The staff is great. Service is speedy. The community is pleasant. A great find. Move- in is easy. The pool is well maintained, and so is the gym. Machines in the gym are up to date and always working. The computer room is also well equipped. I highly recommend Broadlands Luxury Apartments.

Broadlands Apts is a safe and accepting place to live for 65+ age group. I've lived here for 5 years feeling safe and knowing maintenance will respond quickly to any problems I might have. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Leasing office staff was very helpful especially Keith. He accommodated our changing dates and was super helpful with law enforcement discounts, etc. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wants to live in Ashburn/Broadlands area.

It's been a great year of living experience at this community so far. Friendly staff, helpfull maintainence crew, great location. The only downside though is the air conditioning system, just for the fact that you need to request mentainance in order to switch between the cooler and heater. Even that is a call away to be facilitated.

This is a pleasant, quiant, clean, and caring community. We enjoy the dog-friendly premises despite our senior dogs recently passing away. The ammenities are a boon! While small and modest in size, the townhoise model we rent is sufficient and easy to maintain. We are concernd and curious about the raise in rental prices with a 2-3 year Metro project "looming" yet certainly not impacting residents yet. The hikes seem premature. We also have learned the Verizon package offered is quite padded. This seems odd. Otherwise, we are enjoying our stay.

The VanMetre Broadlands Apts has been our home for the past 3 years. It is a great community. It is centrally located to various attractions and major highways. The Apartments and grounds are very well maintained. The office staff has always been curteous and very accommodating. This is a great Apartment Community that has all the charm and comfort of a real home.

Space is good just would be nice to include garage to the units or car port for the other cars to help protect cars from the elements of weather. I would like to see amenities for the price of rent we pay.

Wow... Everything happened so quickly, and Keith was there every step of the way. I moved to the Broadlands from another state, and Keith made sure I had all of the necessary information for a smooth transition. He didn't just email me, he called me too. There were a couple of bumps in the road (my fault), but Keith, Julie, and Andrew were there to get me over them. When I first arrived, Julie and Andrew went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and I am so grateful for them! I have been a resident for almost a month, and I must say, I am so proud to call Broadlands Apartments my home!

Our experience at Broadlands thus far has been very pleasant. All our neighbors are both courteous and nice. The parking lot is large and very well lit, which is nice for my peace of mind when my girlfriend is getting home late. Staff is exceptional in responding to customer service requests!

I've been living in this community for the past 3 years and I do not recommend this community for those who are looking to find a home where they can have a little birthday, new year or wedding anniversary party. Even though the Loudoun county law prohibits any noise from 11pm to 7 am within 100 ft of other residents, they have called the cops on me at 5 pm on Sunday. The rent is excessively high in this community while the customer service is very poor and the buildings are in a terrible condition. Following the last incident, I received a notice from the leasing office stating that I should either pay the fine and evacuate the apartment or stop having a party at my apartment. The irony is that the cop advised my neighbor that it was 5 pm on a weekend and I had the right to have a party at my apartment, however, the leasing office sent the notice to me. Unfortunately I just renewed my contract for another year and have no way out of here. Be cautious what you are getting yourself into. They are very friendly and professional as long as you have not signed the contract. Once the contract is signed, everything changes. P.s I just posted the same review in their website but it did not show up on the review section of the website. Seems like they only publish 5 out of 5 reviews. I even doubt the authenticity of those reviews.

Overall, the community is fine. I wish my apartment didn't end up in front of the dog park. Had I known this, I might not have moved in. Staff and maintenance are always friendly and supportive.......

This is my second lease extension. I am very happy and pleased with the property and its staff. It is a great place for kids. Quiet and secure. The entire staff to include the maintenance staff are personable and very responsive to our needs. Keith always is asking about my experience here and has offered me to look at an upgrade. Appreciate his interest. The management also keeps residents informed of any change in weather. Their maintenance hotline is always available and response is quck as well.

The team consistently goes Above and Beyond! This morning, I had trouble leaving my driveway due to snow/ice as I had been traveling and not able to clear my way. Upon a call to the Office, Keith Magno did not hesitate to personally remove the ice/snow and given the temperature of this morning, not an easy task. I was able to to be on my way and on time for my meetings. Thank you Keith.

Office staff is great! Very helpful and responsive. Lots of communication through email about community updates or events. Community is quiet and clean. Can definitely see ourselves staying here for a while-doesn't seem like an "apartment community" at all.

Community staff are always going out of their way to make sure their residents are taken care of. I enjoy their periodic events and seminars they put together on a regular basis. My family and I definitely feel appreciated here. We only wish more communities would adopt their model.

This apartment has many good things going for it. First, it has several amenities that make life easier. My apartment has a dishwasher; a clothes washer and dryer; natural gas powered stove, oven, and heating; some speakers built into the ceiling for surround sound in the main room; and an assigned parking spot. Larger apartments get a garage, while more budget-oriented apartments get use common parking. Telecommunications are provided by Verizon Fios. We have a group rate of $80 per month added on top of the rent to buy Fios Internet 50 Mbps symmetrical including IPv6 (next generation internet) and the Preferred HD package. Upgrades beyond this can be a pain because a phone call to the Verizon Group Agent's office to place orders, and the online portal areas to order these upgrades do not work. Common amenities include recycling, a swimming pool, a gym, a small computer room, a mail center, and a 24 hour maintenance hotline. Shopping is a short drive away, but is not within walking distance. This apartment complex is pet friendly.

I've always appreciated Elly and the staff's attention to detail. Elly is always so helpful and friendly and will go out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of in my home and with my puppies. The maintenance staff, especially Martin but the whole crew are so nice and prompt to help with anything requested. They all make sure my puppies get attention when they come. I know this because my babies are always excited to see them and don't bark at them. I appreciate that exceptional attention.

BEWARE!!! STAFF CAME TO MY DOOR THREATENING AFTER HOURS! This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. When you are a renter at Broadlands Apartments, the customer is NEVER right. The management is very defensive about any issues brought to their attention. During a routine change of my air filter (in a locked closet I have no access to) the maintenance crew left the light on in the closet, left trash on my floor, and my front door was left unlocked. When I called in a work order to have the light turned off, so it didn't run my electric bill up, maintenance came and turned the light off during business hours. THEN AT 8:45PM, AFTER BUSSINESS HOURS THE HEAD MAINTENANCE GUY CAME POUNDING ON MY DOOR ACCUSING ME OF LYING AND SAID HE NEVER MAKES MISTAKES. This all happened in front of the property manager. When she walked over he put his hand in her face and walked off. I asked for a follow up on the incident and nothing happened. She said she would deal with it internally, but no actions were done. The following week after the incident the head maintenance guy proceeded to park in front of my apartment, which is one of the farthest from the main office where he would report. There were times I had an issue with my apartment, went to the main office to ask them to take a look, there were three people in the office sitting down, but nobody would come. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT because there are too many other apartment complexes with competent management at same price.

The best rental community in the Loudoun/Fairfax County area. My wife and I lived here only for one lease cycle, but would've stayed longer if I didn't take a job in another state. Maintenance here is great, you put in a ticket online and get a response the same day, sometimes within 10-15 minutes. The property is very well kept and clean, residents/staff are friendly, and the apartments have a great layout with plenty of storage and a big bedroom. From day one as far as signing the lease, collecting deposits, etc there was nothing but class professionalism and transparency. Only three things that kind of hampers this place is occasional noise from dogs or neighbors like when they open their garage door. The other is the appliances are really old. Parking can sometimes be an issue, but residents make a bigger deal about it than it actually is most times.
