Love the Community. Angela was so pleasant and answered all my questions. We enjoyed our tour just wish it was closer to my son school. I love Chesapeake but Suffolk is where I live now and wanted to stay in this area if possible.

The community is absolutely beautiful, but the pricing is very outrageous. The apartments are very small to be priced at $2375 (3 bedroom 2 bathroom) and for a car garage is an additional $125 and it's ridiculous especially when a garage should come with the unit.

It's been wonderful so far. We have kids so this apartment complex checked all the right boxes for us. There are sidewalks for them to take walks on, a playground on site, a great pool, and both gas and charcoal grills.

I've had wonderful experience, it's been pleasant and quiet while living here at Adalay Bay apartment management stafokf are attentive and when called about a need or etc,they are right on people, they follow up on maintenance issues send out birthday cards to residents, I have never had a problem with anyone, everyone has been professional in doing their jobs and etc.

Nice, staff welcoming. Traffic noise is terrible there needs to be a barrier wall put up, one if the reasons I want to move. Maintenance is friendly and efficient. Safe community, friendly neighbors.

Adalay Bay is a beautiful , clean & update community. Rooms are spacious with perfect closet and cabinet space. I love keyless entry, for the convenience for me and my family. Excited to visit the pool in the summer. These apartments are nearby everything you'll need from supermarkets to shopping areas. Located in a safe neighborhood. Staff is wonderful and very helpful through the process of moving in.

Generally speaking it has been a good experience. I would like to see more lighting in the parking lots. Without assigned spaces it's a little scary at night if you don't get a space close to your entrance.

I have had a great experience so far. I moved in February 10 and Angela and Brittany have gone above and beyond to answer every question I have had. Everyone has been so kind and the cleanliness of this property is outstanding compared to where I've lived. I love all of the amenities and I am truly happy and proud to say I live here.

It was amazing. The leasing consultant Brittney Strickland did a magnificent job and her customer service was amazing. The apartment it set up with the smart home features and the community is just beautiful and quiet. So very pleased

Apartment management is superb, maintenance is even better. Whenever I've had an issue with my Apartment they always take care of it quick, no if ands and buts. Buildings and surrounded areas are always well maintained and clean.

It was very neat and clean, quiet, and appealing to the eye! My roommate and I were very impressed. While we really loved this community, it unfortunately is out of our price range and therefor, we will not be able to apply at this time.

The interaction with the staff from beginning to the end of the application and tour was great. Very friendly and efficient. Approval process was very fast and convenient. Love the use of technology for the home and the gym and pool are great amenities along with the full size washer and dryer included. The design of the apartment is very nice and cozy. Only drawback is finding a good parking space near the building I live in because parking is not assigned or designated for residents. Overall, the apartments are great.

It has been very comforting , safe , and it's a nice area to live in. I am close to my work I am very happy with the amenities and the scenery . I really enjoy coming home to a quiet clean environment .

Adalay Bay strikes as an overpriced extended stay. They do what they want on their time the way they want to do it, and will just tell you you don't have to be home when it's time to actually get things done. It's good for military or anyone who is used to living in the barracks, 10 out of 10 would not recommend unless you just need somewhere to keep you off the streets. $2,600, community fee, pet rent, and have to get a garage if you want to have a parking spot near your building, a rip off and barely any of my neighbors will be renewing their lease. Good luck

Beautiful apartment but will not fix washing machine. After the 3rd try, should have brought a new one. Don't understand this. Even had to go to the laundrymat. Could not even get water to come in the machine.

I HAVE ENJOYED A GOOD THREE YEARS IN MY APT. MY NEIGHBORS ARE VERY PLEASANT, IT'S NICE AND QUITE, MAINTINCE ALWAYS COME WHENEVER I CALL AND TAKES CARE OF MY PROBLEMS RIGHT AWAY WITH WAITING A LONG TIME. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS PLEASANT AND HELP FULL. THANK YOU ADALAY BAY.

The maintenance staff is on top of the requests. I've never had anything major issues, but they are quick to fix our requests. The Office staff are nice and can assist with any questions you may have. The garage is a good size but you might get one on the other side of the property and won't be able to change it. Some say it's dark out at night but I've never felt unsafe. For me the price is high for what I use and need. It's an overall good apartment I would recommend if you have the money.

Leasing office staff is awesome and always answers my questions! Friendly neighbors and community. GREAT location with lots of stores around. Only about 20 minutes from Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Couldn't have chosen a better apartment complex!

The community is enjoyable and convenient. The only "con" is parking availability at times. Locks, lights, and climate control have been automated so that you can monitor and control them while away; very convenient.

Although short so far, my stay at this property has been fantastic. Clean grounds, friendly and quiet, courteous neighbors. Great amenities. Outstanding Office staff and hours. Parking can be a little 'not great' at times however that will happen at almost every apartment complex and the distance is not awful even then. Great location that is convenient to just about everything you could need. Very happy I decided to select Adalay Bay.

Move in was great, Only complaint is you paid thousands of dollars for rent and can't even park In front of your building. Because of open parking, the lighting is not soo great at night to walk from one side of the complex to the other with a toddler. Apartment is nice, kinda small but nice.

Great Staff, safe community, a lot of food places, close to high way, pet friendly (No Breed Restrictions), friendly neighborhood. Close yo hospitals/restaurants and grocery stores. Great gym and pool area.

I mean it is ight. The maintenance team is pretty quick when it comes to problems. The quality of the work they do though, real suspect. Had black mold in the water heater closet because it was leaking. They supposedly fixed the leak. But black mold was already growing on the door. All they did was wash/paint over it.
