I like living at Broadlands apartment. The maintainance is mostly helpful and the people in the neighbourhood are mostly respectful and kind too. The location is good too, so I'd say my experience here is decent

Great place to live all round. The location and facilities are good, the apartment is large and comfortable and it all works for what we need. The rental rate is a little expensive though in the current market.

I've had a good experience living here. I appreciate how the Apts, the landscaping, are well kept. And when something breaks down in the apartment, the maintenance crew come to fix it immediately. They are always professional and friendly.

I have been living in this neighborhood for quite some time and the maintenance crew has never disappointed me! Last night our heat broke and thing morning upon putting up maintenance request these 2 gents showed up within minutes! They got the problem fixed and very extremely professional! Again thanks to Alexis Portillo and Emerson!

Great attention to detail by the maintenance team when resolving issues! I have been here for only a few months but the team has always been prompt when maintenance issues cropped up. Nothing major, just the normal wear and tear with domestic items.

i've been living here since 2017. i like it here and plan on staying here for as long as i can. the maintenance team is quick and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. the office staff are nice and i love that they like to throw little parties during the holidays.

This community is the best place to live I'm not joking. I've never seen a community like this before. It's very nice, clean, and quiet, and I haven't had a single problem since we moved here. The parking is great, the staff are very kind and welcoming, and the maintenance team is truly top-notch. You won't find a team like this anywhere else. I thoroughly enjoyed our tour at the Broadlands and hope that we can become future residents! This location is perfect for the school that we want for our family and it has great access to local eateries and shopping centers. I enjoyed the townhome floor plan, and the availability of detached garages is definitely something we will need.

I've loved living here ? it's been the perfect location for work, coaching, and staying close to my family. When I moved in, I didn't mind paying the rent because I valued the sense of safety and community that came with living in a gated neighborhood. However, the gate hasn't been functioning properly for quite some time, and there have been a few incidents in the neighborhood recently. It would be wonderful if residents were kept more informed about community updates or safety concerns ? communication goes a long way in helping everyone feel secure and connected. That said, the staff in the office and the maintenance team have been absolutely five-star ? always extremely responsive, understanding, and helpful. They truly make living here enjoyable, and I would gladly refer others to this community because of them. I truly enjoy living here and would love to stay, but with another rent increase, it's becoming difficult for me to afford.

I prefer not not to write a review but if I must then first I would like to say the surrounding area is a draw since there are many walking trails , but it is disappointing that many residents do not pick up after their dogs and rules don't seem to be enforced, there isn't enough parking for residents and guests regularly park in resident spots without consequences, it makes me feel that I am not valued as a resident

My experience here has been absolutely amazing. I have loved everything about living here. The staff is great, maintenance is super quick and very good, grounds are kept clean, there is always plenty of parking, apartments are quite well sound proofed.
