Not allowing the office to accept packages is ridiculous. Likewise closing the pool while it is still 80+ degrees out for the season is just nonsense. I'm not sure why they close the pool strictly on a calendar date

It's quiet sometimes. But the stomping and people talking loud and slamming doors is getting annoyed especially when you trying to sleep because you have to get up early I'm the morning. People don't have respect for people above you.

Rachel at the leasing office is very professional and kind. Maintenance is friendly and quick ti respond to a call. The apartments are beautiful and they feel very open and there is tons of natural light. The grounds are beautiful and kept up qnd the amenities are allways clean

I enjoy living at Adalay Bay. It's a beautiful property that feels like home. The grounds are well kept and serene and the amenities are great. I especially was grateful that this is a dog lover community that recognizes the tenants devotion to their pets and accepts all breeds.

This apartment complex is fantastic. Great units with fantastic amenities. The staff here is second to none and are quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner and done right the first time. Moving here was the right choice.

Well-kept and quiet community in a convenient location in Chesapeake close to Interstate 64 and the 168 Bypass. Nice amenities (although COVID has temporarily shut some down) and knowledgeable and responsive staff.

Clean, friendly, and welcoming community that is wheelchair accessible. Staff is responsive and proactive. I love the events they plan. I feel a strong sense of community. This a dog friendly community where most neighbors strive to comply with pet policy for public cleanliness. Maintenance staff are personal, attentive and respectful.

Only negative is that the gym limit is 2 people d/t COVID and the study space and coffee machine are off limits. Other than that, I have no complaints. I love the pool and the beautiful landscaping. My apartment is the perfect size for 2 people. I am very happy with Adalay Bay.

Very clean appearance. Updated appliances in most units and have the option to upgrade at any time. Location is great in Chesapeake. Maintenance team responds quickly and efficiently. Community is clean and we are provided with pet cleaning stations.

This has been the worst by far apartment complex I have lived in the hot water runs out way too fast and there are far too many water bugs everywhere including in your apt there is never any parking available for the amount of rent we pay also the property management is very unprofessional and they never help the tenants with anything ,everything is too expensive compared to other property’s within the area there is no holiday spirit it makes it very unpleasant to live here it’s not kid friendly u can’t even have a social gathering before the pandemic because other neighbors complain about noise on a Friday at 9 pm.

My husband and I moved in on 12/10/2020 and just love our new place. We've already met our neighbors and can't believe this place even existed..we love it. I like the quiet are and that we are seconds away from everything..hospital, dentist office, Walmart, Foodlion and a lot of restaurants.

Pet friendly with no breed restrictions. Everything is updated in the apartment. Very clean. Plenty of area to walk the dogs. And bonus! My apartment is right across from the apartment's dog park! I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who is an animal lover like myself.

So far it has been a good and welcoming experience. The apartment was clean and ready to move in on the date that was set. The only issue I've noticed is the excessive insects on the top floor of building 1200. Mostly moths but there are also a number of wasps or yellow jackets nests hanging around. One is directly on the railing right next to my door. If something could be done about these numerous flying insects, that would be more than appreciated.

It is nice. I have not that many complaints. I hate the bugs outside the building. It grosses me out a lot. The facilities are clean. Everytime I ask for a service it is completed timely. The office workers are quick to answer emails too. Super dog friendly.

I really enjoy living in this apartment. It's super fancy, with the faulted ceiling since I'm on the top floor, it has a cherry blossom tree right beside my window so birds come on my balcony sometimes to play, the workers are super friendly and try to get your requests done as soon as possible, it's a great community and I feel safe living here (I haven't see a police here since I moved in a year ago), there's sprinklers inside your apartment, which I find super duper cool, and the water bill is always super low because the apartment complex actually pays some of it. It's super great here, and I think that's why I'll be renewing my lease next time.

I love the community, love the area it is near everything and secluded. The staff is always nice from the nice time I had a thousand questions before moving in up until a month after I moved in and love that !! The neighbors are nice and friendly as well. The only thing I don't like (which is not the staffs fault) the parking is terrible due not having assigned parking. Im 7 months pregnant and I stay on the 3rd floor so it's frustrating having to walk so far due to me not having a open spot near my home building. I have only been a resident 3 months but I love this community !!
