This is a basic apartment community. These are not luxury apts. The maintenance staff is good and they fix issues quickly. It is located in an area that is easy to get too almost anything a person would need.

This is a very clean apartment complex. We love it here. Very convenient for school, parks and activities. Additionally, walking distance from shopping centers, restaurants and a minute away from the highway. Very quiet place. The schools are very good.

Love our new community, from the staff that helped us apply and show the units. To the people who live in the community, everyone is very nice. The community areas are also very clean and the life guards are very friendly

Really great living here. Great apt. Excellent maintenance. Responsible management. The best decision you will make is to move here!!!! The community is nice and the property is well maintained. We lived at Broadlands for over two years and had almost zero problems the whole time.

It's a good, quiet and clean community. Maintenance staff is friendly and efficient. Front office is helpful. Amenities are nice. Limited parking areas for visitors. Is close to the grocery store, bus stops, parks and schools.

Very kind and informative staff. The apartments are lovely and have a very nice view for an apartment. Van Metre properties are also very affordable for what they offer. I decided to apply to this apartment mostly because of the size of the apartment and the view and proximity to work.

This neighborhood is very quiet and respectful. The maintenance staff here are very timely once an issue has been submitted to through the portal. Only been here for a month or so but no complaints at the moment!

Great so far, no much issues, I do enjoy living here. The only incident was when my car window was broken at the parking and I had to fix it myself since the lady at the management told me that there were no camera and nothing she could do about it.

I think its a good community. Most things work. We have only been here a couple of weeks since we moved in. It would be great if the stairs and common areas in the units could be swept/ cleaned more frequent.

I love the community specially the trees and greens areas and how close is from groceries and restaurants. Love living here. I feel secure and safe in the neighborhood. Close to schools. I ve been here for a while now.

I haven't had any issues here at the community. Maintenance responds fairly quickly to requests. The community is clean and quiet. The office tries to have community events, however it's hard to attend with certain work schedules. The pool area is very nice.

Great Experience. Morgan was very friendly and did an awesome answering all of my questions. She should get a raise! Loved the design of the two bedroom apartment but was not a fan of the rental cost.

I'm content and comfortable here. The amenities are great. It's quiet and there's a sense a privacy even in a community. I highly recommend these townhomes for anyone moving to the area. It's costly but worth it.

I don't know anyone that lives here other than the office staff. I'm also not necessarily looking to get to know anyone. I don't plan on being here too much longer. The price is ridiculously high for an apartment that's NOT updated and on the top floor.

Good at first but has gotten worse over the years. The residents are worse and there have been issues within the community. The valet trash service is awful. They are useless overall. Have told the office but they were on there side instead of listening to the resident who pays a lot to leave here.

I love this community. The staff and neighbors are friendly. Maintenance team is unbelievably quick in response. I also like the fact that a lot of staff live on site. Trash issue needs work. Except for the trash area, it's beautiful property.

I have lived in the Broadlands community since 1999. The area is very convenient. You are close to everything, entertainment, shopping, and restaurants. The Broadlands Apartments are well maintained, and staff is always helpful.

My experience has been 100% positive. The apartments are beautiful and very quiet. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I've only had to submit two minor work requests, and both were handled promptly. Parking is plentiful. It's a wonderful place to live!
