Kieth Magno has been very accommodating to me and my family . He has assisted us on what we need and inform us ahead of time to make the transfer to anew apartment flawless . The apartment we moved into is also clean and well prepare for . Kieth made our transfer her in Virginia a wonderful experience .

The employees are amazing and so helpful!! Keith Magno was extremely kind and patient while helping us with our application and move-in. We had some problems but the staff was amazing in assisting us in any way we needed. Elly Sutton has also been nothing but helpful during our process!

Recently moved into the Broadlands Apartments from out state. We primarily chose the property based on the short-term lease options (3 months) which are rare in this area. Our Community Captain, Keith Magno, has been exceptional from Day 1! Keith has been accommodating and was highly responsive throughout the entire leasing process which was a bit of a challenge since my husband and I were in two different states. We love the spaciousness of the apartment and are impressed with the staff.

As new residents at Broadlands Apartments, we were both equally impressed and relieved to find the process of selecting and securing a new home an enjoyable experience. Keith, or leasing expert, took the time to learn about who we are as future residents, what we wanted and how living at Broadlands Apartments could exceed our expectations. He is patent, knowledgeable, endearing and very professional - something not too common in todays offerings. We have since moved in and already feel at home. Thank you Keith for following up after the paperwork ink is dry and showing us how you stand by your testimony. We are glad to have met and worked with you.

Broadlands has always been accommodating and pleasant to my wife and myself. Coming from a few bad apartment complexes in Ashburn ( really bad in fact), Broadlands and their staff were a great sign of relief. We are going on 2 years living here and have no regrets at all. As for staff, Kim Kelly has always handled every request we have had with professionalism and kindness and is a great asset to the property management staff at Broadlands.

I moved into Broadlands Apartments within the last few weeks. The application process was extremely smooth, and the leasing consultant (Keith Magno) was very professional in keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. So far, I have not experienced any real issues and like my apartment with built-in garage. The location is perfect as I am close to many friends, restaurants and main roads (toll road, 28, 50, etc.). If anyone is looking forward to moving here, I feel this is a great place to live.

My experience at Van Metre Broadlands Apartments has become exceptional in terms of the level of customer service superiority with the recent arrival of Julie Cote. Since her inception, she's grabbed the proverbial bull by the horns. I have found that when she says she will get it done ~ it WILL Be DONE! I digress... Julie's word is her bond! Whether she's multi-tasking multiple projects, or taking a stroll around inspecting the grounds; she's working tirelessly to change this into a true cohesive community! Her enthusiasm has certainly "contaminated" her staff as they all share her enthusiastic approach to work life! I have known Kim Kelly, the Assistant Property Manager for several years. She is consistently striving to ensure a pleasant experience for the residents. Kim can be counted on to get you answers right away ~ making you feel as through you are her only priority. She and Elly are excellent in keeping the community up-to-date on new exciting happenings! Elly is an endless mixture of energy, smiles and willingness ti jump in and help at a moments notice! It does not matter how many hours she's worked, she's never too tired to give you a wave and a smile! Eduardo has been around for as long as I lived here and he can been seen riding his golf cart, headed to the next emergency, but you know what? He ALWAYS has a smile on his face! Is there something in the kool-aid?! LOL He often tackles the difficult tasks--not sure if this is voluntarily or not, but he'll never tell, he just comes in with the most polite and respectful disposition and gets it done even if that means working until 8:30pm! THAT man deserves a raise! Fahrudic (Sorry if I misspelled- cannot read my own chicken scratch) is the fearless leader who can be seen keeping our community beautiful! Carlos is new to me as is Keith, My Community Captain, but are each just as diligent in resolving community/residential issues in a most timely manner! Keith's follow-up skills are greatly appreciated. Freddie is quiet but is there at the office everyday ~ early... opening up the clubhouse and performing some not-so-pretty tasks like power-washing the dumpsters and cleaning bathrooms. But you can see the way he takes pride in his work though!! He deserves his Props! One more thing...My Mum has stage 3 breast cancer and these last 6 months have been emotionally taxing on me and my family to say the least. Julie went out of her job to get the carpets cleaned at no cost just prior to the start of my Mum's chemo to ensure our town home was as germ free an environment for her to recover in as it could be. Elly and Keith have even deputized my two kiddos as "Junior Community Captains" I cannot begin to express my gratitude for their thoughtfulness, their true compassion...helping two kids get their minds off of a sick Grandma, while inadvertently reinforcing my teachings to them about the importance of appreciating and taking pride in their community by letting them help out a little...and, perhaps most importantly...they LOVE IT and this Mama gets a few moments to regroup and re-energize!! You guys are a God send!! Honestly, I don't care if I rambled because I needed to say what's been on my heart and let upper management know that these fine employees deserve to be recognized for their excellence in providing superior customer service! I've lived here since 2013 and this management team is the BEST I have seen, hands down! Personal interaction certainly beats dealing with our technological counterparts! IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS FOLKS!!! PERSONAL TOUCHES! Just My Two Cents 2! Kimberly Johnston

I enjoy living here. The staff is very friendly. There has been many times I've needed help and Kim, Elly and Keith have all been there to help. The Maintenance crew is great! The longest I've waited for someone to come was maybe 1 day, no longer then that (non-emergency ).

When my girlfriend and I were looking for apartments we started on google searching for ones near and came across Van Metra Broadlands apartments. We didn't make a appointment to look at the apartments so we just showed up bright and early when the office opened. We walked in to get greeted by Elly even though the office really wasn't open just yet but she made us welcome right off the start. She had every answer to our questions we had and after talking we began to walk around the complex looking at apartments and where everything was. Then went back to talk about move in dates and prices that's how much we liked the place and the customer service provided by Elly. Two months later we moved in without any problems at all and have been living here for about two months now and absolutely love this place we call home!

I truly appreciate the courtesy extended to me by the Broadlands staff. They have gone out of their way to provide a outstanding service. I love that they are super personal and enthusiastic about taking care of the property. They seem to work really well together. I have sincerely be helped by each of them and I know that I can reach out to Elly, Kim, Keith or Julie and anytime and pretty much know that my concerns will be addressed in a timely manor and with a great attitude. I can truly say that each of them have assisted in providing a very comfortable environment for me and that can't be said for all of the previous properties that I've stayed at. I feel appreciated as a tenant and feel completely safe and at home under the Broadlands management. Even when I'm traveling for work I have comfort knowing that they all are there managing the property. They have earned my trust and have proven that they are completely committed to ensuring our needs are met. They've thrown community parties for us on every holiday and have gone above and behind to instill a strong sense of community for us as tents and neighbors. I truly appreciate the Broadlands staff.

Broadlands Apartments has been a great place to live for the last 2 years. I have been especially pleased with the maintenance staff; and Elly has been a great Community Captain and has always been very helpful. I had an unidentified car parked in my driveway blocking my exit from my garage and she had it moved within 15 minutes. She has also been very helpful in my move out process. I will be relocating in May. Julie and Kim have also been great to work with and are always very responsive to my requests.

I moved into my townhome two months ago. So far everything has gone great. Any issues that have come up were addressed by management/maintenance immediately. My "community capitan", Elly Sutton, outreaches regularly to ensure everything is going well.

Excellent complex, please come and see!! Elly Sutton is my point of contact who has kindly helped me with various issues..... She has done so with diplomacy and respect. Her humor is contagious. This is a good community with new management's has been in full swing, responding quickly and efficiently to tenants needs. 5 stars for Julie, Kim, Fahruden, Elly, Keith and his team, with gratitude for their services. Especially through this past winter's storms.

Broadlands was a last minute selection after some previous apartment arrangements fell through. I rented sight unseen and took hold of my keys with some trepidation. However, once moved in and living, I've truly come to view Broadlands as one of the better communities and have never been happier with my selection. We live in a townhouse unit, so there is some neighborhood noise, nothing too bothersome and certainly not unexpected. Overall, it feels very much like a small residential neighborhood more than a rental complex. The staff -- from the leasing office to facilities and maintenance -- are some of the best I've ever dealt with. Always friendly and approachable, professional and proactive. The blizzard we endured this winter was perhaps the best example of how much care and attention the staff put into the grounds and the residents. During what for many was a stressful time, Elly Sutton in the leasing office maintained a dare-I-say sunny disposition throughout, turning an otherwise dreary few days into, well, something not so dreary and dreadful. Not to mention the facilities/maintenance team which was working 24/7 throughout the storm and after. In fact, since Elly's been a part of the community, I've been extremely impressed with her communication with the community at large and direct correspondence with me. Not once have I felt my concerns were being dismissed or given less attention than deserved. And, again, she's always maintained a sense of humor mixed with her professionalism. Elly stands head and shoulders above every other apt/leasing manager I've dealt with in the past and probably the future.

I recently here and I am loving it . My Community Captain is Elly Sutton and she is a "breath of fresh air" She always goes above and beyond for me, regularly checks in to see how I am doing and genuinely cares about me. 1st class customer service at it's best!!!! Other staff Julie, Manager , Kimberly Kelly Assistant Manager, Keith Mango leading specialist are also awesome as well and super helful?? I looked around to find a nice place to live and this was by far my number#1 choice. Kudos to you all! Elly thank you for making my stay such a joy??????

I have been living at Broadlands for a few months now and I definitely love it here. I moved from the Reston town center area and thought life would be a little calmer out here and I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous to move to the burbs! I am young but have a family so I wanted the perfect mixture and that's exactly what I got at Broadlands. We are in the process of home shopping and this was the perfect transitioning neighborhood! The staff make you feel like you live at the Ritz Carlton! Elly is my customer service rep and she always has a smile on her face and is ready to help. She is the first person to greet us when we walk in even if she's with other customers. Keith and the maintenance guys have helped me with a few things around the house that I couldn't have imagined doing on my own. Kim leased to us and you can tell she knew her stuff very well, we felt confident in what we were getting! The prices were a little higher than the other places we visited but it's like they say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I believe property managers name is Julie. I haven't needed to interact with her however I will say that I have lived at many other apartments in my life and I've never seen a manager who gets up to help and greet at the front desk like she does. Kudos to their whole team and I will refer here any day!

My family and I have lived here for the last three years and we couldn't be happier. Elly and the office staff are there to answer any questions or concerns and keep the community up to date about any community happenings with newsletters and through email. Maintenance requests (when needed) have always been addressed in a timely manner and the staff is great. We love being close to walking trails in the neighborhood along with having the playground and pool right in the complex.

LOVE THIS COMMUNITY! I HAVE A TOWNHOUSE THAT COMES WITH A GARAGE WHICH I LOVE. I FEEL VERY SAFE HERE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A RENTAL IN ASHBURN. I RENTED A FEW YEARS AGO FROM KIM WHO IS NOW BACK AT THE PROPERTY WHICH IS GREAT. SHE IS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL. ELLY I THINK IS NEW AND SHE IS THE COMMUNITY CAPTAIN SHE IS ALSO SO HELPFUL WHENEVER I NEED SOMETHING. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY AND URGE OTHERS TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT WHEN APARTMENT SHOPPING - MY TOWN HOUSE IS SO SPACIOUS, MAINTENANCE IS QUICK AND FRIENDLY, AND THE STAFF HAS BEEN SO HELPFUL WHENEVER I NEED ANYTHING.

We love living here! Great community management and Staff are very friendly, responsive. I would like to comment about the staff here. Mr.Keith and his employee, Mr. Eduardo carried the bed to my apartment for me cause my husband is at work and he wont be back before the lease office close. I told them to not worried about it. I can do it by myself but they are too sweet. They didn't want me to do it on my own so they helped me out even though they don't have to do it. Thank you so much Keith and Eduardo!!!!! I really appreciate it.

Easily the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. Great floorplans and the upgraded units are top notch. With my two story unit I feel like I am in a house, not an apartment! Great privacy, friendly neighbors and REALLY friendly staff. Elly in particular was so welcoming when helping me move in and has been a great resource whenever I have questions. When there was an issue with dog owners not picking up after their pets Elly was actually out picking up the offending dog poop herself! Very dog friendly complex and I hear a rumor we are getting a dog park soon which I hope is true :)

I have been a resident here since SEP 2015 and can honestly say the entire management team does an exceptional job. I have been very pleased with the responsive of everyone in the office, particularly Elly Sutton. She has consistently gone above and beyond with anything I have ever asked of her.

We recently moved into the Broadlands Apartments and have been totally pleased with the customer service by the Leasing Staff, especially Elly Sutton and our Community Captain Keith Magno. They have fulfilled our few move in requests above and beyond our expectations. We are previous homeowners and within two years will again be in our own home in another state. We were concerned that this transistion period would be difficult, especially moving from 3700 square feet into 803! We really are pleased with our apartment, it is just what we need for this period to prepare for retirement and after searching throughout the Leesburg, Ashburn area this apartment fit our needs the best. We look forward to a nice summer and do recommend the Broadlands Apartments to everyone. We have every age group here and enjoy that part of apartment living as well. We looked at many other communities and didn't see ourselves getting excited about those other communities. The overall appearance here is very nice, the accomodations for exercise, trash service and mail boxes are excellent. The lighting around the community is very good and we are close to what we were used to in our previous rental. Again, the maintenance team handled our service requests in a timely manner and we appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Keith Magno our Community Captain also sent us emails to ensure we were happy with our service requests. Thank you Broadlands Team!

I have lived here since 2011 and love the property. I love Ashburn specifically Broadlands - The location is great! Grounds are well kept and are very pretty during the spring and summer months. I love my apartment - there are so many windows which I enjoy for the natural light. The staff has changed but are very friendly and helpful when needed.
