Rent increase is way too much. My rent has increased on the new lease by more than 10% and that is ridiculous I have to stay where I am due to not being able to change my kids school district the bathroom in the master bedroom is so small and poorly designed

Great location, great team in the front office, love the space and conditions around the neighborhood! Great choice! Very satisfied customer! The only thing that I am neutral about is parking but still wont overwhelm how hapoy me and my wife are with this place!

Love the community, staff in very responsive.. haven't had any issues its great!!! the apartment is very nice inside and out all appliances are very nice very little noise.. close to grocery stores, shopping mall etc!!

The Adalay Bay Apartment homes are sufficient in amenities. Garages are large (22 ft deep), the grounds appear nice but are not adequately maintained or cleaned. They're overpriced for what they are, we don't even have a linen closet.

It's a great place to live. The staff is very well rounded and willing to help at all times. The apartments are very big and spacious. It's also close to stores and very good restaurants. Also gyms and parks are close by.

The place is quiet and near location of stores. The staff and leader of the community are super friendly and really east to get along with. And the complex is really clean and the best part is the car wash!!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is top notch. You can't ask for a better team of people. The grounds are always maintained well. Landscaping is beautiful will all the trees, flowers and shrubs. On site security is nice, but I never hear of anything going on. Quiet neighborhood.

Adalay Bay is a well manage apartment community. Management effectively communicates situations and requirements. They are responsive to any issues raised. The community is clean and well maintained. We use the pool often and we surprised ourselves by regularly using the delicious hot coffee in the coffee mess.

Love the maintenance staff, quick response time and they are all very friendly. They have taken the time to get to know my family. The office staff are friendly too. The grounds are beautiful and we love the pool and grills. However, we wish we weren't upcharged for every single thing.

So far so good here. Our move in process was relatively stress free. We went to the pool for the first time the other day and there were a lot of kids, to our surprise, all the kids were really well behaved! This is an awesome community!

The apartment is very nice and the overall feel to the community is very safe and welcoming. The ammenities are incredible and the office staff has been great to me, especially Daniel. My only complaint is my apartment is right next to the highway and it is very loud.

I have only been a resident for 3 weeks but so far the experience has been wonderful. When we moved in our unit didn't have stainless steel appliances (we requested them prior to moving in) and the manager made sure we had them as soon as possible. The community is quiet and everyone is friendly. It is a great place to call home.

I have lived in this community for six years and I have had a good experience. One thing I would like to see improved is the exterior lighting on the buildings. Overall, the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The office manager is friendly and the maintenance staff is great! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

This complex has been a dream. The neighbors are nice, there's plenty of kids and dogs but its still a quiet little corner of the world. Put in an elevator and this would be perfect. The pool sure has been a nice change and its always clean.

Great amenities and staff. Even in the snow they still ensure the grounds are well maintained with plows and plenty of salt. They are also nestled off battlefield blvd (convenience factor!!) Rent is pretty standard for the area and you get a quality unit for the money. All around, this complex is A+.

Good so far. ................nothing else to really say...............no major complaints...........assigned parking is my main suggestion I don't like having to park upfront by the main office when I live in the back. Walking late at night is scary.
