So far it has been satisfying an we are happy even if we just move- in. The general location of the apartment made it perfect for me, we net friendly beighbors, office staff are accomodating. Servicemen are quick to respond for repair.

Very friendly and professional staff. Service is done very quickly and professionally. We are very satisfied with the stainless steel appliances & we Live the pool. The coffee lounge & Gym are great. We want to Thank all the staff for all the great service.

We initially leased due to Cassandra's awesome customer service and the layout/amenities of the apartment homes. Adalay Bay is hands down the best community in the area. Our apartment was not turned properly and we were incredibly disappointed with the quality of our new apartment. Both the office and maintenance were very prompt and did what they could to fix our concerns. Nesbit went above and beyond to get us taken care of! Despite the oversights in our apartment, we have peace of mind knowing there is an excellent staff here to assist.

Parking is terrible,complex is nice,seems to be safe. Everyone can't afford a garage being on a fixed income. Working flexible hours, coming home late at night without not being able to park at your resident is very frustrating. I am a senior citzen, this parking is a issue. Very you make grocery you have to park in the street with flashers on to get groceries in the house this is my only complaint. For the cost this is unacceptable

The staff here are very professional and helpfu in accomdating my overall needs in finding the right apartment fit. The maintenance crew is efficient in fulfilling work orders 24 hours after submitting.

They get things done promptly. We have enjoyed staying here so far. I like the fact that pest control is done monthly and if you wish to have extra pest control you can. The maintenance staff is very helpful and polite.

had a few run-ins with the staff just simply not caring. Within the year I have been there I am very displeased for the amount of rent I pay. will be moving out when lease is up. For 1200 a month I should not always see dog pop, trash in my breezeway, or have to deal with rude staff.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. You'll get maintenance requests done within 1 to 2 days. Very Military friendly and pet friendly. the auto pay option for your rent is really nice so you don't forget.

The apartment complex is not as amazing as I thought for the money I pay a month, many of the problems I find are with the pest control, the apartment complex has a schedule of when they come to remove the pests but frankly once every 12 weeks is not enough. Spiders and infesting the open air stairwell and make it hard for me to walk in and out of my home. I usually have to buy my own spray to keep them at bay. It's definitely a reason I'm not renewing my lease.

The front office was very helpful. The community has nice on site amenities and is very close to shopping, restaurants, and schools. There is some minor road noise from the highway because I'm in one of the back units.

Love the complex and the cleanliness of the grounds. Dog friendly! Staff is friendly and wiling to go the extra mile for you! Whenever I need work done in the apartment, the workers usually show up within 2 business days!

Everyone is very friendly and neighbors are always looking out for each other in our building. It's more like a large house than individual apartments because everyone is like family. The maintenance staff is very courteous, quick and very knowledgeable when something needs fixing. The office staff is friendly

The community is very calm, quiet, peaceful in every aspect. I was lucky to have the privilege on moving back in a timely matter. Everyone have excellent communication skills in the office, that reflect to everyone in a daily basic.

The office staff is super nice but a little unorganized. Also, there is no assigned parking so you have to park wherever space is available, which is usually far from your apartment. The apartment is very pet friendly with no breed restrictions.

The Adalay Bay team is simply THE best! I owned my own home for many years and was quite skeptical about apartment living! The Adalay Bay team answered every one of my questions, no matter how annoying or outlandish, with competence and patience! When I looked at the model apartments, walked and drove through the community both day AND night, I knew this was home sweet home for me! So if you're looking for a place to stay, come on over to Adalay Bay!

Ads may Bay has been a great place to live. It is quiet, safe and clean. They do a great job maintaining the property and it offers so much. The pool is clean and lifeguards are great. I would highly recommend this apartment home.

The parking is terrible!!!! Now that that is out of the way the community is great the people are friendly but the pet policy is not so great BE SURE TO READ THE PET POLICY! You can't pet sit or you'll be fined 500$ Other then that this place is fairly nice. They have good amenities, a pool, garden, grills sometimes when they are not broken. Trash is a little far away. If you don't mind the walk you are fine but if u want to drive and you take the trash out later then 4pm you are expected to lose your parking spot and then you have to park forever away from your building a

Adalay Bay is a nice community I have no complaints thus far... the staff is friendly... and maintenance people are very nice as well. Nice place for pets and pet families. I feel safe... I could go on and on.

Location is very convenient. Community is well kept and aesthetically nice with parking throughout (without it looking like a parking lot). Front office is nice. Maitaince staff is timely and clean. All the amenities are great.

I am a family member of one of your residents. She asked me to write a review. She did not know anyone in the area and a member of your staff made her feel like family. She would bring her meals on holidays and check in on her daily. I don't know her name but she did things she did not have to do and we just want to say thanks. When I have come to visit, the grounds are beautiful, too. Thank you Adalay Bay for caring about your residents

Neighborhood is in a convenient location and with access to stores and interstate. However, doing the last few year there has been issues with overpriced water charges (86.00) a month for a household of two, dogs of varies sizes and breeds everywhere and hike in junk fees for trash which stays full and pest monthly that is not used. Apartment manager ---------- very arrogant, impersonal, lacks respect for residents and customer service. I have been living at the complex going on 5 years and just renewed my lease which I am really regretting now. My car that I was told by prior management it was okay to park in overflew parking because it was broken down was towed away without notification. When approaching management and corporate about the matter they just provided the usual " I'm sorry," and "It was not registered." Okay, maybe so but as a resident there should have been an email sent out to all residents out of good customer service and appreciation for residents. Now, I am expected to pay the out of pockect cost of $135 to gain back my property and the office manager had the audacity to state, " If you get the car your registration must be current before bring back on property." Remind you I asked her nothing about bring my car back on the property! Enough to get a ----- cursed out. This is how they show Resident Appreciation!!!!
