for the most part it is very nice it's convenient it offers everything I wish I could enjoy the beautiful pool right now but unfortunately my health won't allow it. I fully intend to enjoy the events of the Fall and visit with my neighbors.

The community is nice and quite for the most part. Maintenance is attentive to request as well. Would like to see more parking spaces and expanded pool hours during the summer months. The gate at the entrance is finally working at night as well, which is a nice touch .

Have to rave about Van Metre Broadlands Apartments! We fell in love with the Van Metre new construction in Brambleton so decided to put house on the market. It sold so quickly we had to find temp housing until new home ready. Luckily Van Metre Broadlands Apartments came through. We were blown away by the responsive property mgmt staff (Naurin, Josh, Alex and Claire) as well as the exceptional maintenance service. AND LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - the apartment is near sooo many restaurants and retail as well as a 50 second drive to the toll road!!! Basically shaved a hour off of my commute from where we previously lived. After we closed on our Van Metre home we crossed fingers we would receive the same kind of service and we haven't been disappointed. TYTY Van Metre and Broadlands Apartments!

We like the apartment, however, we feel we have been discriminated against while living here. The office is run by people who give preferential treatment to people who are similar to themselves. The office staff is unresponsive, unless they are contacted several times related to the same issue, and almost never answer telephone calls during regular business hours.

the community is well kept and maintained. During snow periods, the staff is quick to shovel and clear roads and sidewalks. Grounds are well maintained and management is very pleasant and prompt with answers and support.

This is a wonderful apartment in a safe, quiet, beautiful community. I would highly recommend it for families because the schools are great. The walking trails are very nice and it is very convenient to shopping.

It has been great and the staff here are great and friendly. They are always there to help. The only bad thing I can say is the stoves in the apartments to us are dangerous . They get very very hot to the touch and the cabinets above get extremely hot. You might want to spend a few more dollars and buy better ovens

The community is beautiful and maintained. Maintenance is always swift and done right the first time. The neighborhood is quiet, and the residents are friendly. The proximity to shops and major highways is perfect.

The staff at Broadlands Apartments are so amazing. It's so nice when the staff knows all the residents by name. The community is gorgeous and in a perfect location. They have tons of walking trails and my puppy and kids love it here.

The leasing staff is great here. They guided me through on picking out a place as well as pricing. They have always been helpful with any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is also great. Great place to live, I would highly recommend. Apartment is close to everything, food, shops, gyms etc.

This community is awesome and I am happy to life here. The apartment buildings are clean and I have only needed a couple of maintenance requests in 3 years I've lived here. The office staff is kind and listens to your requests and comments. I would definitely recommend living here.

The townhouse I rent is clean, stylish, comfortable. It is quiet (good neighbors I guess). Decent communal amenities, although the gym could be a little roomier. Rent a bit pricey. Should be a non-smoking community. Since it's rent only community, with somewhat high turnover, the smoke smell ruins the homes. And the tenants don't own it do have no investment in keeping it clean. Good quality fixtures. Spacious bedrooms. Overall a great place. I would recommend to a friend.

I love the community and how they prompt they address orders for repairs in the unit. The office staff is courteous and always ready to help. The common areas are kept immaculate and I love the location and waking trails.

the townhouse has ants issues. We called twice but the issues still there. Techician came and sprayed it but the problem still there. Also, the wall so thin we could hear the neighbor talking. The rug is not clean.

I Love the staff here. It is an extremely quiet and clean community with the convenience of grocery stores, fast food, bank, gas, and dentist, which makes running errands less time consuming. I have enjoyed my experience here.

Good neighborhood..overall quiet nice pool and gym area. Office staff is nice and friendly. Just wish there were more stores close by. Only complaint is sitting my pool I could smell dog poop near gate

Staying in this community for past 6 months. Till now I have a very pleasant experience. Especially like to mention the office staff ( Naurin and team) who are very helpful and accommodating. They help me to get my rent payment issue resolve without much hassle. --Pradeep

This will be our the beginning of our third year at Broadlands Apts. I am always pleased with the landscaping and the property maintenance at Broadlands. They are older apartments, but the grounds and apartment are well-maintained.

The maintenance staff and admin staff have been extremely helpful. They are quick to respond and take each inquiry seriously. We've never waited more than 12 hours for a response or for a follow up on any reported issue.

Very pleasant surroundings and courteous staff. My only criticism would be the condition of the trash area. The facility is not sufficient to handle this much trash and more frequent pickups are required.

Moving in was fast painless and plesant. Best experience ever. Manager and staff are amazinly helpful and nice. The apartment looks super cute. At move in was perfectly clean. Kudos to you guys to make my move in such a positive one. Love the dog park by my house. I dont have nothing negative to say. All is lovely. Thank you.

Van Metre Broadlands Apartment complex is a nice quiet community. There are apartments and townhomes within the community. There are a variety of apartments ranging from One bedroom to 3 bedrooms. I lived in a two bedroom apartment and while it did feel a bit small, it was actually very nice and easy to maintain. I do think it was a bit pricey, but the convenience of being near the toll road was nice. Pool is on the small side, but people use it all the time. There is a gym within the main building and a computer room for people to do some work or print.
