Pro: I rarely hear my neighbors so the sound proofing is pretty good. 2 bedroom apartment layout is great, plenty of space. Con: Internet that you have to pay for sucks. Price, like everything else in the area is astronomical. Parking is at a premium and super tight spots.

Super helpful and professional staff. The community is well maintained and the apartments are really nice. Any issues I had upon moving in were addressed immediately and surpassed my expectations. Really satisfied with my decision to move here.

certainly recommend for anyone looking in this area as this community is very good and well maintained.It is having good school zone and close to other shopping centers and has good connectivity.It is 2 miles away from W&OD trail for bikers

Staff is helpful and maintenance is quick and professional. Cons: Resident bikes are removed by maintenance without notice. Rodents keep eating through walls to come inside. Community entry arms are not adequate, the last access point allows for cars to drive right through.

Great community, infrastructure, center of various happenings in the area. Near to various restaurants , stores and financial institutions and schools and parks and entertainment areas. Overall good .

Camilo the maintenance tech was and is amazing. Very meticulous and customer friendly. He came in and fixed the problems and asked if there were any other problems that he could take a look at. Respectful and kept me up to date on the status of the work order.

Our experience with this community has been mixed. The management is lacking. I'm unsure that they know how to run an apartment complex as they do not seem to use common sense. They had one community-wide event and announced that residents should come to the office prior to the event to get their voucher for the food truck. Turns out, they didn't count the number of apartments in the community and so some tenants did not get a voucher. They way that they communicate is sporadic. They'll stick a notice on your door for routine maintenance but not when tree trimming is taking place in the vicinity of your apt so your car may get towed. For the tree trimming they sent one email over a month ago about the tree trimming and they did include a highlighted map of where not to park in the first phase of the trimming but that was the last communication. I believe that I've previously made complaints on this platform and the leasing manager did reach out to me to set up an in-person meeting with her but when I gave her dates and times I was available, I never heard from her again. I can continue.....

Good people but rents are increased so much and think its may not worth what we are living for! Security is not much great too. they should at least maintain some security cameras in the community which are not visible to prevent thefts!!

Great staff! Jose was hands down the best! Loved the renovated apartments! Beautiful community and I love the fact that the leasing agents have assigned areas to check in on the tenets to make sure communication is frequent.

Leasing team is lethargic, dont show interest on customers need. Difficult to reach after you move in. Apartments are nice and its in center of city, maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Lot of corporate office near by making these apartments a good choice of living.

We love this community! It is clean, family friendly, has two great pools and a fantastic maintenance team. We are able to communicate effectively with the leasing office when we have questions. We also love the valet trash feature! Really happy here!

Maintenance and landscaping are kept up and well done. Calls to maintenance when repairs are needed are handled professionally and quickly. There are not assigned parking spaces, but I have never found it difficult to find a place to park. It is quiet and peaceful environment.

Review about community and tour
The community was very huge, calm, neat and pleasant. Triniti D Thompson was very sweet and guided us to show the available layouts. It was a nice experience seeing the community. Looking forward to sign lease based on best price:).

So far our move in day was great. Except for some fixtures like bath tub and window apartment is in great shape. I'll enjoy staying here. The best party about the community is easy access to good groceries stores and walkable distance to them.

Today we went to see new homes at woodland part. Nabil wassel who is working there showed couple of houses with very good manner and with high patience. He explained very well to all my questions. It is good experience.
