water bug invading my space.. I hate bugs and I won't live with them. also your property manager is not a nice person however the other 2 ladies are extremely nice and pleasant. I find the manager to be phoney and fake. if you could fix her then this would be the most awesome community

For the most part wonderful folks at front desk, but if there is an issue with noise they will not handle it, they tell you to call the police non-emegency line; which is not how it was explained when we moved in. Maintenance crew is awesome for most part.. There is constant move ins and out and often mowing grass before 8am. Little respect for privacy and give little notice when they are painting, etc. Car wash has broken parts and the trash piles up more often than not. Landscaping is beautiful but errosion from too much weedeating on top of dirt and mulch, etc. Too much catering to dogs and not enough for residents. Nice amenities such as coffee and workout room. Lighting is way too low around certain common areas.

Great location with clean landscaping and useful amenities. The only thing I do not like is the amount of people who do not pick up after their dogs. Other than that it is a quiet and friendly residence great for young, old, single, married, kids, etc.

I have had a great experience here. The maintainence staff is great and if we need something it is done immediately. The office staff responds right away. We haven't had any issues. We enjoy living here.

Leasing staff and maintenance personnel are always helpful and professional. Have had no issues that have not been resolved with the apartment. Gym is small but adequate. Neighbors have been friendly.

Clean, pet friendly community and well kept apartments -it's a beautiful community. The leasing agents were very helpful and maintanence requests have been serviced the same day. The apartments are also in a great location with easy access to grocery stores, the highway and a mall 't beat that!!!

It is a very nice community overall. The neighbors are typically very friendly; however there is never any office staff available to assist residents at 9am when the office opens, office staff is usually unavailable until 9:30

We loved that the community had no breed restrictions or weight limits for the dogs. It's so close to shopping, the interstate, and nature parks with walking trail. The apartments are up-to-date and spacious. It was very easy for us to be right at home. Also very military friendly.

The community is a nice place to live! It's a quiet neighborhood with a lovely pool and plenty of amenities like propane grills and a propane fire pit around the pool area. The residents are kind and seem nice enough. The office however is never open on time at 9 am when they are supposed to be.

I love my apartment, it's very beautiful and spacious. The grounds are beatuful here. The staff is friendly and courteous. The neighbors are friendly. This is a pet friendly complex. I hope to get a dog in the future.

We chose Adalay Bay because of the availability and pricing of the three bedrooms. Cassandra our leasing consultant made the process easy and quick. It has been good but with the escalating price of our unit this will be our last renewal. We intend to move elsewhere in August of 2020. We did not move this year because we looked at houses to rent and not apartments. If we had considered apartments we would be moving this year. In addition to that having to sign the lease 60 days in advance is problematic in getting a rental house for August 20th. People that have rental houses want to rent them June 15th or July 1 at the latest so it is not compatible with the requirement you place on a tenant to renew. I have visited other newer apartment complexes that have pricing that is the same as this one, so why not go to a newer facility that has the same square footage that is not twenty years old if the money is the same. There are some minor things like sweeping the stairs or having your lawn crew just come through with their blowers once a month and blow away the accumulation of dirt, dust and trash that would improve this. I recently noticed that someone swept our stairwell and I think it was the first time since August of 2016.You could also improve some areas within the complex by having someone pressure wash of areas that accumulate mildew over the course of year. The staff for our community is friendly, courteous, very responsive, and professional. I would give them five stars. They follow guidelines provided to them from higher levels within your corporate structure so some of the things like lease renewal are not in their control. But that does create some stress for a resident that may choose to move without facing the dilemma of a deadline date or an increased price if they resign the lease after that date,

I just moved in and I am really enjoying my new apartment. The office staff is very helpful, the grounds are well kept, and our unit is relatively sheltered from outside / neighbor noise. The maintenance staff is very prompt and helpful when responding to work orders.

Management will not deal with the issues that matter. Pet waste is their main concern. Trash is left in front of apartments, neighbors are allowed to play loud music and trash compactor frequently overflows.

I feel very safe and I love that it is dog friendly. Living on the first floor, I rarely hear anyone else in other units, other than walking on the external stairs. There is also plenty of parking and no marked spaces.

Its quiet with alot of professionals living here. Decent gym, with at least everthing i require, and a nice pool. Awesome staff including both office and maintenance. Apartments are really nice too. Its on an, off street?, which is nice because theres no foot traffic are cars going by all the time. All in all I enjoy living here.

An okay experience. Maintenance of the buildings has been an off putting issue. The buildings have significant roof leak issues, old appliances, and contractors used do a poor job because there is zero follow up.
