I love it here The guys at the office made the whole process stress free... Id never lived alone so i had a lot of super annoying questions/emails They were always on top of it and got back to me with answers right away Always friendly and so kind I had a hard time picking a place that made me comfortable as a female living alone but as soon as i visited this complex i knew it would be a perfect fit! A lot of families and old people which is important .... I work long hours and when i come home at night its completely silent and peaceful I can walk my dog outside at 2am and not be concerned or looking around for weirdos that might pop out ...which is the vibe i got visiting other apartment complex before i moved in here GREAT PLACE! Love it!

Having lived here for almost 5 years I am convinced there isn't a better community anywhere near here. The apartment is roomy, well designed and beautiful to live in. The grounds are maintained extremely well, the amenities are useful, office staff is receptive and helpful and the maintenance department is very reliable and knowledgeable. It's close to so many shopping locations, schools and leisure activities. It's a perfect place to live!

I moved to Ashburn to be near my family. And I found the Broadlands apartments to be a great value for Northern Virginia renting costs. I was suprised and excited to find affordable housing in Loudoun county. But, the appearance and layout of the apartment is what sold me. I feel in love with the expanse of windows and color scheme of the apartment. I am glad I made Broadlands Apts my home for the past two years.

We are loving living at Broadlands Apartments! The townhouse is clean, comfortable, and highly functional. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff is prompt and effective. From first contact through any questions or concerns that arise, we worked with Keith Magno and he is fantastic! He is so knowledgeable, easy to work with, kind, and flexible. 5 stars all around!

A beautiful place to live in for sure. Broadlands is well kept with a very convenient maintenance team that takes care of any issues you may have. I truly appreciate the care they've shown me since I moved in. Keith does a great job making sure my issues are taken care of, and even checks up on me to see if I'm doing ok. Makes me feel truly at home.

This was and continues to be a beautiful complex, quiet and very much home with a nice list of amenities that continues to grow. Location can't be beat and the green area and close-by nature preserve are just a few of the perks of living here. Like everywhere, though, it's neighbors and fellow tenants that can make or break enjoyment of your home. And lately, there seems to be an ignoring of the basic rules that have always made this a great place to live. People have become lazy and complacent and management seems to think that all of these issues can be dealt with from a chair in an office - but they can't. Management is always attentive and listens to the concerns but measures to address them aren't fast in being rolled out. And once they are, there is no follow-up to make sure that they are working and the concern has been addressed. Updates have been made to the outside of the buildings and to some interiors, but those that haven't been touched are starting to show their age - it would be nice if the original appliances were changed out, the bad 80s lighting updated and replaced, etc. Even with that, there are certainly more positives than negatives when it comes to this complex and as long as that remains true, this will remain home.

The property is kept in amazing condition, awesome maintenance response, and has arguably the best internet in the country (1GB FiOS). In the five years I've been here, probably everyone on staff has gone way above and beyond to help me with a variety of issues. Elly, Keith, Andrew, and Julie have been so approachable and absolutely incredible when I've needed help and advice. It can be tough to get a parking space near your apartment sometimes, but hopefully the new tag/towing system helps with that.

The rent is excessively high in this community while the customer service is very poor and the buildings are in a terrible condition.They are very friendly and professional as long as you have not signed the contract. Once the contract is signed, everything changes.

My family and I love Broadlands Apartments! The apartments are like new, the landscaping is always kept, convenient amenities and location, and the environment is very safe and friendly. Our Community Captain, Keith Magno, is absolutely amazing too!! From day one, he's made sure my family and I are taken care of. Any time we've emailed him with questions or need help, he goes out of his way to make sure we get everything we need practically within minutes, and he's given some great advice as far as us being newcomers to the area. All the staff here are great!! So glad we found this place! Would undoubtedly recommend anyone to live here.
