Good overall, staff was very knowledgeable in everything. Jada was able to answer all the questions we had regarding current apartment and other possible apartments. Community seems nice and quiet and accessible to many things.

Our experience at this community has been very positive overall. The peaceful surroundings, courteous and responsive staff, and well-maintained facilities have made it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. We truly appreciate the prompt maintenance service and the overall cleanliness and safety of the neighborhood. It's a pleasant environment that offers both convenience and peace of mind.

Woodland park has been everything we wanted it to be and more. Between the spacious apartment, the beautiful area, or the close proximity to so many shops and restaurants it's hard to be unhappy with the decision to move here.

Great community so far everyone and the staff have been helpful and I'm still learning the property. As with any new property you have to give it a chance and I will do so at this property and I'm looking forward to learning more and connecting with the community to see how we can all make it a better place to live and enjoy

Well, I don't love that this form is REQUIRING me to complete this comment right now. But overall, our experience has been fine. We've had numerous maintenance issues that we've reported during our three months living here so far. Maintenance has been highly responsive and helpful, so we appreciate that. Communications with the office have not always been great and the quality of customer service during several interactions has been disappointing and sometimes frustrating.

Great community. Very family friendly no matter if you have kids or pets. 2 pool options is nice. Quiet neighborhood that is always clean and tidy. Close proximity to restaurants and stores are a perk.

We put in a support ticket about our AC being broken around 4pm on Thursday, and Will (maintenance) came in around 10am the next day. He was able to find the complex issue and fix it within one hour. We have not had issues since

It's been great so far! The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to respond speedily, especially Mr. Saidi. I have really no complaints so far other than a few about the condition of the apartment itself, but they are small complaints and don't really matter to the overall experience.

I find the community safe and friendly neighbors. Shopping, eateries and entertainment are all in the neighborhood. Public transportation like metro and buses are all walkable. Schools are all nearby for those having school going children. There are plenty healthy grocery stores like Moms, Sprouts nearby.

Disappointed with the amount of modifications done to the apartment after 18 years.In many cases as of late maintenance is done improperly or the area is left a mess afterwards. You need to do better!

This is a nice community and well located for many things. Sadly, return to office requirements have increased my commute time into the DC area by 30 minutes to the average commute of 1 hour. The perks and amenities are nice, only regret is no sauna.

Community and the management are perfect. Maintenance requests are addressed the very next day which is amazing. I like that service guys are very knowledgeable, responsive and professionals. Only thing that needs attention is the absence of issuing digital visitor passes. We have to go to office in person before 6pm to request that. It'll be better if that can also be requested on the portal or in the app. Thanks

Woodland apartment is a great community to livein. The maintenance works are quickly resolved here. It is the top place where different activities will happen throughout the year for engaging residents.

This question should not be required. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, homes are maintained by a friendly and responsive crew and activities are available to everyone. . We've enjoyed our time living here and plan to stay.

Good safe affordable community based on others in the DMV area. The location is good, with easy access to the subway and a short walk to several parks. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, and the management staff is responsive to any maintenance requests.

Its been good so far as we have been here since 2024. There are certain practices of the residents here that I am not very fond of but the community overall is peaceful and good. The staff is very cordial and patient.

Typical: Office staff aren't overly friendly or helpful. Standard apartment life gripes -periodic noise, periodic issues with shared space, but nothing too out of the ordinary. Atypical: Value engineering where you must choose hot water or hot air from the central heat, but you cannot have both at the same time. They use a switch for gas between the appliances. Aged toilets that will run ... And replacing seals doesn't fix it ... They're just ... Old. This place has more mandatory fees than other units in the area, so don't be fooled by slightly lower rental rates. They constantly change the rules for parking, so look out for that. Just about mo thly they'll be trying to come in your unit for something (pest, fire systems, maintenance check up, filter replacement, plumbing check up ... All at least twice a year. Summary: there is better value to be found. These aren't luxury apartments by any stretch of the imagination. You'll deal with normal apartment life issues here, but they'll feel worse because you're living in below average construction, maintenance and renovations all while paying the same in rent +fees that you'll pay elsewhere. Van Metre - welcome to "Below Average" living.

The residence is okay, but not perfect. The dog park is not clean, and pet owners do not pick up after their pets while on walks. Maintenance is good and courteous. Staff is a hit or miss depending on who you get. Rent will go up.

Overall good, though somewhat confusing. We were quoted a price for a unit that had recently been vacated and was set to become available but the quote provided was not available when I applied as it had been pulled for 2027, despite the unit being displayed as available when the agent showed me the units to chose from. I would very much like for the quoted price to be honored.

My experience has been mediocre. The maintenance staff is hit or miss - the boss is great, but the other staff has broken just as many things as they have fixed. Some issues have taken three visits from staff before it's actually fully fixed. There are always kids playing in the streets, so if that's your vibe I guess this place is for you.

The apartment community with good atmosphere, great service. The people with diverse communities leave here with pleasant surroundings. Great if you are looking for a reasonable priced house with good neighbors and conditions.
