I love it here. Nice, friendly community. I like that it's pretty hidden and low key and close to work. Stores are close, highways are easily accessible. Like the food/restaurant options and locations. Overall a very pleasant area to live in.

Rent went up a lot, maintenance team is super nice but they don't really have any security measures for the complex. My car's wheels were stolen and they had no way of telling who could have done it or when.

Living in this apartment community has been a pretty good experience overall. The property is generally quiet and seems to be well-kept, with routine upkeep of shared spaces and a decent level of cleanliness throughout. Most of the neighbors are respectful, and the atmosphere feels calm and comfortable, which is important to me. The apartment itself is functional and has met my needs so far. I haven't had too many maintenance issues, but when I have, the team was fairly responsive and got things resolved without much hassle. There are a few extra features available to residents, which can be nice depending on your lifestyle. I don't use everything, but it's good to have options. The surrounding area is convenient enough?shops, restaurants, and other places are within a short drive or walk, so I don't feel cut off from anything. Overall, it's not perfect, but it's a solid place to live. If you're looking for something that's dependable and comfortable without too many surprises, this community might be worth checking out.

Great experience touring the units.

It was a wonderful experience exploring all the housing options around Woodlands. We especially want to thank Jada Sutherland for her outstanding support throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful in touring us through the available units, patiently answering all our questions, and providing all the necessary information to help us apply for the one that best suited our preferences. I moved in just a month ago. James handled my move-in formalities smoothly and with lot of care. Also, initial queries regarding the apartment and some maintenance issues handled promptly. Only worry is about the rent being high and fear of getting hiked after the leasing period ends.

The "classic" units have serious issues as indicated on my maintenance request. The stove and dishwasher are virtually unusable; rusty, moldy, rickety, stove, rusty door, hinges, etc. These issues should never occur in a space where food is prepared. None of the blinds in the unit do not match. All very disturbing. The outside steps are broken/chipped in several areas.

Really nice community, grounds upkeep was excellent, staff was beyond amazing. Apartments were very spacious and clean. There is a really nice gym on site and even a convenience store. Really enjoyed my tour at this property.

We've had our dishwasher broken for over a week. Maintenance was very professional, but had to come out several times to troubleshoot various repairs before replacing the dishwasher. Having the 15 year old dishwasher replaced with a 14 year old dishwasher when the average accepted lifespan of a dishwasher is 7-12 years shows me that our experience is not valued as nearly Van Metres bottom line. Fetch being forcefully implemented even though it has an F rating with the BBB shows that our experience is not valued as nearly as Van Metres bottom line. The gym stairstepper machine being broken for months on end shows that our experience is not valued as nearly as Van Metres bottom line.
