Beautiful community very nice floor plans parking spaces are tight for big SUV's. This community is near great schools and shops. Nice amenities also pool and gym for those who are looking for extras.

Came into the community for a 1 bedroom tour . The tour was good and spacious apartment . Appreciate the tour and service given by Nabil. Community is very close by to the giant store and some good restaurants.

Great community very safe and very clean. I love how fast they take care of any maintenance issues we my have. I recommend this community to everyone. Amazing place if you have children they have a great schools district.

The move-in process was horrible. There was no communication between staff members or to us. For example, we needed a money order for our move-in cost, but no one told us and we only have online banking, that created an issue for us. That is one of several issues that we had upon move in.

Great community to live in. Secured, multiple amenities, Polite staffs and awesome maintenance team. After our move in there were few things that needed to be taken care but not critical. All maintenance items were addressed on time. Kudos to all staff at Woodland Park apartments in Herndon.

Maintenance is always on tops of fixing problems. Will from maintenance did a great job at fixing the problem! Way to go, Will! We have had a wonderful experience with the apartment. It is a great community. The neighbors are very friendly.

The community is nice, lots of families, friendly to pets, and overall quiet inside and out. My only complaint though is that when we moved in we didn't receive the unit as expected and were placed in a different unit, after dropping off our deposit. I still find that I am upset that we were given no choice in that matter and basically had to accept the unit we are currently in. I would have preferred not to be on such a busy corner of the complex but other than that our experience here has been good overall.

Woodland Park tour - Nabil Wassal
I had a tour at woodland park, Herndon apartments. Nabil Wassal was the one who received us. He was very good, provided us with all the details and gave us the details about preferred employer benefits, which we qualified for. At this time of year, where the prices are usually high, he really helped us to get a great quote.

Great service
Had a tour with nabil. Amazing service and made us very comfortable during the entire process. Loved the community and the office as well. I would recommend woodland park and ask for nabil. Community is very close to all necessities

Great place in a great location, right across from a grocery store and small shopping center for convenience. I've lived here for years and have moved back after leaving for work. I'd recommend to anyone living in the Herndon/Reston area.

DISAPPOINTING, BELOW STANDARDS, EXCESSIVE FEES, UNJUSTIFIED CHANGES, POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS, MOTEL QUALITY, RENTAL PROPERTY IS FOCUSED TOWARDS NON-AMERICANS NATIONAL MAINLY BECAUSE THEY MAY NOT BE AWARE OF WHAT A REAL LUXURY PROPERTY IS. THEY ONLY SEE THAT IT IS BETTER THAN THE THIRD WORLD COUNTRY THAT THEY ESCAPED FROM. THEY HAVE KNOW IDEA WHAT TO LOOK FOR - NOTHING TO COMPARE. IT IS AN EASY SELL FOR LAZY RENTAL MANAGEMENT HACKS.

It hasn't been ideal by any means. The trash compactor directly next to our unit has been overused as it has the easiest access for employees that are contracted by "Valet Living". Week after week, they have come after-hours, and use this compactor for the entire community's trash when they're not supposed to (according to management). Also, there have been numerous maintenance issues which have been either taken care of swiftly, or drawn out for months at a time.

Cool and pleasant community !! I am very happy with woodland park apt. Our staff moves with residents very friendly. Third party team (mail room) members are not 'responding positively and resolve' if we have any issues .

Bad. Office staff only concerned about getting Rental Lease increase & offering so sense of support during COVID situation. In fact making use of the situation to increase the rent & making use of the oppurtunity to get all penalty fees without fail.

The community is the same as the website pictures. Leasing team is awesome, always try to help. Maintenance team is perfect, always very quick and do the job. I really like the community. it is silence too.

Nice community , parking for ur guest is not flexible. Welcoming Neighbours. Quiet and close to shopping centers. Parking is the only problem. Not friendly to guest. You need to email for a pass even if the person stays for few hours. That's not flexible

The staff is extremely friendly and professional, the community is quiet and the apartments are amazing! The renovated apartments have amazing appliances, granite countertops and full size washers and dryers. The best part is that they love my dog as much as I do!

Very close to a lot of awesome food places in the area, both global companies and mom-and-pop shops thrive here in Herndon. The apartment complex provides some quality amenities for everyone to use and also does a great job with keeping them clean. The garbage areas are very straight forward and there are multiple locations to dispose of trash. The valet living perk is a great benefit and way to have garbage managed multiple times a week.
