The community is good and the neighbors are friendly. The physical layout of the community is well planned as they have kept many old trees which are a blessing in this part of town. Staff reacts quickly to clean roads when it snows.

It's cheap rent but rough here, there always seems to be an issue every few months. I would highly take that into consideration. Also, many bugs that can gradually sneak into your home as well. And they provide pest control

I've been living in Fairfax square since 3 years and last year we need many maintenance request and Abby the best employee ever in the office , she kept me updated in a daily mails to make sure that all required is done , actually all The staff are very friendly, they always smile and great you , DJ is a maintenance guy that came by two days ago , fixed what required and he's amazing, thanks DJ , and Carlos who assigned for an urgent maintenance request on Saturday evening,he called me back after 2 minutes only of my request!!! Then he can by fixed my problem in couple of minutes in both professional and friendly way , Thanks carlos , all of them work under the supervision of Matt , the manager whose office is always opening to all customers , really i wish i could join your wonderful team

Maintenance Team is Awesome

The maintenance team at Fairfax Square is awesome, they are quick to get to issues and resolved them as fast as possible. Carlos came by today and was able to resolved the issue without any issues and also took care of a minor issue as well at the same time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. He advised on what he did to get it done and clean up after himself to make sure he didn’t leave a mess.

Overall, my experience has been okay. Usually maintenance requests are handled immediately. However, I was upset that my emergency maintenance request was never handled on 1/28. No one ever called us back. Additionally, after the snow/ice storm, our sidewalks were not shoveled for multiple days. I was worried about falling, especially considering I am pregnant.

This is a really nice community perfectly nestled in the heart of Fairfax. It's minutes away from everything you could possibly need. It has a pool, dog park, and a gym! It's pretty well maintained. The staff is nice.

My dishwasher broke Jorge and Inmar replaced the unit and cleaned up afterwards. Their response was quick and efficient. They were nice and answered all my questions. I really appreciate the maintenance staffs quick response. Thank you!

Inmar was very polite, efficient and helpful! We put in a maintenance request for a door that had come out of the tracks, and a day later Inmar was there to take care of it! In and out, couldn’t have asked for better service!

Nice community that is well run. Diverse community but there are a lot of students from George Mason University. My only concern is that the garbage and recycling often are overrun and not usable - especially recycling.

We recently relocated, and the community was excellent.Any issues will be addressed shortly after submitting a maintenance request. Very close to the library and retail centers.It is fine to stay.The parking was fantastic. There are restaurants nearby where you can try different cuisines.

Call and confirm prices. While other rental options for 2 bedroom 2 bath is around 2100-2500$ for 1 year lease, this particular apartment charges 3300$ per month for 2 bedroom 1 bath even though Zillow indicates the price range around 2200$.

Honestly, I moved here in January 2021 and I really used to love it here. However, for the past year, this property has gone downhill. It has become dirtier and there is more noise than usual. I'm very surprised due to the location. Hopefully, things change soon.
