I moved into my apartment in July of 2021 and i truly love living here. The grounds are very well kept and the maintenance and front office team are very responsive. Any issues I have are resolved very promptly and with professionalism.

Whenever I needed help from the maintenance department, they have been prompt, friendly and professional. The staff in the office has also been very helpful in my time here in Broadlands. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in the Ashburn area.

Staff are great. Apartment not available to virtually see, do not go along with the application process. The apartment is decent, however, details and maintenance was required! Location is loud.. cars.

Lived in the community for a couple of years. While the location and the houses are absolutely great (spacious, well ventilated and good location), the most distinguishing factor I found is the courteous and very friendly staff + maintenance team who were always willing to help and prompt in their responses! A huge shout out to Naurin, Jennifer, William, Anna, and the rest of the team for doing a wonderful job!

We've had an excellent experience so far. The apartment complex is quiet and neat. The neighbors are friendly and the community is conducive. The office staff are very good at their job, they were very helpful during our move-in activities.

This is a great place to live. It's safe, clean, well kept, and our neighbors are friendly. Location is super convenient to school, shops, and commuter routes. The staff has been amazing so far! Thanks so much!

Great. Harold immediately addressed this situation. He alleviated my concerns and made sure the area was clean and even spayed the area for bugs. That is an example of the wonderful maintenance staff here

Like the greenery and cozy feeling of the entrances and walkways. Nearby access to shopping and parks is a plus. Pool is great and super happy with that schools, they are very close to the apartment and great for transport.

Very enjoyable with excellent maintenance. The location is great and the area is quite and safe. We have enjoyed living here since 2018. Some is the apartments are using older appliances which is a con, but overall a great experience.

This aparment has a great security for the resident. Also, they pick up the trash every single day. Very very very clean. There is a lot of sunlights coming up. Last, all neighborhoods are kind and friendly.

It has been a great experience so far. The staff has been great and understanding and helpful. Whenever I have issues, they respond right away to assist and fix the issue. I would recommend this community.

This is a very peaceful and quiet community. The staff here is very friendly and respond to any requests very quickly. This is a pet friendly community, however, the monthly cost for owning a pet are somewhat expensive.

Professional staff, courteous and responsive. Grounds well keep. Convenient stores and highway connectivity. Quiet, bucolic environment. Grocery stores are easy to go by. The valet tash service is an appreciated addition.

This appointment is very good and staffs are available for any help/service request and I recommend to my friends . Provision stores, restaurants, pharmacies and kids schools and train station are so close

Seems like my post was deleted. But I’m posting it again. Overall the place is clean, no pest as long as I have been here. My only issue is the loud neighbors that do not have an courtesy of others. Other than that it a pretty good place to live as long as you have polite neighbors.

This is a family-oriented community. Very nice and peaceful environment. This is a clean and secure area. Good neighborhood and nice management.Schools' standards are high. I love this area. All stores are very close and also had a gas station. Good walking route

I have had the most amazing experience, the staff has been amazing and very professional. The community is very well kept and clean. Im so glad i chose to move into Broadlands apartments. The community is quite and has a beautiful trail behind the community.

Property Management and Maintenance staff did a stellar job with addressing all my concerns in regards to service and maintenance requests (i.e. fixing water heater, replacing dishwasher, providing two air filter machines to address the cigarette odor from another unit). Naurin, Harold, Jorge and Martin have been wonderful and professional, bar none. This is the only apartment complex potential clients should rent in the Broadlands area.

First year was great, office staff is still amazing. Quality of order units are bad. But I still pay the premium prices. Security isn't the best. Gate broken every week. So they live it open so people do not run into it. So basically no security.

While you get a lot of space for the price, I do not recommend this place. Office staff are not responsive. Parking rules are unclear and they will tow residents. Snow removal is lacking. Apartment condition is mediocre with electrical concerns.

The only issue I have with this place is the loud passive aggressive. I have had complaints with the leasing office, with the constant running, jumping and chairs moving around. After the complaint it's still ongoing. It does not matter kids, adults whoever. No one should have to listen to that constantly. Other than that it's a nice, place people keep to themselves which I prefer. I would not sign my lease again due to the noise volume.

Love the three bedroom floor plan, community is perfect with amenities and shopping centers. There is a dog park which is perfect for my pet! Although I have a garage/driveway there is plenty of surface parking. I really enjoy the leasing office events such has food truck day and coffee n donuts in the AM.

We have been living at Broadland apartments for over a year now and have renewed our lease because we have liked our time here. The staff in the main office is very knowledgeable and helpful with any issues we may have.

Average at best. On the list of utilities water is not included. We received a separate bill for water, so we paid the bill to the metering company. The leasing company has harassed us about this $20 bill since last November and want us to pay it a second time to them! We will not pay the same bill twice!
