We've been living at broadlands since past 5 years and we have enjoyed living here so much. We love the customer service we received from Naurin in all these years, she has been extremely helpful in sorting any issues out for us. She guides us through each necessary process and works with her residents to resolve any issues that come about. We have had a good stay thus far.

Its good entirely, except my hom space, if i get any 2 bedroom in my appartament I would love to take it. Trash service is so good. Office staff is so friendly. Neighborhood is so calm and its very near to all the stores

What a great and beautiful community. The grounds were clean (expect for leaves). The parking is by far the best! The leasing staff was A++, friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to answer any question.

Great community

Broadlands Apartments is a great residential community. I enjoy all the amenities, and the grounds are maintained very well. The staff are responsive, professional, and friendly. They also hold community events for residents, which is great!

We were in the market for an apartment. Found a listing in this community and visited the leasing office. Naurin welcomed us into the office with a big smile and carefully listened to our concerns and requirements.

Some maintenance issues which have been listed in previous survey questions. Appliances/amenties need to be upgraded. Overall a peacefull community. Building staircases are bit old type and located exposed /open.

Like the property a lot - the leasing ofc. and maint. teams work very hard to keep tenants happy. there has been a number of cost increases and reductions in amenties for my unit, but overall I stay because I do like my unit, the quality of the property, the location, and the onsite team supporting the tenants.

Great complex. Staff are friendly and professional. The grounds are well maintained. My apartment unit was in good condition when i moved in. If you have kids, I recommend the Hawthorne or Cedar layout, not the Chestnut.

The community is at nice location. I coulf tell the team is making efforts to maintain the communitu. The community also is in good school zones. Nice to take a walk durung evening and work day off. Most people we meet are polite.

Quiet neighbors and clean apartments. The pricing is compatative compared to other complexes in the immediate area. There is no crime to speak of, a very safe area to raise children. The ammenaties, like swimming pool and bike trails are very nice.

Very good. Love all the staff maintenance staff especially Harold Wilson does excellent job. Buildings are clean as well as the overall look of the yard etc. I will definitely recommend people to move in here.

Good, responsive staff that knows their property. The location is very close to upscale stores and the Dulles Toll Road. Good, safe location based on my short stay. The maintenance staff is very responsive and have a positive, helpful attitude. The grounds are well maintained.

Wonderful place to live...

My sons and I lived at Broadlands Apartments for 5 years and I have nothing but compliments and praise for the staff. I wanted to specifically mention several staff who I have encountered there over the years that stand out. I Adore Naureen Ayub and am grateful for her patience and kindness. I have lost track of all the various situations she has helped me with; there have been so many. Her meticulous nature and attention to detail are fantastic. I have witnessed her incredible customer service skills in action, diffusing tense situations and helping renters. Anna Karasek has been a more recent addition to Broadlands Apartments, having arrived in the last several years, but she has quickly become an indispensable part of the team. She is very relatable and gregarious, competent, capable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I have also seen Anna remain professional and helpful in the face of nasty tenant behavior. I have enjoyed getting to know Jennifer Lapelosa, since she began working at Broadlands Apartments over the past year. She is an excellent communicator and went the extra mile to ensure that my needs were addressed regarding our very recent move. The maintenance staff at Broadlands is exemplary. Martin, Harold, Dwayne, and Alexis have helped me with a variety of issues including leaks, garbage disposals, toilets, refrigerators, and air conditioners to name a few. Everyone missed Jorge Lopez when he left. If he is at another Van Metre property then they are lucky to have such a great worker. Even the contractors were terrific. Leonardo and his crew were constantly working around the property with painting and carpeting. I Wanted to make sure I wrote a nice review because my sons and I had a lovely stay at Broadlands Apartments these past 5 years. I want to recommend this particular property mostly for the incredible staff employed there and to say we will miss living there.

The community is great, everything is clean, spacious, and in good condition, and the maintenance is prompt and reliable. The playground and pool are very good for the kids. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is a very nice gated community with friendly neighbors. I've been here five years and rarely do I have a problem but when I do the staff is always there to help. The neighborhood feels safe to me when I'm walking my pups late at night.

Awesome Customer Service

My initial call was answered by Naurin. From that moment, she has been exceptionally attentive, she took her time to show me a comparable apartment virtually. She explained she couldn't show me the actual apartment I would be getting, but she took good care of me and from the application process to now, I still feel this is home because of the welcome and comfort she made me feel.. She is always very cheerful with me and goes out of her way to help with my enquiry or my needs. I am impressed by the apartment, grounds and especially Naurin. This is a happy place!

I moved here during COVID. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I have lived here now for a year and a half and love this community and my apartment. Pretty peaceful, family oriented, friendly people to rental office staff, maintenance staff, to neighbors (there's always one or 2 that are bad eggs wherever you go). Maintenance responds to service requests in a good amount of time. I feel safe for the most part where I live and plan to renew another year!!

My fiancé and I have lived at Broadlands Apartments since 2018. We have been extremely happy with our experience at this community. Naurin has been our go to team member since day one. She has always been extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When we transferred from our 1 bedroom (two years ago) to our 2 bedroom apartment she walked us through the entire process. We moved from one community to another but never transferred units within the same community before. We felt extremely comfortable in her care. We have never felt like just a number to Naurin and we are extremely grateful for her. When Naurin is unavailable or helping others, Ana and Oni have been a tremendous help. These ladies have helped us answer questions or just chatted with us just because. The maintenance team is amazing. They are always so responsive and help make sure our maintenance concerns are handled whether it is a normal service request or an emergency. We know that we can count on them. Our 2 bedroom apartment has been home to us for 2 years now but this community has been home for the past 4 years. We do not see ourselves leaving until we are ready to buy our next home. We are truly appreciative for Naurin and the rest of the leasing and maintenance team! Thank you for making our time with Broadlands Apartments memorable ?? Mike and Nadia
