A safe space for families. Location is great for residents who want to be connected to all aspects of the DMV. Plenty of restaurants and programs to attend to, If you're feeling the need to be entertained. Quiet and respectful neighbors.

Well planned layouts. Very friendly staff. We moved recently here but we know this apartments long before because my friends used lo live here. Everything is close to this apartments which is very easy to get like shopping and everything. I hope I will get much more pleasant experience on going days.

Pros:- 1. Good maintenance support and requests are addressed immediately and fixed properly 2. Always the community is maintained neat and clean 3. Good pest control and immediate action if reported Cons:- 1. Too much noise from the roof and if the neighbors are walking continuously and if we report this to leasing office they won't help. No rules and regulations to manage such behavior and they can do anything between 9 am - 10pm. So better to always stay on top floor of the building and lower floors are not recommended

The apartment is fairly priced, well maintained, and serviced promptly when there are issues. The community is quiet during the day and at night. The community is kid friendly but has just as many young adults working from home and commuting.

It is "ok" I think that building captains need to walk around the property on a regular frequent basis, to include in the buildings themselves. I also believe that you should spot check the gym as it is being used by non-residents

Woodland Park is a very clean, well-maintained community. The few times I have needed to request maintenance, it has been quickly and efficiently addressed. It's a very family-oriented community, yet very quiet overall.

Food trucks are nice. The gates into the community rarely function, and shen they do most people are annoyed because they dont expect it and can't get home.............................................

I have not had many issues while living here. Maintenance tickets that I opened are addressed and resolved quickly, generally same day if opened early in the morning. Maintenance guys are super friendly and respectful. They easily accommodate our needs in regards to when to come do work since we have a dog. The office staff has been super friendly and helpful more over the past year than when I moved in back in 2021.

I've enjoyed my stay here at the community. Staff are punctual and they community offers plenty of events and resources to make it feel more connected as a community. I appreciate all of the valet services as well!

Maintenance staff are attentive and resolve issues quicker. Good place to stay. Management is available for looking into issues. No option to get desired internet vendor. Only option Verizon. Better provide more internet providers

Well-maintained apartments, friendly staff, and safe neighbourhood
I recently moved to Woodland Park Apartments, The apartments are well-maintained, and the location is perfect. I am close to work, shopping, Metro, and restaurants, and I feel safe and comfortable in my neighbourhood. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They are always quick to respond to maintenance requests, Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a rental apartment. It is a great place for families with kids, and I have been very happy with my experience here.

Excellent first impression
My family and I are considering moving to this community this summer. We recently toured a townhome and loved everything about the unit, the amenities, and the staff. Melissa has been incredibly helpful by being readily available by email and phone to answer all of my questions, even before we viewed the property.

I have had a less than desirable experience with this apartment complex. Including the move in process where an apartment manager said to please reach out to her and when I did I never heard a response.

I have lived in Woodland Park for 9 months now and it is a wonderful community. The management is communicative and friendly in answering my questions. I plan to sign a new lease soon for a different unit and my leasing consultant Melissa was amazing in my tour. She suggested units that matched my preferences and gave me ample time to explore them. I am happy to be signing another lease at woodland park and have recommended this community to a friend relocating to the area as well.

The community is great. Super clean and quiet. Loving the townhome it definitely feels like home. Maintenance does answer request quickly. However, trying to get the blind fixed in our townhome has been a challenge; however, that's all.

I have lived at Woodland Park since 2018 and never had any issues. Everyone in the office and maintenance is great. Access to 2 pools is great! The activities in the clubhouse and food trucks keep are great too.

Love our new apartment!
We love everything about this complex. Super simple sign up for tour, was very informational and fun. Lease signing was seamless and the same quoted rates as said on Zillow. Move in was incredibly fast and the staff was incredibly friendly! Complex is very quiet, people are friendly, maintenance is great, A+ everywhere! Can’t wait to spend the next 15 months here.

Great place to be living in.Glad to be here. Nice scenery no headaches pleasure to see my place everyday. Great staff very punctual , efficient and effective. No need to worry about if they will fix it its already done next day.
