So far, decent! It is nice NOT hearing sirens (like my previous location), but now I hear footsteps from apartment above, as well as flushing water. Also, parking is at a premium... which is not good when I come home from work late and have to park several buildings away.

The community has wonderful neighbors if you put in the effort connect and foster community within it. I have spent a great deal of time traveling for work and had the support of the maintenance staff and neighbors support my children. It feels Utopic living here most days. Though the high turnover rate with office staff and some delayed response in maintenance requests, the community is great to live in. Especially with children! They will soar and thrive hear. Being diligent and patient when dealing with certain factors outside of your control is key.

Other than one unfortunate circumstance, with a very bad neighbor that was evicted, my stay at Woodland Park has been wonderful! Administrative staff has always been very responsive to my needs/questions and maintenance has always responded to my requests promptly and completely.

The office staff were very attentive and helpful in answering any questions and concerns. The overall process was very streamlined, and the apartment was in impeccable condition upon move in. For the Woodland Park Management, I was very satisfied with the quality of service. The only issues upon move in was setting up a Verizon account for internet, as Verizon cancelled multiple shipments of the Wi-Fi router without notice because the previous tenant never disconnected service. Trying to rectify this with Verizon was time consuming and irritating. However, I do not attribute this issue to the Woodland Park Community, but Verizon independently.

It is a good neighborhood to stay in. No issues or problems with neighbors or with the maintenance staff. I can't complain on the area or the people. Always clean and maintained grass and trees in the surrounding area

So far, I've enjoyed my time at Woodland Park. There have been a few maintenance issues in my unit, but they have all been resolved. The responses from the maintenance team have been good. I like my unit and I think this is a nice complex.

I like the neighborhood and it's very close to grocery stores, restaurants and athletic centers. The neighborhood is always clean and the maintenance team promptly responds to the requests. I have no complaints in this housing community.

Our carpets are very old. It is not been changed since many years. We are facing lot of health issue because of this. They should change the carpets on regular basis when the life of the carpet expires and not just avoid changing because the same tenants are living in the house

Overall i think the community is good, however there are some things that are in place that are head scratching. For instance, the community installed charging stations that never get used so it took away vaunted parking spots. I guess there was never any lighting for the dog run until recently. Maintenance is a bright spot, quick to respond and they are friendly.

Great location! Great floorpan! Great staff! The location near my work and the metro is perfect. I love the floor plan and big windows. The staff has been excellent throughout the entire process from my first visit to move-in. I'm really looking forward to living here!

The place is good but I hate that you can't keep your bicycle on the patio and they show you a place outside on the first plot where you supposed to lock your back and guaranty you safety but when I moved in with my family we went and bought our 5 bicycles ad locked them at the place showed. On one day we head outside on a good day to ride our bike and they were all gone. I went to the office to file complaint and was told nothing can be done and if I want to file I can do with police. Then I asked for footage on the camera and was told the camera is not there. So I was speechless and I wanted the officer to be accountable for all my 4 bicycles but was told is not their problem. Which it should have been because they guaranteed me my properties will be safe on their property which was stolen .

The community is good overall but the leasing office could be slow with some the request. I was promised that they would start providing visitor car parking without actually needing to go to leasing office but it has been a year now. The request is lost. Nobody cares.

Till now it is good stay as I am new here I may need some more time to see if I am in right place. Like the community and services till date. It is also close to many of the stores and restaurants. My travel time to reduced as it is near by.

Pretty good apartments, Slightly highly priced, but worth it. We are living in this community for last 7 years. Most of our time was taken care by this community well. The grounds are clean. Sometimes, there are thefts and some few apartments may have pest issues. But overall, it has been positive for us.

There were so many thefts car tires, amazon packages. Community did nothing. And no more a gated community and rents are still high. Management did nothing to prevent thefts. There were break ins too

Calm and quiet community located in an advantageous location with a significant amount of stores and restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance from two metro stops making access to DC very simple.

Great maintenance

Farid Saidi is the man! He helped us with a cold day heating issue and got us warm again. He clearly cares about providing great service to the residents and is a great person to have on the team helping out the community!
