I was treated extremely well! Staff was knowledgeable and very courteous. There were no apartments left this time around but I will keep trying. The community is close to everything; you do not need a car! I love the coziness and upkeep!

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The facility is super clean and has a lot of updated and nice things. Definitely recommend Maggie, she's the best. She helped me from start to finish and called to follow up afterwards.

Amazing and clean community. Great maintenance service. Leasing team is good in communications. They follow up regularly with continuous AC filter or pest control. Also exciting events are organized by woodland park which is great to have fun

Very good amenities and close to everything. Only concern is our upstairs who's very loud even in the middle of the night. We have shares this concern to the leasing office but no solution made yet (we've moved 3 months ago). I hope something will be done by management as it had affected us so much.

The community is always clean and well-maintained, and its location is incredibly convenient, being close to schools, grocery stores, the subway, the airport, highways, and more. The amenities here are fantastic, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and beautifully maintained common areas. My appartment is super nice and quiet, the staff members are kind the maintance people are very helpful as well. I only have a short term lease for an internship in the area, but I hope I'll be able to return. The proximity to grocery stores are walkable, I use the 2 pools and gym which are always clean, and when my AC unit stopped working maintance had it fixed the same day. You'll get your money's worth for sure. Worth the pretty penny.

Nope I don't recommend this apartment because the security wise they not so good. They have removed the entry gates and leasing office also not responsible for car damages. Mostly they don't respond until you go in person.

It's clean and quiet with a super staff. No noisy neighbors,, respectful neighbors. Mostly younger parents with small children. No monster parties no excessive noise; it's very pleasant here. Great staff and a great place to live.

It has mostly been fine! There have been some issues with communication, specifically around lease renewal, however overall we have had positive experiences. Most notably with maintenance! Every time we've put in a maintenance request (emergency or non) we've been met with kind, courteous, and professional people. Parking is a bit of an issue?we used to be able to request emergency parking passes via email, and not having that option (and friends getting towed) has become an issue, not to mention the very narrow parking spaces.

Great Community!

The apartments are super clean. They take maintenance and upkeep very seriously. The few maintenance requests that I have had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. I haven't had any problems with pests. I haven't had any trouble with the neighbors. Overall it has been a good experience.

Apartment Tour

Woodland Park is a very nice community and the staff are great! Big shoutout to Gervon for a great tour and answering our many questions about the property. Went home and submitted an application after the tour, would highly recommend checking it out if interested. Great price for the amount of space in each floor plan. Lots of amenities including two pools, tennis courts, gym, and a few others. Carpeted floors in the units we saw, in unit washer/dryer, and plenty of space for 1 or 2 people for the 1 bed 1 bath floor plan.

Apartment Tour Experience & Kudos

My wife and I are waiting for our application to be reviewed and we are unable to write a review of the apartments specifically. But the purpose of this review is to give kudos to Gervon Robinson, whose salesmanship and communication were no small factor in our decision to apply to Woodland Park. We had toured a number of places and our treatment as potential residents was either pretty average or, in some cases, outright off-putting. For instance, the tour guide at the property we visited right before Woodland Park had bizarrely ignored my wife throughout the tour and afterwards wouldn't shake her hand immediately after he shook mine! In essence, we were getting disillusioned in our apartment search. We currently live at another Van Metre property and have had good experiences with the management, so we thought we'd check out Woodland Park where we'd be unlikely to find any unwelcome surprises. Gervon first assisted us a few months ago and gave us a full tour of the different floor plans and amenities (and took us for a ride in a golf-cart!). We had a great experience and came back again a couple months later to see if we could see an apartment again to refresh our memory. Gervon was working that day and he remembered us. He took down our information and reached out to us a few weeks later when an apartment came available. We are currently working with him in the application process and we had to share our feedback with his team and others who are considering Woodland Park. He was very kind, helpful, and transparent with us about the leasing process and pricing. Good communication and transparency can be hard to find these days with large property management companies. But folks like Gervon who care about their clients make us feel reassured that we are making a good choice when we apply for an apartment. Thanks again, Gervon!

Since 2 years i was referring to our friends about these apartments but mainly price is too high and also i was frustrated about visitor parking issues. Can't you guys give 2 visitor parkings tags for each apt? Because everytime we need to stop by leasing office and we need to notify car details for visitor pass and that is also only for 3 days. This is too frustrating for me . Because every time my friends and family will come to our home to stay 1or 2 days but evrytime i need to stop by office to take passes. Also we have only one car so can't you guys give 2 or atleast 1 visitor tag for each apartment. Consider this as a personal request.

The community is very well located. The people are very respectful overall. Maintenance team has reacted fast when cards are submitted. Parking can be a bit of a hassle at time since I'm on elm tree. Renewal of my lease is dependent on the rent increase that I am expecting to see.

Dont move here

I can't even begin to get into the stress and money spent so I won't, but I honestly have nothing to say except I am disappointed in the incompetence of everyone- from management, the leasing staff, and maintenance. Them not knowing their jobs have cost me and my family a great deal after living here since October 2022. I'm so disappointed and discouraged but I knew I needed to write this review. I'm a current resident, and if I had the money I would move. I will not renew or recommend.
