Its been alright. Just here. Maintenance staff is great. I am moving soon so I do not have much to say. The dog park is good. Wish their renovated apartments were better. Electrical of building or apartment is not the best.

I've only been with Woodland Park for 2 months now and overall my good experience thus far is due solely to Triniti Thompson. She made the entire process seamless & stress free. She was also responsive, kind and emphatic. I look forward to getting to know the rest of the staff and Woodland Park as a whole.

Wonderful experience with Pernesia

After being told my tour was cancelled just hours beforehand, I was a little skeptical about coming back, but they were able to grab someone else for the tour (Pernesia) and I’m so glad they did because our experience was awesome! Pernesia was very personable and knowledgeable about what she was talking about and allowed for us to feel right at home as soon as we stepped inside the apartment. On top of that, she was also very clear and transparent in response to all of my questions which made feeling comfortable in the space a lot easier! Overall, 10/10 experience with her and the complex in general. We hope to be joining the community soon!

Angel Martin was friendly with us and supported us

This community is one of best community I have ever lived in great staff Wonderful people and the Maintenance manager and his team are fantastic great people, I can encourage anyone who wants to find a nice community to stay , come to this community On top of that, Angel martin was also very clear and transparent in response to all of my questions which made feeling comfortable in the space a lot easier! Overall, 10/10 experience with her and the complex in general. We are happy that she has completed all the documents work within 3 days and helped us to move soon.

Angel is awesome! She is super knowledgeable and kind! The apartments are super big and very reasonably priced. The leasing office and amenities are beautiful and super easy to get to. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Staff

My Fiancé and I have been looking to move into an apartment and came across Woodland Park Apartments. We walked right in and were met with a young man who was very friendly and polite with us. However, I have to truly give recognition to Ms. Thompson. She met with us for over an hour or so and was very thorough and was very knowledgeable of all the apartments. We did a tour of four different apartments and she took notes of our dislikes and likes and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was very respectful, helpful, and kind with us. She made an amazing first impression not only with herself but on the whole community! Bedsides the cleanliness and beauty of these apartments, she is incredible at what she does and truly makes one what to be part of this community!

I have enjoyed this apartment. I lived at the other end of the complex before and did not like it as well. I prefer the townhouse style, much quieter. Two complaints...trash on top of the compactor is an eyesore that is in my direct line of site. And coming into our apartments unannounced and when we ask, being lied to and saying a notice was sent. My neighbor and I both verified we were not notified 3 times.

Tried to ask questions about the specific townhome, but answers were vague and not answered specifically to the unit (like if the garage is included in that specific unit). Virtual tour was very fast and all over the place. We asked to see more of one community area, but she didn't want to show it because there "were people". She was also 20 min late to the meeting, which was fine but not very professional about letting us know she was running late. She called me 3 times confirming the size apt/townhome we are looking for and assured me she would have it ready for the tour. We get to the tour and she asked me again what we were looking for and was not prepared. We will not be renting here because she seemed not to know much about the community, we didn't seem important enough for her time, and we didn't feel like the rental process would be smooth with this apartment complex (considering how our tour went). We were not able to see the safety, noise, neighborhood during our virtual tour, so those are marked as 2 stars.

Miss Thompson been over backwards for us. We just walked right in and she met with us for an hour over an hour or so very friendly and kind and very knowledgeable of all the apartments. We did two walk-throughs of two different apartments. We really like the first ones but She was tremendous and helping us and because of her and your complex were gonna end up renting an apartment from your company and we really appreciate it. She did a terrific job.

Even though in feel a little safe I do wish that the gates were being used and cameras. Also I drive an electric car it would also be a plus in the community to have charges. Very happy with my move. .

The woodland park apartments are nice! The woodland park apartments are in a good location too! The woodland park apartments is near a plaza that has a shops and food! Makes it easy to get your shopping done really closes to where you live!

Spacious apartments

Everything is only thing concerning is the hike in renewal lease prices which is very be cognizant about the renters who have been renewing often. Please have more engaging art sessions.
