We chose Broadland Apartments for our temporary home (3 months) as our house was being built. We visited the apartment and signed our contract with Keith and he made the process very smooth and quick. Elly has been a great checking up on us and answering all our questions while we were there. The community is very clean and quite. We never heard our neighbors and we enjoyed living there for the last 3 months.

This is the first time that I have lived in an apartment in over 14 years ago. The apartment complex is clean and very well manicured. The staff has never been anything but nice and professional. I'm on a bottom floor apartment and besides the fact that my upstairs neighbors have a young son that runs "everywhere," the complex is fairly peaceful. I would recommend the complex to others, just maybe not a first floor apartment if you enjoy reading and younger tenant live above you.

Broadlands is such a great place. As I entered the office, the staff there were so friendly and professional. Keith approached us with great customer service and helped us through the process of renting an apartment. He was very straightforward and very patient.

Nice neighborhood, pet friendly, and great place to live in. I just wish the closets were bigger but other than that I love this place! The office staff did a great job hosting the Halloween party this year that my kids loved. Keith does an excellent job following up with my husband and I, making sure my family is happy here.

Our community captain Elly has gone out of the way to help us promptly on many occasions. This is an excellent community, the grounds are meticulously maintained, there's ample parking, pet friendly (recently built a dog playground). Pet rent is fairly priced too! While nice grounds and a good apartment layout were our main reasons to move in, it's the community and maintenance team that has kept us here year after ytear. Maintenance requests are answered very quickly, last year I had trouble getting the fireplace to turn on right before a big blizzard, yet the guy still showed up same day to help out even though the community was in full snow-in prep mode. Huge shoutout to Elly and Keith at the front office, always incredibly friendly, responsive and reliable when it comes to addressing any odd issues.

Awesome place to live in! From the warm welcoming staff to the responsive/reliable maintenance has made this place very pleasant for my family and I. During my time living at Broadlands Apartments my experience has been incredible. Both Elly and Keith have delivered superior customer service nobody can compete with. Any and all issues are resolved quickly with no complaint. I recently got locked out of my apartment late in the evening, and it took all of 10 minutes for Elly and Keith to get me back in. Management has created a welcoming, approachable atmosphere that is evident every time I have a question or maintenance issue. Keep up the phenomenal work guys!

Hi! I moved to Broadlands Apartments from Gaithersburg, MD a few weeks ago. I moved into a one bedroom apartment insulated in between 2 townhomes. I had been looking in the Sterling/Ashburn area for about a month. I am SO happy I found this lovely community. It truly is a hidden gem! I had seen several apartments/rentals & knew immediately this was the right place! Leasing Agent Elly Sutton greeted me & sold me on this place within an hour. She is so easy to work with, very honest & makes everything seamless. Zero stress with this gal! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my little apartment. I have a parking spot right outside my front door! The ceilings are very high which really opens up the apartment & makes it seem rather large. Not like most apartments that have that cave like feel. The apartment itself is laid out very well & has a lot of positives. The washer/dryer are shut off from the kitchen by a door. The bathtub is HUGE, the oven is a gas oven - major plus! There are preinstalled security alarm if you wish to activate.....& the water is AWESOME. The ice has no muggy flavor & you can drink the water straight out of the faucet! In MD, I could not filter the water to taste right. & the ice was disgusting.....this is a luxury for me. :D The community is secure, very safe, lit up & maintained almost immaculately. The maintenance are very professional & quick to help out. This area is BEAUTIFUL & QUIET with retail very close by. Excellent location & very nice people. I am SO lucky to have found this place. Thank you Elly Sutton for making my move so easy, your an angel! I hope I rated the below correctly. I gave all a 5 star meaning top notch. Nothing to complain about here, very happy tenant.

Over the past few years, I have lived at three apartment complexes in the Ashburn area and Broadlands Apartments is by far my favorite! The leasing office staff is always courteous, prompt and professional. My leasing agent was Keith and he worked diligently to help me find the right apartment. I had several requests along the way and I was certain he would tire of my constant emails and calls, but he happily took care of everything. As for my apartment, I love it. I especially love that I don't hear noise from my neighbors inside my apartment. I am one completely satisfied tenant!

Due to mobility issues and a future of multiple back and neck surgeries, I had to sell my multilevel home. I was fortunate enough to find Broadlands Apartment's and it's exceptional staff who assisted me in a quick move to an apartment that would accommodate all of my mobility issues now and in the future. The staff made sure that handicapped assessable items were installed to the apartment before I moved in and have been wonderfully supportive and care for me not just a a resident but a close neighbor. My retired military working dog was also welcomed here and he loves the dog park!

My family and I had a great experience with Keith when we checked in to sign our rental papers. Keith is very welcoming and just makes newcomers feel at ease. Our checkin process was quick and ease, and even came with a welcome gift at the end. All the office staff was friendly and personable and we have enjoyed working with them. It was a breath of fresh air after being so new to Virginia. The only letdown is that the pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

I previously lived in Broadlands Apartments several years ago (when it was known as Southern Walk), and I've just recently moved back in after returning to the Northern Virginia area. After researching several of the new apartment complexes in the area, I decided to come back to Broadlands based in part on my positive experiences as a prior tenant. Even though I just showed up one day out of the blue, my leasing consultant Keith Magno went out of his way to help me find an apartment that best suited my needs. I just moved in on Friday, and I couldn't be more pleased with my new place. It's also in a convenient location that makes getting around very easy. I would certainly recommend Broadlands Apartments to anyone looking to live out in this area.

I moved in to Broadlands Apartments 10 days ago. I filled out the application on a Saturday, and was moving in the following Friday. I was welcomed so kindly on the phone by Elly, then in person by Keith when I first came in to talk about renting, and my experience continues to remains positive. Keith and Elly were instrumental in assisting me with all the move in requirements, they were so informative, cared about me as an individual. Keith was off on my move in day and asked Elly on Saturday if I had moved in without incident. I have had a couple of questions that they have answered promptly and respectfully. Full service all the way!! I am very happy here, knowing if I need anything, even a friendly face, it is always here. My apartment is very comfortable, the complex is neat, safe, clean. The pool and gym are great too. Thank you so much.
