Great apartment community with a lot of units to choose from. The amenities are endless, updated, and exceptional. The community is close to area stores, airport, and metro. The people that works here are helpful, very professional, friendly, and care to serve us. Definitely a great community to live.

I've really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The location is excellent?very convenient and close to the train station and grocery stores, which makes daily errands and commuting easy. The area feels accessible and comfortable, and overall it's been a positive living experience. Great location. Plenty of parking, and some really cool events.

Helpful Staff

[Incentivized Review] The neighborhood has been very kind and communal. The staff was wonderful, specifically mentioning Brenda who helped with the tours and all the paperwork. My only complaints are as follows: 1) The guide for when we moved in explained to put the trashcan outside for pickup, but everyone around us was leaving the bags in front of their door so it was mixed signals as to how to do it properly. 2) Speaking of garbage, we didn’t know until after moving in that the parking garage directly behind us has garbage pickup at 8:30AM nearly every morning. 3) You can very specifically hear children through the walls with no issue. I haven’t heard but maybe one adult voice coming from my neighbors place, but I hear their children running up and down the stairs and talking pretty clearly. Not a huge complaint, just something to keep in mind. Besides this, the place has been wonderful. Maintenance has been fast, the staff is kind and helpful, and parking has been plentiful.

Great family oriented neighborhood, leasing staff is always helpful at answering questions, and maintenance responds quickly and is very knowledgeable and efficient at solving any and all problems you may have. they even once replaced our broken fridge at 9pm, less than two hours after it had broken!!

Honestly it's a nice neighborhood, the parking situation is the only thing that bothers me. If you come home from work any later then 5 be prepared to park far away. Otherwise it's a pleasant place to live.

Woodland has truly been a great place to call home for me and my family. The community offers fantastic amenities and an absolutely wonderful location. The property staff is consistently attentive, and maintenance responds quickly and efficiently whenever we need anything. From day one, Chris made us feel right at home at Woodland. He helped us pick out the perfect unit, guided us through the entire process, and has continued to go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of.
