Service is fast and good.. Very quiet place. Clean place. Everything is near. Grocery stores like Aldi, lidl, Harris teeter are near. Libraries and schools are very good.The staff of leasing office is good.

The maintenance response time is very good however this is NOT a luxury apartment as advertised. The appliances and amenities are outdated. If the apartment does some upgrades to the facility and completes annual refresh / cleaning as advertised it would be a great place to live. Otherwise it is Not worth the cost .

Compared to the 6-8 other places we visited, Broadlands had the best offerings as a whole. Parking, nearby grocery, places to walk (Nature Pond only 1/2 mile away) plus amenities for us and our extended family to enjoy.

I also happy to say I have been a resident of Broadlands for over 10 years. I have decided to upgrade from a 1 bedroom to 2 and I couldn't have been happier with my choice and experience. The maintenance staff is stellar (Martin, Jorge, Alexis) and the office staff has been patient and helpful through everything and the current team ( Evelin, Naurin, Kenny, Hajira) has made this community run smoother than ever. I have lived in apartments before it seems to me ike a relationship when you 1st meet your companion you pull out all the stops but then once you say I do everything stops but went then you have to understand everything that you did to get your companion you have to continue to do to keep your relationship. I see that you guys have values and you try your hardest to make sure that you keep your residents. This is one thing I love about your company and complex that I live within.

Nice looking. Great staff. Too much noise in my above unit but I love having a front door parking. Feel like living in a townhome. I love having a patio door. I love pet friendly, has dog park. The old wood feels in the lobby is very cute. The patio is beautiful.

We love the community and the people in the neighborhood. Management is not the best and should take pointers from the Camden in Dulles. The floor plans are great but the buildings are cheaply made and we have had problem after problem including a flood in our first apartment from something not being connected correctly, a flood in our second apartment from our ceiling because a pipe from our neighbors washer was cracked and then another flood from our water heater when it was reinstalled incorrectly. There are also other little things as well. We want to stay because of the people in the community and we love the layout of our apartment but don't want to deal with all the problems associated with the buildings and staff.

Nice and quiet place to live, our apartment is really confortable and the appliances are up dated. Broadlands gives you the quiet of the suburbs but you have everything you need at more than 5min away.

Office and maintenance staff does not seem to care about the residents. Apartments are overpriced and the leasing company can't keep their own rules straight. No accountability with the other residents or their own office staff. They try everything they can to not fix any problems the residents have instead of solving them. Health issues created from allowing residents to smoke inside of and destroy their own home. This causes poor quality of living for their neighboring residents.

I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Hajera Faqiri, I am looking to move around March and I've went to other places doing my research. One thing for sure I am most definitely coming back and working with Hajera, she gave me a wonderful tour, answered all my questions and her customer service was spectacular! I'm in the car business and she sold me!! Her service and knowledge is the main reason I am coming back!

This is a really nice community with workers who actually care about their residents! Hajera has done an amazing job with assisting me in finding an apartment. She is kind, patient, and determined when it comes to placing residents in their future homes. Hajera responded with urgency to every email and call anytime I had a question. This office is extremely short staff but the workers do an amazing job tending to their residents and future tenants. This is not a business transaction, it is truly a community. Thank you to everyone who has assisted me, especially Hajera!

Great experience. The complex is well maintained and safe. The staff is pleasant and responsive to any issues that may arise. The location is ideal because it is close to gas stations, grocery stores and the greenway. I would recommend to friends.

Not really luxury as advertised. Maintenance issues at move in, communication problems with leasing office before move- blamed on being "short staffed". Frustrating experience so far. Glad it's temporary.

We just moved in to Broadlands Apartments and we are loving everything about this community. Naurin, our community captain, is very friendly and such a great resource person! She explained everything in great details to make sure we settle in well! Our apartment is much nicer than what the website shows. I must say that everything (location, apartment appearance, staff courtesy...), was beyond my expectations! Would definitely recommend this place!

Stay far away from this place. Dog doo everywhere because the residents don't clean up after their dogs, you can literally hear your neighbors talking, the cops are always out there and they don't bother to send out an email explaining why, the grounds are disgusting and when you move out they will try to stick you with ridiculous charges. After living there for a year and a half, they charged me for a spot on the rug. I have a video of how I left the apartment and I did not leave my carpet with mold on it. Apparently, even though I had two dogs they don't replace the carpet if it's not 5 years old. Can you imagine renting an apartment and you're walking around on a carpet that dogs have peed and ------- on? What if you or your children are allergic to pets? Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived!!! AND NO I DONT WANT TO CALL YALL TO DISGUST THIS MATTER. IM JUST GOING TO KEEP POSTING REVIEWS UNTIL I REPLENISH THE $200 Y'ALL CHARGED ME!!!!!

I like the community but we need help with our HVAC unit. Our unit temp goes well above 80 during the day. I have young kids at home during the day who are really suffering due to extreme heat. We have the end unit that probably needs a new more powerful AC.

When I moved in the leasing staff was great and their friendliness was why I leased. New management has come in and all but one of the staff is gone. The new staff doesn't seem as friendly. The new management only seems interested in collecting money and not the satisfaction of the residents.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The community is beautifully landscaped. The layout of my apartment is unique and offers me plenty of space for my possessions and to entertain friends and family.
