On the up and up...
I've been here at Rose Hill for almost a year and have not one complaint. I have never encountered any pest of any kind including neighbors. During the day I do hear my neighbors coming in and out and their music in the halls but never in my apartment at any hour. I can go to the play ground with my daughter and not worry about any loiters or "wild" neighborhood kids disrupting her play. Not like other places I've been where kids scatter when certain individuals and their children are walking towards the play areas.
And as far as misc charges with maintenance my apartment had a small electrical fire caused by "my lamp" and maintenance was there ASAP and after the fire department came and destroyed the wall I have no complaints at all they repaired the hole and patched any where necessary with out any cost towards me. Since the fire was not caused by neglect or with any intent.
Any time I have had any questions what so ever the office staff has been very helpful and honest. I honestly would recommend Rose Hill to anyone families or singles. It is one of the most peaceful and quiet communities I have had the pleasure of living at in the Alexandria/Springfield area.
Not such a great place
I have had nothing but problems since living in Rose Hill over 2 years. Office Staff, Maintenance, parking, and NOISE major problems. Not such a bad price if Rose Hill was up to par, however, IT IS NOT ANYWHERE NEAR PAR!! Do not fall into the trap!

Maintenance is a HUGE problem!
I would not recommend living at Rose Hill if you can help it. It is not worth the amount of rent you are paying. I have never had so many maintenance issues with an apartment complex in my life. When I first moved in my toilet continually ran. And mind you - besides being super annoying hearing it run every 5 minutes - I was paying for water! First I tried to fix it myself by getting a new flapper for the toilet, but that didn't fix the problem so I called maintenance and told them specifically that it wasn't the flapper. So what do they do? They came and put a new flapper on! So I went down to the office to talk to maintenance, and we had words. They are very rude people that will not admit when they are wrong or don't know what they are doing. In the long run they had to give me a whole new toilet! What a pain.

In addition to the new toilet, my garbage disposal exploded one night and flooded my kitchen w/ old nasty spaghetti that I tried to dispose of. Another night, my dishwaher exploded - and when I say these things exploded, I mean I had a good 3-6 inches of water in my kitchen! Then on the coldest night of the winter, my heat won't work. It just stops working. So maintenance comes out and stays from 10pm - midnight - and it's not like I had to get up at 5am for work the next day. They couldn't figure out for the life of them what was wrong. They even had to call in back up! And when they finally got it working and they left, the heat would not shut off! It just kept getting hotter and hotter and when I woke up the next morning it was 90 degrees in my apartment and I had to open my windows in december! Unbelievable. And now my issue is after them fixing that, my heat works fine, but when you put it on "auto", the fan for the heater never shuts off once it reaches it's desired temperature. So I have to either have the heater on all day or manually shut it off and have my apt cold. I decided to leave it on last month, because I didn't want to freeze, and my electric bill was $120! So I called maintenace and told them my issue, but I highly doubt that they will show up.

The only time maintenance will show up is if you call the after hours hotline and it's considered an emergency. That's the only time they will respond. Otherwise you have no idea when they are going to come, if at all. And the worst part for me is that I have a cat, so when I call maintenance I keep him locked up in the bedroom so he won't run out when they enter my apt - it's just sad having to keep him locked up if they are never going to show up.

And the rent is unbelievable. Right now I'm paying $875 (which is fine). I got a special when I moved in. But when my lease is up in April it jumps up to $1150!!! How insane is that? I could barely qualify for $875 (even though I have a steady job) and now its going to $1150. I'm definitely moving out and I do NOT recommend this place!

WOW!!!!!!!
The convenience of great living and the luxury of having everything so close to me is what's making these first two months living here such a good experience. My family and I are very happy with our decision to move here. I haven't had any problems (except for when my bedroom closet door came off it's tracks but even then maintenance took care of it immediately) and the office staff were great to us.

The teacher's discount we received (husband's a teacher) was very generous on their part but even without that the rent was very reasonable.

Someone in that office must know what they're doing because the whole apartment complex looks great. If you happen to be around the area, look around... I challenge anyone to find trash laying the the grounds! Grass is always cut and the gym and tennis courts gives Duncan and myself a chance to stay in shape everyday.

If you're constantly trying to find a parking space in your current place and are looking to move ---> look no further! Here at Rose Hill you will always find parking, no matter the time.

I only signed a six month lease but you can bet your lucky dollars I'm renewing my lease for a full 12 months!

Rose Hill has been the best placed I have lived in
I have been living in one of the apartments in Rose Hill for about 3yrs now and I think they treat you, very well.

The people that come on here and just write bad things, are people that really need to get real and start telling the truth. You should learn how to take care of your apartment and start learning how to take care of the apartment you live in.

Everytime I call something in, they come and fix it within their time period and that is what I like the most and also their leasing staff, very helpful.

I know this is a great place to live and I stand to that 110%

Maintenance is a joke
I've requested maintenance at least 6 times since moving in in September of 2004 (its December 27, 2004 as I write this, so that is 4 months).
Not one maintenance request was handled correctly on the first visit. Each request required multiple call backs, most to the manager.
The manager is, apparently, powerless to improve maintenance.
Pretty decent
The only problem is noise. I could hear conversations and music from the parking lot and apartments adjacent to me. But nice place- large rooms, nice staff, nice carpet, good pet policy, cheap rent. No security deposit!

Initial Move in: mold in bathroom and storage closet, dents in appliances and front door, foul order throughout apartment, dryer broken, washer broken, dishwasher broken. Cracks in tile floor of bathroom, linoleum floor coming up in kitchen. Non-energy efficient appliances. Normally wouldn’t be worth mentioning but when your first electric bill comes in at just below $300 and you’re the type of person that ensures that all non essential items and lights are turned off it becomes noteworthy. In fact after numerous dealings with the electrical company it was figured out that I was actually paying for the electrical in the basement as well. Now I’m not sure what could be possibly be pulling such a load in a basement of a 12 unit building??? Well I do know that is where the generator running the water pump was for 3.5 days while the basement was flooded and our complex was out of water. Also it was used extensively for the repair crew for both the basement and the front cement staircase.
Regardless of my belief of the admin office personnel they have always acted nice to me in person. However I have seen some inter-office messages and been in the office during many slanderous and derogatory comments about tenants.
Following months: initial problems never repaired nor even addressed. Hmm against contract and VA rental codes! Month 6-8 after calling, stopping by and presenting a list of eight items that need repaired. I got service… Well actually only the a/c got repaired as this was just at the end of spring and that is considered an emergency. So you guessed it, a/c repaired work order closed with no resolution of other problems. So why wasn’t the issues opened up in a separate work order for each or even just update the status of the work order since? I guess making since just wouldn’t work here. So after four phone calls and two letters I finally got no resolution! I finally sat in the office and had to discuss the issue in the front office in front of future residents. Not what would normally put myself to; however I was just too upset to continue on this course. So I finally started getting some repairs. It only took two months and three more visits to complete the list. In which during this I had my a/c break again. So to round out this, I then have had the following issues. I have had my sliding door glass window broken out. In which nothing was stolen thankfully, but my neighbor had to call me at work, as this was around 11 a.m. to let me know that he saw it and came in to make sure that no one was robbing me. So I had to take off work to come out to inform the admin office in which they after several conversations finally decided that they would indeed call a glass repair shop for me but had no idea how this could have happened. I have also had the phone of buying a new car, stopping by the rental office to get my parking sticker in which I was refused as I only had my temporary registration and not my plates yet. I was informed not to worry that they would not have it towed. Well for whatever reason I decided to trust her. Well there is nothing like walking out to an empty car parking space where your car was! Even better is that is no disclosure in the lease, on the property, website, or even on their voice phone system of how does their tow services. So I contacted the police to see if an impound report had been placed upon my car, in which it was. So I finally got a hold of this rundown one-man tow service that doesn’t open till ten. In which I had to pay a hefty price to obtain my car. In which my car was not only starched and dented but also being a front wheel drive manual transmission with the emergency brake on I was severely agitated to see that it was towed in reverse for nine miles. Currently still in a legal suit against the property management company for damages. Dishwasher has been repaired three times, looked at four times and is somehow still broken! I had mad a mistake in my lease duration in which I had given my notice to vacate one month prior to when I should’ve. I then was promptly called and informed of my mistake. I then went to speak with the property manager to verify the dates upon my lease and review my displeasure of all of the events that I have encountered… and that I would complete the lease as after all I had mistaken the timeline has I didn’t have a copy of my full contract and that is the only paperwork that specifies the exact dates. All other documents state a year lease, which is where the whole thirteen-month lease game comes out. Then 11 days later I get a letter in the mail saying that they have received my notice to vacate and that I owe them almost four thousand dollars for breaking my lease. So this brings me to current… We’ll all hope that this turns out well, but at this rate I’m sure that what used to be my casual hope that people can do their job will turn into a legal conflict of responsibilities of your services. I almost forgot I received a notice for a noise violation, first one and informed the second one I may be evicted. Strange as how it was for a time period I was in Miami, FL for three days??? Also you might note that some units have hardwood floors so at all hours of the day you get to hear your neighbors, to include them just walking also you get the luxury of listen to your neighbors children that were not granted the gift of musical prowess as some wicked notes screeched out. Let me not forget the seventy-year old man that was walking through the parking lot nude. Even better was upon informing the admin office was “oh.. he has done that before”
So for all those people that have said this is a great or not so bad community, by all means turn on your lights or just talk a walk outside if you don’t see that your wrong it spot you soon enough.

My update as I have been staying at a friends place while repairs occur. Is that over a week ago my bathroom ceiling starting falling into my toilet as their is a water pipe leaking overhead. The fix all answer from maintenance was duct tape until Monday. After much grumbling and one large hole made that I had to clean up after. Well Tuesday came and still not fixed. So finally while I'm at work on Wed. it was repaired, or well at least the pipe was supposedly fixed. As the hole in the ceiling was just repaired, and I use that term loosely because it is just filled, not sanded, painted, etc. But I also now have two additional leaks in the bathroom and one in the walkway between the water heater closet and the bathroom.

Most space for the price
I have lived at Rose Hill nearly 3 years. I live on the top floor and although the 33 stairs from parking lot to door are tough, I would recommend it.

I have had really good neighbors and I rarely hear any noise from other apartments.

The only complaint I have is that the kitchen space is small because my washer/dryer unit is located in the kitchen.

The response from maintenance has always been very good and for the most part the Office Staff have been friendly and helpful.

The location is most convenient to shopping and Metro.

Liking it so far.
After 2 years here, I must say that I like the place (note: I live in a top floor unit and I´d recommend that to anyone). In summary:

PROS: Reasonable rent for a big 2 BR, fast and responsive maintenance, helpful office staff, working class (as opposed to criminal) neighbors, walking access to grocery store.

CONS: Long way to the dumpster, parking fills up fast in the evening, smallish bathroom (OK for a guy like me, but I think most women would want more room around the sink etc), security guy looks like an Elvis impersonator.

Let the truth be told...PLS READ!
I´m a Resident of Rose Hill who has became acquainted with the Maintenance Staff. But before I begin, I will start with the Management (Office) Staff because this will be quick...A NON FACTOR IN MANAGING THE PROPERTY! For those who still live here, you will do better by contacting the Corporate Office. The only response you will receive from the office is a "twirl in the chair" or what commissions they can draw in by lying to perspective Residents.

The REAL problem with Rose Hill is the Maintenance Supervisor, "R.L.". He doesn´t know anything about Maintenance and worst of all, he is a THIEF! I had a hot water heater that was out for 14 days straight. "R.L." told me he would replace it the very next morning. The next morning came and no one knew about the replacement or knew if and when "R.L." was going to be in. The following week, my good neighbor didn´t have heat for 8 days. She found out that "R.L." was sending a groundsperson to fix it. Recently, I was speaking to one of my neighbors about purchasing a washer/dryer for my Mom as a gift. My neighbor informed me that "R.L." could get one for a good price. One late night while LOOKING FOR A LIT PARKING SPACE (your car will be stolen under the patrol of the security guard who spends most of his time @ 7-11), I noticed a U-haul truck at the swimming pool getting loaded with appliances. I must add, the same appliances that I noticed getting delivered to the pool 2 days prior. NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT´S GOING ON!?

I lived at Rose Hill for less than a year and have seen close to 10 different Maintenance/Groundsman/Housekeepers (you name it, he´ll send it) in my apartment to attempt (a poor one at that) to satisfy my service requests.

Overall, if you are ONE level above "trailer park" living, STUPID, don´t mind having mice AND roaches (and to this day, I still think they work there) living in your stove, love to get your car vandalized or stolen by the recovering addicts that live in the "group homes" (apts), and can look out your window and can see the Maintenance Supervisor removing (stealing) appliances late at night off the property, then COME TO ROSE HILL APTS. WHERE YOUR NASTY WAY OF LIVING IS ENHANCED BY YOUR NASTY --- NEIGHBORS!

Rosehill charged me $930 to ´clean the carpet´ after I moved out.Now you may be think I lived had lived there for 10 years or so,or that I am a unclean person that the carpet got so messed up,and that Rosehill had to spend $930 to clean it..No
It´s just that Rosehill is a blood-sucker when it comes to residents leaving them.
Rosehill sucks..and it you´re fooled to move there ,take a picture of every corner of the apt when you move in and when you move out.

Worth it!
I moved in this January and so far I haven´t had any problems with the management, the service or the property. Other than one neighbor who is obsessed with people parking "dangerously close" to his vehicle, the people I´ve met have been friendly, personable and not at all criminal in appearance. Looking at these reviews, it seems like I must live in an alternate dimension. I couldn´t find anywhere cheaper that wasn´t rent controlled. I also have 3 cats, and no other apartment complex would take more than two for any reason. The management company here was more than willing to accomodate my one extra cat for an additional deposit. At first I was upset by the rental deposit, but now I found out that is pretty standard. This place is clean, this is a nice neighborhood and you really are close to everything.

A good decent spot to move into
We moved into RoseHillabout a year ago.We have a three bedroom apt and it´s all nice and neat. Our experience at this complex was outstanding (actually it still is because we just put a notice to vacate to a house we bought)..Not so many apt complexes offer a whole month for free in Alexandria city..Especially when it´s over a thousand.
Maintenance responded promptly every single time we called (including one time I got locked out after hours)..The staff at the office has always been helpful and pleasant..The neighbors are pretty quiet (at least in my building ) and the parking lot was kept clean at all times (except when we had the snow storm last Feb )..we were two leaseholders and two occupants in a three bedroom apt,and everybody got a permenant sticker.Parking is no problem..
dumpsters are a bit far but are kept clean and emptied regularly.Fitness center is awesome but my rooma-mate wished deposit was never required.
overall a good spot..if they had apt for sale I would have been interested ..Now I´m moving to my own newly purchased condo.
Rose Hill is a good stay
started out great but steadily declining
I moved here in june/02 and everything was fine. the staff (particularly Nicole K.) was responsive and friendly. I was locked out on my first day and the maintenance people never responded to the page so i had to sleep in the car. BUT, i told the leasing consultants about it and got $50 gift certificates to a restaurant. I love the washer and dryer b/c they are full size not apartment size. I had new appliances so everything was fine in that regard.

I did not like that I was mislead about the use of the club house and exercise facilities before moving here. You can´t use the clubhouse for social events and it can only be accessed during business hours. Also, you can´t use the fitness "center" after hours unless you make a $100 deposit.

The caliber of people that seem to be moving into the complex is not up to my standards. There is a man (who I thought was homeless) that actually lives in the complex, a weird rapist-looking guy, and lots of younger people moving into the complex.

Additionally, there seems to be some staff changes going on and i´m not impressed with the level of service or attitudes from the new manager. She was the least helpful person I´ve ever met.

i must say that the grounds are VERY NICE. And the trash is picked up everyday but sunday. and when the trash is overflowing it is because of trifling residents that continue to pile it on the dumpsters and set trash outside of the dumpsters. everyday there is a team of hard-working folks that clean around the grounds and inside the hallways of the apartments. This is the best thing about rose hill.

KEEP GOING, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!
I just don´t know where to start with this complex.

1. Management (the heavy lady, with shoulder length blond hair with her own office to the back and left) Name begins with "M". Doesn´t know the first thing about management. Brushes you off when you have a problem with the apartment or lease. My lease had to be corrected 3 times because they did not know what they were doing when they created it. How hard can it be to add the rent special to a 13 month lease. Her staff is lazy, rude, and I even have heard they have stolen residents packages before out of the holding closet. She acts as if you owe her, and that she is better than everyone else. And there is a fee for everything. Even the pass to the club house cost a hundred dollars. And they stamp the keys with a do not copy. So you can´t make an extra and then have to pay the lock out fee or buy it from them which I think it is $10.00. Last time I had a key copied it was about a buck. They need all the money they can get. The rental agents live on property and their children blast the stereo while they are at work, but when you confront the parents, I was told "my child not allowed to turn that stereo on while I am gone."(with the sister pointing finger to your face thing going on.) Yeah, right, spot check you will hear it a mile away. And coming from your door. Get REAL!!!!!! And they were public housing, I sware they still have some. Even though you have to make 45,000 to live here. I met a strange man, he said he lived here and it was a half way house. He was there from the county on drug charges or something. Where is full disclosure at? I would of never moved in if an addict lived there on probation or what ever he said. And he was so proud of himself for telling. me

2. Little Cuba, that is where I lived. All the spanish fools that smoke outside in the hall and by the doorway. Can´t drive a lick, get them a donkey not a 5000lb car. English is the second language here.

3. Parking plenty, but you better get in before dark. Was warned by rental agent (after signing lease - of course) that they have had problems with cars being stolen. Lighting sucks.(Don´t park in the back lot of Celtic & Knickerbocker - no lights here at all) Park of the main street. People can hide behind the big bushes, and lord know what would happen then. And gravel I guess they must of used it all this winter but you track it into your house. Even have found it in my bed, yuck......

4. People hanging outside now that it is warm, like small gangs. Drag racing the cars up and down the strip. Real appealing to me.

5. Trash dumpster, not located well. You have to walk a 1/2 mile to get to one and then it is always over flowing. 7 dumpsters for 300 apartments dumped twice a week. Not nearly enough. Spend the money the first set of dumpster is right when you pull in from the club house.

6. Club house don´t let it fool you, they should of spent the money in the apartments. The nicest thing there, but I can´t live in the club house.

7. Noise, can hear the person over top of me doing simple things. Sounds like at times they are going to fall right through the ceiling. Get rid of the wood floors, CARPET CARPET.

8. Wash machines in the apartments, don´t be fooled they don´t ring out the clothes, and over flow. 2 towel fills the washer up. And when they don´t work which is more often than they do. They don´t have an extra place for you to go and do your laundry. So you have to lug it down to the laundry mat. A new machine will take you months to get, because they only order once a month. (So, I was told by the man in charge of that stuff. Name starts with "R")

9. As I have read my lease and can only tolerate being here a short time longer. I am giving my official notice. (I did last 48 days.) I believe about 48 too many. I hope this will give you some insight not to move here. So, that you won´t have to pay 3,000 to get out of a lease. But, trust me, for peace of mind it is well worth it. I think come the next week or so they will be shocked when I give them the keys, pay them and a copy of this. And on to a new place, without the headaches. Pay a little more, or look harder. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!! RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

AVOID ROSEHILL APTS
BAD experience here. When I first got there Representative Nicole tried to show the same apartment to me and another couple at the same time. Guess that raises her odds of getting the commission. Anyway I refused to let her do that.
After reviewing the apartment I asked about early move out and she told me that I would only be out for 3 months rent at most. I told her that I wanted a clause in the contract that there is a possibility that I would be moving out of state and would break the contract. She said not to worry that I would only be out 3 months rent if anything. Well I rented the apartment. Keep in mind they don´t pay anything. You have all utilities and alot of NOISE. The floors are wood so you can tell at any given time where your upstairs neighbor is standing in the apartment. You can hear their TV, their toliet and even their sex life.
But the real kicker is this, I moved out after a few months and broke the lease. Nicole lied and said she didn´t say anything about me having to pay 3 months rent. They billed me $2300.00 and I told them I wasn´t paying it. They decided to threatened to turn it over to collection so I had to pay. They´re liars and the apartments suck. Don´t rent here. Bad experience.

Hi, Welcome to Auschwitz!
OK, maybe Rose Hill isn´t that bad. I mean, I don´t think they´ve ever killed anyone.

Rose Hill is the worst. I was reading some of the other reviews and I was so glad to hear that other people had the same experiences that I did! I moved to the DC area for a job and only had 1 day to look for an apt. so I went with Rose Hill. After getting to know the area, I would never have chosen to live there. If you are single and slightly hip, please look in either Alexandria city or Arlington. Rose Hill is the suburban nightmare and a total dump. The people there are pretty trashy too. I think it´s heading towards become a glorified project.

First of all, the noise level is atrocious. If you´re a glutton for punishment and you do decide to live there, please make sure you request a top floor apartment. The noise from my upstairs neighbors drove me nuts for the year that I lived there. And it was literally just them walking around their apartment - it wasn´t like they were having a keg party every night. I used to be awakened every morning hearing them walking around getting ready for work. It was so ------- annoying. I was paying premium rent so I could hear every God-damn move my neighbor made.

Second, the property manager was a ---- death sergeant. She was a total cow; a miserable human being; personality like a pan full of worms. In other words, a real -----. She was hideously fat, too. The other losers in the office were idiots - as in they had to take an illiteracy test to get the job.

As for other complaints that I read about Rose Hill (------ appliances, horrible bathrooms, mice, cockroaches, etc.), I fortunately did not encounter these. My apartment had all new appliances and a brand new washer/dryer. However, the noise and the miserable office staff undid anything that was redeemable about the place.

It is true though that the apartments are cold like an Arctic winter! The sliding glass doors I think were make of Saran Wrap -cold air just came right in.

Please do your research and do not move there! There are much better apartments, in much nicer sections of the DC metro area that offer better value. Rose Hill is a ------- nightmare!

glad to be moving
rose hill is very disorganized. we had a family emergency to move and they charged us 2500.00 in penalties. Till we found someone to take over our lease then they did not get the paper work correct and charged us 300.00 they also have group homes in the apartment for recovering addicts, how nice is that. HORRIBLE DON"T GO THERE

Okay experience-rent hikes rediculous
Overall we liked it here, but we definitely had some problems. Appliance conditions are nowhere near what you see in the models. I demanded a new washer/dryer when the knob fell off in my hand during the initial tour of our new apartment, right after we signed lease. They did replace it. We never had a problem with rodents or mice, and we were on the ground floor. We also felt safe here--no break-ins or car damage for us. Office staff very friendly, especially Nicole K., who was wonderful to us. Great amount of parking for tenants and visitors (but not well lit). Grounds fairly well-maintained--occasional overflowing of trash and dumpsters. Great responses by maintenance and good-size apartments. Main complaints: 1. $250 non-refundable "pick up and go fee" is extremely unfair. 2. Outrageously drafty apartments. We kept our apt at 70 throughout winter and paid $125/mo for electric. We had to put a big blanket in front of our sliding glass door (did not lock) to keep cold air out, but we actually see it move when wind blows! Apt. always freezing. 3. The ceilings are paper-thin. We can hear every movement by our upstairs neighbors, and it wakes us up daily. Apartment practically shakes when they walk around.

4. Also- can´t stress the rent hikes enough. They have even raised our rent after we put down deposit! Deposit DOES NOT lock in rent price.

Sorry so long, but this stuff is important. We´re moving out because Foxchase had a rent sale. Offers MUCH more for price and better community.

Cockroaches, Mice and Screaming Neighbors!
The one word review - DON´T. Don´t consider it - living here was a year of hell. Old and creaky floors, loud neighbors and screaming children. Roaches, mice, old appliances, miniscule kitchen and bathtoom. Poorly insulated - my bedroom was almost 10 degrees colder than the rest of the apartment, and the whole apartment was freezing. High utility bills. Terrible management, the office is not open past 5pm, even if you can get them to do something. Poor snow removal. Mailbox area, which is outside, is not well. lit. A haven for car thieves and car B&E. Don´t move here. Thank God my lease is up and I can leave this sub-standard hellhole behind!

wouldn´t recommend living here
Bathrooms are very small, no medicine cabinet, bathtub never drained not to mention it nees an upgrade - very old bathroom.

Kithchen - very old apliances!!! Dishwasher didn´t even clean the dishes, oven very old.

No storage closets or linen closets.
For the amount of rent you pay - NOT WORTH IT.

The apartment not well insulated - very cold in the winter time and heating is a problem.

We only lasted 2 months and left.

Very Happy
The grounds are always kept up very well and there is a lot of them.

There is noise of neighbors but only the one´s above you. It isn´t any worse than other apartments and if it gets bad you can submit a letter to the office and they will handle it. If it is really bad they will even not allow those neighbors to resign a lease if they haven´t changed upon many requests.

Leasing staff is wonderful. Very friendly.

Maintenance is GREAT. When I call in a request it is sometimes done that day, if not it is done in the next day or so.

Rent is extremely reasonable for the amount of space. The last place we lived was about 300 dollars more a month for about 300 less square feet.

Plenty of parking all the time and it is free. The last place I lived had no parking and still charged $40 for the second space, then we would end up parking on the street and have to run out and move it before the meters kicked in. This place is great about parking. Although it isn´t really well let, like a supermarket parking lot, but it is lit enough that you can see everything and everyone.

I´ve lived here over a year and have been very pleased on all levels.

Would definitely recommend to a friend.

2 years here, and I like it!
I like this place so far.

Pros: Large apartment for reasonable rent, very friendly office staff, fast and responsive maintenance staff, nice exercise room, roach-free apartments (at least mine is), minimal criminal element.

Cons: Dumpster can be quite a walk from your apartment, exercise room swipe card requires $100 deposit, security guy looks like a bad Elvis impersonator.
