Very helpful and friendly to work with. Application process was easy and quickly answered with approval. Documents were easy to sign online without having to travel to property. Finally, when arrived all keys and necessary equipment was made available.

Rent is extremely high this is not a class A property but you are charged as if it is. water charges are extremely high. And very little parking. If you are not at the property by 6:00 pm good luck finding a parking spot.

Huge bugs seen daily in the apartment. Lots of trees lean into the building making it easy for them to enter. Rent is too high for this. Pest control does not solve the issue; plus, they take weeks to come out and spray (or whatever they do) I've never seen what is actually done. Also the trees take over the parking lot. 9 out of 10 spots is under a tree filled with pollen in the spring, bugs in the summer and leaves in the fall. It's almost impossible to keep your car clean. Again, rent is too much for that issue that can be solved by cutting back the trees. The ladies in the front office are kind, but that doesn't make up for fesring that a critter will crawl on you in your sleep or while you're driving.

It's been ok so far. Whenever there is a request for maintenance work to be completed, the issue is always completed within a couple of days. Although normally quiet, I've noticed my neighbors making a lot of noise at night when trying to sleep as well as early morning.

Overall good experience I just think that the outside stair area needs to be washed due to spider webs and dust in the stairwells on the walls and front doors. I also had a slight ant issue that will hopefully be resolved soon. The front office team has been very helpful throughout this process

Good enjoy living here. I really don't care for the new key less doors to my main apartment door. I wish it made a voice when typing in code. Alot of times takes two times to type in code. Also lock geys jammed alot and I have to shake door handle to make sure its locked

Still here and love it! Kids enjoy the pool and play area. I always feel safe when i take a walk and the office staff is always pleasant. I wish parking was better but other than that you cant ask for a better neighborhood

Everything is very well except for the maintenance request delays. There were a lot of maintenance requests at move in and I am still waiting for my window to be fixed. I also had maintenance come in to fix my toilet from leaking and he unclogged it which it was not unclogged so they did not relay the request to him correctly.

The office staff is very helpful and friendly. It's very close to my job and to restaurants and stores. The community is very nice and quiet. I like that we have a free car wash and vacuum cleaner for residents.

Great community! The staff is always very nice. The office hrs are great as well. They really put allot into the grounds and if anything goes wrong with the apartment they are always ready to fix the problem within days. All the neighbors seem to be very nice and there seems to be ample parking for everyone who lives here.

Office team misleads you. People don't clean up behind their pets. Water bill too high, you shouldn't have to share with the whole building. Some people have more than others in the apartment to be sharing this water bill.

My experience during my 1st yr and 1/2 was great ? Leasing Management seemed more approachable ? They had social activities and events ?? Holiday ideas some with the help of the tenants.. Maintenance team has always been reliable every set they had. But the location is very nice, the up keeping of outside is great and area is safe!

I moved in on 22Feb22 and needless to say it was not an ideal situation!! The carpet should have been replaced and apartment properly cleaned before turn over to tenant. Most of all issues were resolved in a timely manner but the maintenance team is severely undermined that gives a negative perception!! Overall I moved into a dirt apartment with a carpet that was professionally cleaned yet appeared to be worn out and dirty. Cabinet and bathrooms dirty, broken washer and dryer and the office did send a cleaning party after the fact but I had already cleaned the apartment. The carpet was Cleaned again with no significant difference(carpet still dirty, torn and stained). The maintenance team did a great job fixing and replacing washer and dry along with Brittney that has a great professional demeanor!! All in all I would advocate everyone do their own due diligence and make their own opinion of service rendered and provided on cost analysis!!

i moved from Sacramento Ca to Chesapeake Virgina... i had great experience with Adalay Bay staff they did wonderful job and being patient me in the paperwork making it a very smooth transition from Ca to Va me and my and my daughter where very impressed with are apartment ...maintenance show up the next to fix the one problem that had the garbage disposal the next ...we are very excited about where we live we like the emails we get about food trucks that shows ......we are looking forward for the summer time when pool open up and short commute to beach ......we love the location shopping is very accessible Walmart food lion banks restaurants ...... :)

When I first moved in, I thought this apartment was amazing but after I got settled in, I started to notice the ceiling crevices and edges around the windows and the bathroom and AC unit had what looked possibly like mold growth. I've also noticed huge cockroaches, water bugs, centipede or silver fish, and black fungus gnats flying around. There were black water bug babies in the bathroom. I got closer to examine if the cracked paint was possibly wallpaper but it was the paint peeling like it was rubbery texture of paint possibly spray paint covering mold. I called the City of Chesapeake to see what I needed to do. They told me to move because it was a health hazard and that the rental property possibly covered the mold instead of treating the mold. My sinuses have cleared up since moving.
