Expensive. Small garages. Okay size units. Clean communities site. Good team members. Loud surrounding communities with tons of road noise. Well keep grounds- can use some upgrades in certain areas but overall nice.

Excellent place to live and the leasing office officials are very kind. Well maintained apartments, gardening and expertise maintenance technicians. Neatly maintained apartment areas. Everything is good and I suggest to equip more surveillance camera at every corners of the apartments for more safety of the residents. Thanks, Basheer Mathar

The community is quiet and maintenance staff is amazing! However, price increase in unreasonable considering not much is being offered in return. NO improvement, No new gym equipment. The fitness center is truly bare minimum. Very limited community events.

I have lived here for almost a year and a half and we love it! Our neighbors and polite and quiet. I get home late from work some nights, but there is always ample parking. The heat/AC works great! I am comfortable year-round. The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful as well!

Our community is a really peaceful and calm place to live, which makes a big difference in everyday life. It's quiet, and there's a real sense of privacy, so it's easy to relax and unwind after a busy day. The maintenance team also deserves a lot of credit. Whenever there's an issue, no matter how big or small, they always respond quickly and get things fixed right away. It's great to know that any problems will be taken care of without delay, making life here a lot easier. I also appreciate the leasing office. They're always friendly and quick to help with anything, whether it's questions about the lease or just general inquiries. The staff is approachable and makes it clear that they care about making sure things run smoothly for everyone.

I do t have any feedback to give at this time. The community appears to be well-kept, the leasing agents are friendly and knowledgeable; however the rental fees were beyond what we had expected (or hoped) to pay for a two bedroom apartment.

the community is great, the only downfall is the amount of dog poop around the grounds. There are a number of members in the community that do not pick up after their dogs. Also, we had a really bad wind storm a few moments ago and a number of light posts have been down for a while. Other then that its been a good place to live.

Community experience was good, and I really liked the location and size of the apartment-style townhome. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we were told our leasing consultant was running late. Unfortunately, the layout of the living room was the determining factor for not applying, but it had nothing to do with the community or staff.

Seems nice too early this review but seems ok. Need more security. Property maintenance are responsive. Will know more after spending more time here. Sometimes hard things get front desk call answered.

Great so far. Community is respectful and considerate. The staff responds quick and the portal is easy to use. The maintenance folks are also very quick and efficient. And they communicate very well regarding the work done.

Good place to live in. Close to every where . The services and the staffs are also great. They did a good job with the snow removal and all during those cold days. I could see them working early morning to take care of ice and snow.

Great place to live!
This is the best managed and maintained rental property in which I have lived. The leasing team is friendly and professional. There is a process for raising maintenance issues, which are handled promptly and courteously. I had a few minor issues with my apartment in the first couple of months, and all issues were handled quickly and properly. Highly recommended.

Very good. I would highly recommend your apartment complex to friends and family. The staff is professional and helpful at all times. This includes everyone that I have worked with from day 1 of looking for an apartment to maintenance. Everyone is responsive, professional and genuinely friendly. Morgan has been especially amazing and helpful.

I have lived here for over 5 years; it is quiet and safe. It is close to everything. The community is well kept, and the staff is very responsive to request. Plenty of trails to walk when the weather is good.

It's great! Everyone is so nice and our rental and the amenities are well kept. Our neighbors are so kind too. I love how our community is dog friendly! Lots of waste bins and the dog park is a lot of fun for my lil guy!

We have been so satisfied living here at Broadlands Apartments; the staff is great, its very peaceful and the grounds around the complex are always very well kept. We strongly recommend this place to anyone.

it is a gated community but the gate is not working from long time.But overall a good place to stay. Connectivity and schools in the area is good and the maintainance staff is also cooperative There is not much events happening in this community
