Big shout out to Naurin - great service!!

Recently visited the Broadland apartments and was greeted by Naurin. It was refreshing to see her genuinely care about me and taking the time to answer all our questions. Our tour was great and thorough. Naurin took the time to explain everything. She truly made us feel like we had all the information necessary to make the right decision for our family. Everything was clean and up to date. Apartments are spacious which is more than I can say about other apartments in the area. Thank you Naurin for helping us find our future home!!

Great Community!

Very nice community and excellent customer service. I came to Broadlands Apartments as a future prospect due to recent job in the area. I was welcomed with a very warm smile by Naurin, who helped provide all the necessary details and answer all the questions. She also showed me around the great community which was well kept and even the apartment we toured was quite spacious compared to the others I have recently visited. Upon returning to the clubhouse, Naurin offered cup of warm coffee and answered remaining questions that I had.

Many, many THANKS to Martin Sosa., Broadlands Apartments Service Manager and Alexis & Cristian, Broadlands Maintenance crew, for promptly looking at and taking care of our broken washer!!! Can't do without a washer and it's a REAL INCONVENIENCE when the washer in your townhouse isn't working properly or working at all! After checking out the problems with our washer, Alexis informed Martin who after checking out the broken washer, promptly got the ball rolling on getting us a new washer....all within a day or so. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Alexis also took the time to look over and repair our constantly leaking kitchen sink. The staff at the leasing/front office have also been very helpful. THANKS Y'ALL! We are happy tenants who are very appreciative of your work ethics!!! Lyn and Wayne E. February 22, 2023

Location is great, close enough to restaurants and entertainment. The community is kept up well and there are no real complaints but sometimes office sends a message about a potential rule violation that isn't actually my property it's a neighbors.

I love this community, I feel right at home and my son school is right Up the block so that makes it a plus. Maintenance are always friendly at least the ones who I have encountered. It's so great how quickly maintenance arrived after putting a ticket in. No problems here.

I am happy with the community thus far. But, I do have an issue with some of my neighbors in the building next too ours. Every time we take our dog for a walk or I am arriving home. There is an overabundance of weed smoke, and now it is coming through the ventilation system.

Th? area is very well maintained from groundskeeping to the walkways and public entertainment areas(dog park, Childs park, etc). Very easy to communicate with staff within their hours of operation. Quick to respond to any complaints or concerns.

When visiting the property for a tour, I found the property management to be curt and adversarial and flat-out refusing to answer questions about maintenance and other topics (more than once I was told "I don't have to answer that!" to questions I asked - and received answers to - at every other property I looked at). I had explored reviews and several noted recurring areas of concern, and when I asked the representative about those areas of concern I received a scoffing laugh and was advised not to pay attention to those reviews - yet the representative kept referring to a few 5-star reviews for individual maintenance tickets on her screen (so apparently only positive reviews are valid). The community looked nice in the short walk to and from the unit toured, and the units appeared to be nice and in good condition. I was not guided to the common areas and amenities to see those, so am not able to offer feedback on those. Overall the community appeared nice but my interaction experience with property management caused me significant concern about what to expect as a resident there, so this property was removed from further consideration and I have selected another property for my relocation.
