Woodland Park Apartments is an excellent and well-maintained community

Faid Saidi the maintenance engineer is always prompt in responding to requests and handles each job with professionalism and care. Whether it’s a minor repair or a replacement, he takes the time to ensure the work is done correctly the first time. What I appreciate most is his courteous demeanor and professionalism, and he communicates clearly about what needs to be done and makes sure everything is in working order before wrapping up. His attention to detail gives me confidence that any issue will be resolved properly. It’s reassuring to know that Woodland Park Apartments has someone so reliable and dedicated to keeping our homes in great condition.

Will Mike did well with the installation of the dishwasher. Excellent Guy. preferably for next maintenance we need Will Mike all the time. Community is good, but one thing these days when we raise the ticket the maintenance receving after three days.

Very helpful team while we were moving in. Apartment is in great shape and we love our view from our living room. Definitely recommend going to talk to them in person during the leasing process as they will help you navigate complex situations if they come up.

It's a spacious community with great layouts and floor plans. The quality of the apartment is awesome. You get what you pay for, as it isn't the cheapest , but reasonable. Maintenance is very fast and friendly , and I love how the grounds are kept. Overall, it's a pleasant complex for sure.

Community is quiet. Parking is a nightmare. Got a garage at a cost of 130$ so we wouldn't park in a handicap spot. (Was towed once 180$) Apartment is subpar. Appliances are ok nothing special. Washer and dryer are old. Over all its been really peaceful. I would renew for an apartment with no carpet newer appliances. More space.

This is a beautiful neighborhood that has a serene atmosphere. It's family friendly. The apartments are generally okay. The carpets could use a little upgrade, and there are no elevators other than that. It's a good bang for the buck.

Community is clean, janitors keep the property as its best. Maintenance is always prompt to resolve issues, Farid is very knowledgeable. This is a great area in Herndon. Should remove the fetch option though, is useless since packages are delivered at the doors, is it a waste of payment, everything else is great.

The home, neighborhood, maintenance and staff have all been great since we moved last fall. The neighborhood is quiet and very family-friendly. Maintenance has been very fast to resolve any issues and the office staff is always very polite and helpful.

I asked to get my referral bonus so many times since I moved in a year ago. The front office is asking me to prove they offered me the deal. It's the most bizarre thing in the world. Still no check. I moved in off a referral from my friend. Got the same apartment as him but across the street. He has been paid out. The front office constantly says they'll tell and ask the manager and for a year now I've gotten no money off of this offer. The offer was to have my application fee entirely waived. Then it became a rebate option that I would get retroactively. Now they're saying they never offered me the deal even though they literally already paid out my friend. This is such a stupid process. I try to keep to myself and this is pretty much the only thing I've come to you guys about since move in. Not to mention I'm a "preferred employee" working at Oracle and never got the $300 from that either. They said I could only get one bonus. So far I've gotten nothing.

The experience at this complex is good, but could be better. Management always changes which leaves a gap in responsibility towards tenants, the property, and the support of the maintenance team. Its an area with ups and downs, but its one of the better around the area for the price.

After the prior Manager of the Leasing office left the community has been going slightly downhill. Help tickets are taking longer, the community is often much louder than it used to be living near the playground. I personally know a few of the cars including mine were broken into though nothing was stolen from mine and the children/teen in the community been rather unruly - throwing themselves down stairs on bikes. I also feel that the leasing office has been less prepared at answering questions accurately and replying. Trash is ot regularly picked up at 6 like it used to an actually the waste pick up won't pick up if they feel there is too much boxes or trash bags. A few of my neighbors also leave trash outside for days without the bin for seemingly no reason.

Maintenance is always super fast and they do a great job. We very rarely have any issues but when we do they are very quick and very helpful. They share their knowledge about the problem if you ask and are very respectful. Never had a bad experience!

I have lived at Woodland Park for over 3 years, going on 4, and I have never experienced such a caring group of staff, from the wonderful, welcoming, helpful leasing office to the amazing experienced maintenance crew. They are ALL rockstars, in my opinion. It's why I renewed twice since the original lease. No regrets!
