for their residents.

If you are going to tell...
If you are going to tell your residents that they must display their parking permit or they will be towed. THEN TOW THE CARS WITHOUT PARKING PERMITS. Since this does not happen it forces the rest of us to park far away from our building because ?guests? are not using visitor parking or displaying parking passes

I lived here for 2 1/2 years and at first I was sad to go. I was strongly considering renewing my lease until I was introduced to the new managment. I honestly loved the convenience and location of this complex. You have everything within a hop & a skip away. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, Pet Daycare, Nail Salons, you name it!!. The location is Awesome. During my time at Rose Hill, management was understanding and very competent. I actually looked forward to going into the leasing office just to talk to the staff. I hate to say this, but the minute they hired "New Management" it became sort of like something you would see on B.E.T. Yes...As in BLACK ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION!! For those that are unfamiliar with B.E.T it usually equates to Loud, Obnoxious, Unprofessional, and Disrespectful attitudes and demeanors. Oh... and you can forget about trying to get an issue resolved. Due to its staff being brand new, No one seems to know anything definate. At any moment you are waiting to see cameras come out. I know it sounds a bit stereotypical, but just wait til you have a problem and need to speak to managment. Rasputia from NORBIT is what you will get. Total Turn off! New B.E.T management is all about making the complex more money as opposed to actually keeping good renters. I can however say that there is one particular person in the Leasing office who is kind, caring, competent, and will try her best to assist you. Her name is Bile. All the rest of them are fairly new and have to either refer to Bile or Management. The Maintenance team was awesome!!!. They were quiet, quick, and very efficient. I remember getting locked outof my home and had to wait until they arrived. They were onsite within 10 minutes. Pretty Awesome in my book. Too bad they couldn t find better management to run this place. Either way, out of 10 I give this place an 8. Just as long as you dont have to deal with managemnt for any issues you should be fine. This is a great community. I love the courtyard areas and all the trees. The grills between each building is a great amenity in my book. My apartment (Oronoco model) is only 690 sq ft but it's so well laid out that it feels large. And I love all of the closet space! A huge bonus is that it's so close to the Van Dorn metro (just over a mile)!

I generally like the place, but parking is very annoying when I have overnight guests. The staff is okay, but I miss Bilee. The facilities are okay, although I get limited chance to use them. Location is great, price is competitive. Been here since 2011.

I've been leasing here for almost 3 years and I've never had a problem with the staff. The maintenance staff handled all my requests very quickly and the front office personnel have always been helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to my friends.

overall I believe that the community is looking great. the customer service is amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family in building a whole new closet in the living room. They also put up new ceiling fans which made the lighting much better in the apartment.

The community is very nice and close to buses, schools and shopping centers. The problem with Rose Hill is their mouse problem. We have been dealing with a mouse issue since July and it has not been resolved. Maintence and the rodent company come out check for holes cover the holes, place mouse traps and mice still keep showing up. We are not the only ones having this issue. I believe the building is infested and managements says the are doing something about it but whatever they are doing is not working because mice keep showing up.

We are happy with the...
We are happy with the convenience of the location, eg. grocery stores, school, library, shops. The cleanliness and the orderliness si nice. The place is simply beautiful. The residents are friendly. The staff are very nice and friendly, professional, polite, and very accomodating. I love this place.

For the most part our experience here has been very positive. My biggest complaint are my neighbors who live above me. There is a constant level of noise that I have put up with over the years. I like where I live and that is why I choose not to move, but other than that, I am quite happy here.

Rose Hill is affordable for its great location and amenities. The management company works hard to maintain the property and grounds, and I think it's a beautiful complex. It's a pretty quiet community with respectful residents. The visitor parking availability and policies on visitor passes make the place very accommodating of visitors. And the maintenance staff is great!

i have been here for...
