I have had a great experience the past several months. The staff has been great, the other residents are very nice and not too loud, and maintenance is swift. Out of all the apartment complexes I've lived in, Adalay Bay is the best.

I like the community and the people here. The staff and maintenance personnel are always kind and welcoming. I definitely like the location, that is, the location within the city as well as being so close to the interstate. I don't know of any people moving into apartments however I would recommend Adalay Bay.

Friendly staff ! When completing the Lease application they went beyond being helpful. Apartment is beautiful. Love all the windows and brightness. Very convenient to all shopping, banking and eateries. Would highly recommend Adalay Bay to all our family and friends.

I love living here at Adalay Bay apartments. Everyone is so friendly. The grounds are kept neat and beautiful. Adalay Bay is maintained by a great staff and if any repairs are needed they are taken care of quickly. The maintenance crew is very efficient and trust worthy.

The community is very friendly and quiet. All residents I have ran into were kind. Parking is not an issue, and amenities are accessible whenever you need them. The gym is a plus being that it has a little bit of everything you need to have a successful workout schedule.

The whole team is so nice and great to work with. Every encounter we have had so far has been amazing. We had our dog, Cali, with us when we got here to move in so we had to take her in with us and they were very welcoming of us and her. She even got a treat from their leasing manager!

Overall I have been very satisfied with my new apartment. The staff exceeding all my expectations. They are very friendly and helpful. My apartment is modern and new and the monthly rent is affordable. The grounds are well kept, quiet community and within walking distance to many local stores. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

So far my experience has been great. I was blown away by the new appliances and cleanliness of the unit. Also the included washer and dryer really won me over. I enjoy the location of the community. It's also far enough away from work that there's a sort of escape when I come home.

I had a very easy move in here at adalay bay! I was searching for a no breed restriction apartment complex (as I have a pit bull puppy) all the way from Arizona, and with the online leasing and portal & support from the team I was able to do everything online! On move in day they had everything ready for me all I needed to do is sign. I was a little scared leasing an apartment from solely pictures and reviews but I was pleasantly surprised upon seeing the area and apartment as a whole! I couldn't have made a better decision!

My experience is good. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They responded very quickly to maintenance request. I would recommend this apartment to anyone with a family that requires a safe, quiet and family friendly environment.

I fell in love when I drove up. Tons of space and great quality for a life style fit for a king. Love the aid and assistance throughout my stay. I'm looking forward to signing my least to continue my stay.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Grand-kids love the pool in the summer. Nice to have different community events for residents. The landscaping grounds are kept nice and trimmed.Convenient location.

Horrible experiences. No parking ever. No assigned spots usually have to walk the whole complex after grocery shopping. Nobody picks up their dog poop so there's feces everywhere and nobody gets fined. The dumpster is always overflowing. Maintenance brushes off every issue like it's not a big deal. Over priced for a bad apartment.

Great place to live, I've had no issues with other tenants. Community is clean, and well taken care of. Parking can be a problem at certain times of the day, and the highway can be heard from my apartment building. Overall I am completely satisfied with Adalay bay and its staff!

Adalay bay has a great staff as well as beautiful grounds. Maintenance issues are always dealt with promptly. The amenities are well kept and never overcrowded. Even though it's in a busy area of greenbriar it is a quite neighborhood. Adalay bay is a beautiful place to live.

Didn't really feel like having to write 200 characters, but yes the community is nice and it's a nice area. I moved here, because I wanted my family to feel safe while I'm gone. Just wish I was easier to change to a different apartment.

Me and my wife are from a small town in Ohio, with me being stationed here it was a big change. The community is outstanding, we love it here. We can see ourselves making Adalay Bay our home for the next 5 years

The parking is not that great. I think residents should have parking decals and visitors park in a designated area. The trash dumpsters are a bit far but i like how it's secleuded. The grounds and other areas are very nice. I love how big and spacious my apartment is. The community is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Overall it's a beautiful community and I am glad I chose Adalay Bay.

It's good and very quiet. I just wish during the summer time they put fresh mulch down for the kids playground it's very muddy like. Great area you are close to the stores and easy access to the high way

When I first moved the other tenants in my building were quick to ask if I needed help. When they did assist me they where invaluable in the process of moving. If I have any questions about the apartment complex or my building everyone shares this info with me. The clubhouse is clean and well kept. The excersise is clean and has an adequate number of equipment items for all residences can useb 24/7. Supplying us with fresh Starsbuks coffee is nice also. I would recommend this community to anyone,

I like everything about Adalay Apartments. The complex is super quiet. People are friendly. The staff is very helpful. Maintenance has been great! A little expensive, but worth it! I would recommend this place to anyone! Nice place to live!

We love living here. Very nice community where the grounds are maintained and it is quiet and secluded. The staff is great, very nice and friendly. There are only 2 problems I have. The main problem is that they feel they can get away with raising the rent every year...a lot. Second, is not everyone picks up after their dogs.
