It's very convenient to the Loudoun County and surrounding area for shopping, sports , restaurants and many other things for your everyday needs. Close to the new Metro station, toll road . Easy to get to Tyson's Corner and Reston Town center.

People are nice. Maintenance responds quickly.Lots of parking. Grounds are always neat and clean.Trash areas are clean and pick up is a nice touch. Give this apartment complex 9/10...nothing is perfect but this is close. ????

Moved in November. Managemenrt and maintenance have been courteous, efficient and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and respond to requests quickly. Neighbors are courteous. Opportunities exist occasionally for social interaction.

The community is friendly and mostly well kept. The maintenance staff is responsive and friendly. There are times when the residents don't pick up their dogs waste or the cigarette butts and that's annoying. Overall it's a good place and the units are large.

I liked the community and the town home is really good. From Booking to Move In process was well defined. The Leasing consultant is really great and super helpful. Overall experience is good except pricing mechanism which is weird and It doesn't make any sense.

Management is not very good. They have a "valet trash services that has trash and trash cans sitting in front of your door. I personal don't use it but am still made to pay for it. Was not in original or renewed contract. Has community looking like a ------

I’ve been living here for last 6 years and have not had a bad experience yet. The property is well kept and maintenance staff is nice and efficient whenever needed. The office staff is also extremely helpful especially Naurin she always seems to listen to any concern I have. My entire family enjoys and loves being part of the broadlands family.

I really enjoyed living in this apartment complex for the past 4 years. Communal areas always cleaned and well maintained. Premises are secured at all times. Maintenance crew always respectful and responds to requests in a timely manner. Also, pleased with customer service from leasing office (asst manager Naurin).

These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff, especially Naurin, are always friendly and quick to respond to all issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Love the location of these apartments. I live in the 3 bedroom apartment which is on the top floor with lots of windows. Naurin in the office is also great to work with always remembers me and takes care of everything that I need.

I have been living in Broadlands Apartment since 2019 and I must say it has been a wonderful experience so far. The management staffs are very caring, pays attention to details and helps the residents in every possible way. I had always received exceptional services and behavior from Naurin Ayub and Jennifer Lapelosa from the management's end. I've renewed my lease twice already! Management is very accessible, particularly Anna and Naurin. Maintenance is amazingly responsive – so far, a good 99% of my requests have been addressed the SAME day! The grounds are attractive, well-kept and adjacent to a very nice walking path that my dog loves :) Highly recommend!

I've enjoyed my time living at Broadlands for the last few years. Maintenance is usually pretty quick to fix what's needed and follows up. The staff has also been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Particularly Naurin has gone above and beyond to help with some issues I was having. She has great customer service which is hard to come by these days. Thank you!!!

Our lease in the town house ended while our new house was being ready so we moved in this apartments temporarily. This was one of the best decisions. Jennifer, Naurin, Anna and Oni were so amazing and friendly. They made sure that our stay here was hassle free and comfortable. The construction of new house kept getting extended and they extended our lease in a jiffy. The community is very clean and quite and so well maintainaned. The maintenance staff is very efficient and prompt. Anytime we had any minor issue in the house, they quickly fixed it. I would recommend this to anyone whole heartedly. Once I moved in, the entire staff including the maintenance folks, have been professional, polite, helpful, caring and responsive. Their customer service is excellent. My experience with Broadlands Apartment has exceeded all my expectations. We moved here from St. Louis waiting for our Van Metre home to be completed. From day 1 when I first contacted Anna Karacek, I have impressed with the responsiveness and genuine concern for our comfort and satisfaction. I had a lot of questions pre-move in and those questions were addressed openly with facts, and then action. I would highly recommend Broadlands Apartments for any families or those living alone. The staff is great; the grounds are well kept; and responsiveness of the staff, including Anna, Naurin and Oni is reassuring every time a drive through those gates, park my car, and enter our apartment. Thanks to all for making our temporary living quarters a real joy.

Nice community, unrenovated apartments are pricey. I moved in with several issues in the apartment (was not expecting that because of the price of the monthly rent). I like the staff and community but after living here for a few months I will most likely only be staying the year. The price of the apartment is way too expensive for the quality of the apartment.
