I am disturbed by the view of the garbage posts in front of the houses in the evenings. I request a warning or sanction to be applied regarding this issue. I also request that the code system at the door entrance works, this will be a more secure site.

I am thankful for the wonderful layout and beautiful setting of my apartment at Broadlands. Having an apartment situated near wooded areas in a quiet community creates a peaceful living experience, which is important to me. The maintenance team is topnotch. I appreciate how Alexis and Alex quickly resolved an issue with my refrigerator, which they replaced promptly with a brand new one.

Great community! The neighborhood has good schools. Many walking trails surrounding the apartment, with play areas nearby. Stores n many fast food chains are close by . The church is a quick drive away within a mile .

Ive been searching for an apartment for the past few days, and it has been a struggle to find something that fits my needs. I had the pleasure of talking with Morgan after I had already talked to a corporate agent about the property. Morgan was able to go deeper in depth and help me by providing multiple options, plenty of information, and being willing to communicate openly in a way that is convenient for me. The apartment complex is beautiful and I would love to reside somewhere with leasing office professionals who do their job in a respectable manner. You can tell she cares, because she made this process a breeze! The different units are all so beautiful, I really had a hard time figuring out which suited me best because they were all so amazing. I really hope Im approved!

I haven't lived in an apartment since 1979. Been a homeowner until last year (divorce). This is a pretty good place to be for an older divorced guy to live. Basics (grocery, gas station, dry cleaners, auto maintenance, pizzeria or two) are all close buy. And, for a large complex, its relatively quiet and I've always felt perfectly safe.

Iv only lived here for a month so far. It is stressful trying to set up paperwork/signing process prior to moving in but the main office people will work with you the best they can to get it all in order. I work nights to I can't really say how the noise level is. Rent it quite a bit for a 1 bedroom place. If you don't have roommates or a really well paying job then this may be a place you'll just be getting by, maybe even with a good paying job by yourself you may have to budget strictly. but all places around here cost a lot though. In my opinion for this area in terms of all of the apartment complexes it's just a matter of how you like to live or willing to live for wanting to live in super fancy apartments for cost. This place has really nice front office people and really good maintenance crew as well if something happens inside your apartment. I give this place a 3.5 out of 5 star only because to me cost a month seems just a little high for this kind of apartment and I chose this place because of my work location. If cost was even 120-200$ cheaper a month for a 1 bedroom place this would be a 4.5 to 5 out of 5 star place.

Great Community, Best Staff!

I had a great experience at Broadlands Apartments! The community is everything I needed and Naurin was especially helpful. Maintenance was great as well. The playground, clubhouse and swimming pool were awesome.

Love the community, amenities, proximity to shopping and healthcare. All staff are helpful and experienced. Growth brings new challenges and changes. Perhaps speed limits need to be reviewed, and better monitoring of trash standards as I'm seeing junk being left around the common grounds since rent controls were put in place.
